Went here to get my nails redone because I tried to do the nail dip polish and when I asked if I could only do the cryptic and not get it pained because it would cost 58 dollars. I then told her I could paint them at home because I know how to and she very rudely said than if you want to paint them than you go to school to do it your self. My nails look so and and I asked to have my nails to be round shaped and they are square. All I have to say is customer service needs to be better.

They are nice there! But very busy, always tell you they have time (but then you have to wait ha). Also this time she cut my cuticles sooooo short it’s painful! Also frustrating because she changed me $5 more this time then last time for the same exact service..,

Absolutely horrible.I asked for coffin short black with couple gems.I received deformed black squared nails. I told them what I didnt liked and was ignored they put cuticle oil like if that would fix it.

Very shady I came in asking for a full acrylic set with the possibility of gel and the manager /boss told my nail technician to give me dip and charge me an additional $20 even though throughout their service I kept mentioning acrylic very disconcerting. Id like a refund for the difference. They apologized but asked me to still pay plus tip. Ridiculous.

I love this salon. Every time I go the service is awesome. I want to say that Hannah is one of the best techs that I have ever had work on my nails. Customer service is above the rim and the environment is so inviting. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone whom is looking for supreme nail care. And dont forget to enjoy a free in house drink with your service and try not to fall asleep in the massage chair.

I went to get my nails done and I asked how much it would cost for them to do a butterfly design and she said it would be $35 total but when I went to pay she charged me $50 because she gave herself a tip and added more to what I had to pay also I asked if she could put a butterfly design on my nails and she said that yes because they drew them on the nail but then she ended up putting a sticker on my nails.

Love this place. They have always done a great job and are very friendly. The place is clean and comfortable!

Did a great job on my relatively uncooperative 5 year old. It was her first time going and she loved it. Nails look great. My wife also likes to come here. Friendly staff, great prices, and good work.

Lash extension failure!!!!I wish I could give less than one star. I get lash refills and just moved to the area and decided to try a new person out. First: I was quoted a price and when I came in for my appointment, all of a sudden the price for what I originally asked for changed. Still, I proceeded. Mixups happen...right? While I was getting the refill done, she was rough and forcefully holding my eyes open (I wear contacts) and I had to ask her several times that she was drying out my eyes and my contacts will become dislodged. She applied so much pressure that she was moving my contacts around. I think she was offended that I requested her to be more gentle. I looked as she finished and they looked appropriate. I paid and left. Not even a week later 85% of the work she did had fallen out. I asked about a ‘guarantee’ of some sorts and she said with a refill there isn’t one, only if I got a full set (which I didn’t need). After some explanation she determined that since I did not spend $150 on a full service I didn’t need that it wasn’t her problem. They look terrible, and most of them are gone 8 days after the refill. I attempted to call the salon and speak to her regarding the issue 3 times and each time the answer was ‘she’s not here and I don’t know when she will be back’ and she hung up. She claims that she’s been doing the service and never had anyone complain, but the reviews I see after the service don’t support that. ANYWHERE else I have ever gone, I have been told that if I have any issues within 2 weeks to come back and they will fix their work. Apparently that’s not how this works. I will not be back to refill them EVER and don’t trust anything the lash extension person says. Not only was she rude and rough, she was distasteful in how she handled this and talked to me like I was a child. I’ve been getting lash extensions for 4+ years constantly and never, NEVER had to go back to have work fixed after only a week. NEVER AGAIN! Don’t do it here!

My daughter and I both enjoy going here. They are really good with the kiddo, and my service has always been great. I usually do a pedicure, but most recently did a manicure too. I was surprised my nailpolish held up for so long. Its been over 2 weeks and theyre just now beginning to chip. They seem to do fairly nice fake nail work, from what Ive seen, but can not personally attest as I do not get anything put on besides regular polish.

Ive been going here for a few months now and its a nice place the only complaint i have is that no one in there can do designs... Its 2017 and most nail shops are doing all kinds of designs and i personal think its a way to give the customer a way to put a special touch to there nails to make them stand out from the next. If they could get someone in there who could really do nail design then it could be a 5 🌟.

Not impressed. Not sure if they really use SNS. Mixed 3 colors when I picked one. Said color I picked wont look good on me. Keep bragging, I make you happy. Talked non stop. Nail broke day 3.

Horrible service! Took my sister in law here and the lady who seemed to be the manager rushed her nails, they came out looking sloppy and all different shapes. And on top of that she didn’t do what I wanted for my nails I clearly wanted chrome but she went ahead and did whatever she thought was the quickest way to get us out of there. I only recommend this place for pedicures they nail techs SUCKKKK!!! I don’t feel bad for not tipping.

Great service, reasonable prices... They do tend to talk to each other a lot, and of course if English is your only language youll have no idea what theyre saying. SOP for any Asian nail place. The equipment is aging, so maybe not as comfortable as it could be. 5 stars for service and prices.

Man name Sunny did nails passed me off to a angle tooth lady to paint nail. She got really mad when I ask her to repaint sides because she missed spots. She yanked my had slapped paint on and didnt brush it out. I told Helen (who is amazing BTW) she told he in her language again sh yanked my hand brushed it out stuck in dryer..the she didnt do the clean up. Put oil on it to send me out. I ask for the paint clean up off skin and she was mad. I yanked my hand from her and walked to the man. This is the first time I have has issues like this there.

Sad that I have to write this after a 8 months of coming here. The last few times Ive felt rushed, and my nails just look worse each time around. Today was it for me! I went in for a fill, showed my nail tech a picture for my request as well. Crazy but it was just matte grey. Unfortunately she forgot and as I reminded her she tried to apply the matte to a shiny top coat... It looked bubbly and thick :( she tried to remove it and apply it all again and it looked horrible. I just let her finish and left. Ive removed the nails and have an appointment in the morning to start a new set with a different shop. Costmer service has gone down hill!

These people suck so bad ! And charge too much ! Theyre ridiculousU can go to Excel Nails in Austin and get a whole new set for 20$ and these Rude people at G Pro nails in Georgetown charge 35$ and theyre work is terrible ! And when I went in with a broken nail I asked them to be easy with my hand cause I was in pain ! And they didnt they kept on pulling on my fingers and getting frustrated with me cause I asked them to stop hurting me ! I will never go here again! Holly did my eyelashes and caused me to catch an eye infection

Horrible experience. The polish seemed old and very sticky looking. I had to go back to get my nails repolished. The second time was a little better but not much.As I was sitting there I noticed that one lady walked in and they asked her what scent she wanted for her pedicure and asked her if she wanted a glass of wine. Very different service me....very disappointed.Won’t ever go there again.

This place is horrible, I had my nails done & was totally dissatisfied. My nails looked as if tho my granddaughter did them. By the time I got home the polish had already cracked and lifted. I had to go back the next day to get them fixed. I will not be returning & suggest those who r thinking about going there save yourself the time & disappointment. The lady who comes across as being the manager or owner is rude, she could definitely improve her people skills along with her technician skills. All around my experience was AWFUL.

Nails fall off. They were crooked and misshaped. Too much time talking while not even looking down at what she was doing. Then criticized who did my nails beforehand while doing a terrible job herself. Very rough, was hurting my fingers while doing the fill.

The manager last did the crappy job on my nails and would not do what I wanted which was to take that think, unnatural feeling SNS nail off. They loosen the stuff with acetone, but they grind it off your nails. They ground my pointer fingernail so much, it just keeps breaking off in pieces. She didnt want to take the chance SNS off. She argued with me about it. Finally, she took them off. I wanted regular solar nails over my long, natural nails and then I wanted them buffed. She was unwilling or unable to help. She was rude and overcharged me for the visit, as well as overcharging my daughter. We will not be back! They lost 3 loyal customers! 😠

Terrible service. I sat there for a hour before anyone asked me what color I wanted my nails, then waited another 20 before anyone started on my nails. The lady was super nice and friendly to the girls who spent 400 dollars but was rude to me and another lady. She kept yanking my fingers toward her because I wasnt relaxed enough. Then, charged me extra for something I didnt want. Will never go back to this place.

This place is horrible! I use to go to them until one of the workers took it upon herself to cut my long natural nails after I told her DO NOT TRIM, OR CUT DOWN MY NAILS! I thought maybe after a year later they would of got some act rite and started taking peoples request into consideration but they proved me wrong and did another Poor job on my nails. The main lady there I dont know if shes the owner or manager but shes very grouchy and rude. Shes the one who took care of my nails and I was very disappointed. I went back two days later to have her file my nails evenly and try to touch up the super thick SNS job she did but I was even more disappointed after she was through. I will never visit this nail place again. I do wish I got the names of the two ladies that did mine and my friends Pedis. Them two ladies did a great job. As far as the manager lady she needs to get some training on her customer service and Take some more classes on nail tech.

I wish I could rate this place a NEGATIVE star for every hard earned dollar I wasted today. I requested a mani/pedi combo. My lazy technician wanted to slap a coat of polish on my toenails without cleaning or shaping them. When I brought it to her attention, she took a file to them right over the wet polish and proceeded to pick up right where I stopped her without starting with a fresh coat of polish. I opted instead to do without any polish and came home with unclean, unpolished toes. My mani was not any better either. I was charged for gel removal but came home with gel on half of my fingernails, each a length of their own.My daughter wanted a Princess mani/pedi. She almost got the same less than mediocre service but thats where I drew the line...After biting my tongue for more than an hour, I witnessed a technician rush to my little girls station, and take over her service to speed the polishing phase. She proceeded to slap a coat of polish on her fingernails without trimming, shaping, or even cleaning her nails. At my request, her mani was properly provided but not without having to listen to unprofessional justifications even after discretely asking the technician to stop, more than once. I paid full price and respectfully declined to provide a tip. You can keep your frequent customer rewards card, THANK YOU VERY MUCH! I cant believe I shaved for this!!!!

I was there a few days ago thinking they were going to leave me well but it was not like that, the woman who made me the manicure was not doing well and when I told her I did it well she got upset and forced my hand to ask if everything was well and I told her that even though she did not finish it and I asked for someone else and I think it was the manager but soo rude said it was ok I said no and even so I had to pay for a bad job.Im not recommend this place because they have a bad service.

They do their job well to be completely honest. Been at the least 6 times so far. At time they do come across rude. They do try to seem interested. But.... If I had to put up with half the rude customers Ive witnessed and parents thinking its a laundry mat with their kids.... Id be a Lil rude over time too.

Nails were uneven a lot of my nail bed was exposed looked raggedy also begun cutting acrylic nail before askin the length I wanted.. wouldn’t get my nails done here again but would get a regular pedi.. really spoiled my first time visit😥

At first I thought they were awsome because they did my nieces and my nails 10 minutes before they closed. So, I felt really bad they had to stay after time. During the whole time the lady was doing my nails was being rude she kept on wanting to yell at me. Just to get my nieces and my nails dude was $80 then I left each of the ladys a $5 tip which was $90 in total (I was just excited at the moment). Then two days later Im looking at my nails and I noticed she didnt put enough glue on my nails also she didnt put enough nail polish on the sides so they look really ugly.

Worst nail salon experience of my life! I have gone here from time to time when I could not make it to my normal nail salon, and I have always been rushed, but at least my pedicures have always turned out good and my manis have always at least been decent. This last experience though, was just awful! I wasnt able to go to my normal nail technician in Austin, so I went here, thinking to myself that they are pretty decent, not this time. I needed an SNS fill with a ballerina shape, simple right? The nails were already shaped perfectly, I just needed a little trim and change of color. The owner or manger or whatever she is did my nails and she was rude, rushing me to pick a color, and very aggressive and hard on my hands. She completely ruined the shape of my nails! They are now all different shapes, length, and sizes. Some have rounded corners, some nails are straight as can be and not angled at all, none are even length, and some are chipped on the sides. Once she was done filling and shaping them she asked me what I thought. It took me a second because most of the nails were slanted diagonally, if not round. I started to ask if she could file one finger and she interrupted and said, Go wash your hands, you cant see right until you wash your hands. So I went and washed my hands, and came back. She asked me again, what I thought, and Im not trying to be rude but they looked awful. I literally had to ask her to file down the tip of each nail evenly and some nails more than once. I got tired of telling her what to do and how to fix each nail, and listening to her breath heavily every time I said a nail needed to be corrected. So I just quit and said its fine. She put a top coat on and sent me on my way to pay. I keep trying to tell myself that I only have to live with these for two weeks but I have never been so unsatisfied with how they look. The color I chose is great and I would like to show them off, but I cant help but try to hide my nails when someone gets close enough to see them. She needs to try and think about Quality over Quantity. I still left a tip because she did provide service whether or not it was good, but I am usually very generous with my tips and I couldnt get myself to leave as much as I usually would. On my way out she said, see you next time, but I can guarantee you that there will most definitely no be a next time. Do not waste your time here, there are plenty of other nail salons in the area, that Im sure have a lot better customer service skills. You dont even have to go into the salon to see how rude the owner is, just look at her comment on one of the reviews someone left, and that already shows you what the customer service is like. I also wasnt the only customer that they were being rude to, this woman walked in and just wanted a color change, they asked what type of polish she had, and they didnt even give her enough time to think about it before they asked three more times. The nail technician was jerking on her hands just like mine had been done and you could just tell by the look on this womans face how uncomfortable they were making her feel. We are paying customers and if you wanted us to come back then you should have been nicer. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Being a business owner in the beauty field myself, I am not inclined to write a bad review for anyone unless I have a very bad experience - In fact I am afraid this is my first bad review. My experience here was insidious. I just moved to Georgetown and tried this place out for the first time. I showed up as scheduled for my gel acrylic fill, and gel toe polish to get ready for a gatsby wedding I was attending. I was asked to sit and she asked if I wanted a pedicure, normally, yes - but I voiced that I had just gotten a spray tan and didnt want to risk ruining it. I asked for black polish, with a gold glitter ombre (To give an example, I already had ombre glitter on my hands from my previous nail application in another city) I could tell there was an issue with my request between the tone back and fourth between the artists - I am assuming they did not have the proper color or glitter but she tried anyway. I ended up with tiny globs of holographic silver sparkles across my big toes, when I mentioned the gold during the second big toe she cut me off and said no, it wont show up right - this is better for you, very beautiful. If she had just told me the gold wouldnt have worked I would have stuck with classic black, my dress for the wedding was gold after all. After grinning and bearing through the toes she takes a hand full of oil (In my mind I am thinking this is for the cuticles only) and she rubs it all over from above my ankles down to the bottom of my feet (by this time I am in tears on the inside fearing for what my freshly sprayed tanned legs will look like by the morning...) Although traumatized, we got to the nails and I kept waiting for her to ask me if I wanted a trim (I didnt want to interrupt her process) but she never asked, they were already uncomfortably long but I went with it anyway...Ill just be a little high fashion until the next fill, I thought...she pulls out the dreadful glitter again and I politely decline asking for black only praying to leave as quickly as possible. When we get to check out, I start to write out a smaller tip ($8) than I usually would given my experience and the artist asks me if I wouldnt mind just giving her the tip in cash. I rarely carry cash so I told her I did not have cash but by this time I am just appalled. I cant even believe this is real life today, horrible service and customer service and I just dont understand the stellar reviews - maybe I was stuck with someone on their first day...

The woman who did my nails was HORRIBLE. She was extremely rough, made 3 of my nails bleed, and seemed like she was in the biggest hurry of her life. I got gel nails and was highly dissatisfied. I put my hand under the light for about 20 seconds, compared to the 120 seconds required, and my nails came out clumpy with sharp edges. NEVER go there. As soon as she was done i left and went to my regular salon and got fixed up the right way.

So I went in to have my nails done like the first picture on there website. They told me 90 dollars I requested same length but after she cut them down to get the stiletto shape she made them even longer with the acrylic. Super thick nails. Acrylic was left inside of the nails and they were supposed to do rinestones but ended up using glitter. The thumbs weren’t even smoothed and she missed some powder. I went back because I paid 90 dollars for these nails and the lady told me she would only fix them if I made shorter then told me she couldn’t do same style with shorter nails. The nails were so thick she had to file them to even be able to cut them.Now I have 2 different sized nails and the rinestones look like a 2 year old did them.Worst nail salon ever
