I was shocked by the lack of education,profissionalism I was treated in this salon in Georgetown by the man who was in the front desk and whoever started doing my nails.I commented about how much I liked the cuticles very cut and I think he did not understand what I said, just said I can not do it,it is against the law,I understood it it was just a comment, He let go my hands and said:get out of hear,screaming,, At first I did not know what was going on I was shocked:I tried to explain in a nice mannerBut he just said:get out get outThere was just one client and other manicure asked him to be nice to meThis man will fail the nail salon,I will let everybody knows about himAnd will talk to my lawyers cause he humiliated and did not respect meI went to another nail spa very close to it and I was very welcomed with affection and profissionalismThat bad person works at Nails spa &Threading at 3010 William dr,Georgetown

I called and asked if they had availability. And was told it would be about an hour at 2:15. So I came at 2 and the place was completely empty which I was a little bit surprised about. I had a gel polish already so I told him that we have to remove the gel polish and I wanted to manicure. (3 times i said manicure) The only product that was applied during the entire manicure was polish remover. No soaking cuticles. No oil. No lotion. No massage. It was basically a polish change that he charged $30 for. He told me he wouldnt charge me for the polish removal. The thing is....i wouldnt have minded paying for that had i been pampered they way i should have. Anf after one day the polish is already coming off.

Ive been coming here for a couple of years now. Love everything about this place. Christina and Richard are always kind. Theyre following the guidelines especially making sure everyone is wearing face masks also taking temperature as soon as you enter so everyone is safe. Making my next appointment as I leave 😁.

These place is great. Once I was able to explain the process they do in Michigan; they were able to do my nails. The staff was extremely attentive and they gave me the price prior to starting the service. However the price is higher in TX than in Michigan.The owner was friendly and asked about the service I received. I told him that I was pleased with the results of my nails and I would recommend his shop to others.

Christine is the only person I’ll let pedicure my toes. They feel great when she’s through. And I never have ingrown nails. A problem that plagued me for years. We’ve tried other shops. And hotels spas. Quit all that when we found Nails, Spa & Threading.

My husband and I have been using this nail salon for 2 years. Christine & Richard (owners) and their staff have always been friendly. Their salon is always very clean. A concern when I search for a nail salon is sanitary conditions. We feel they take every precaution to insure their clients have a safe & germ free experience. My husband enjoys talking about his Vietnam experience with Richard. I see the negative comments about Richard. His humor may come across as rude to some, but to us he is likeable and friendly to his clients. Hes genuine...not phony and enjoys having fun with his clients. So far we are very satisfied with this salon.

Amazing customer service and quality work. I visited today to get my nails done and Richard did amazing. I do not like the feeling of nail files and I have been to many places that are to rough while filing. Richard was gentle and made sure I was comfortable. The shape and length of my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them.

Always do an excellent job on my nails.Clean environment and friendly staff. Ive tried a few others but I prefer this one because they care about you as a person and not just about how much you spend. Highly recommend.

Nice people but didnt like the wax job I got on my brows. To many little hairs left that should of been plucked after waxing

I have been going to Christine & Richard for 11 years (before they had their own salon, which was back in at least 2002). I absolutely LOVE them and they are very nice. One of the reviews on here was saying how unprofessional the male was. Richard does not have a filter and even after 11 years, I too sometimes think he is a little rude, but thats just who he is. I took my 4 year old in for the first time today to get her nails painted and they gave her candy, a bottle of water and it was all about her. I would highly recommend Christine & Richard to anyone!

I had a pedicure. Somewhat disappointed with the end result. Feet were not as smooth as I would have liked. Color is nice.

I got acrylic nails with gel nail polish and a coffin shape. He didn’t even put the acrylic on my whole nail and they weren’t even some were lopsided some were crooked. I won’t go back.
