I have come here three times now and I have had a great experience every time. Writing this review for one of the ladies at the salon who wasnt my technicians, but a little girls. She started chatting me up in the salon and was starting to give personal info. The woman stopped her from talking, brought her brother to sit next to her, and then moved her across the salon to protect her. Regardless of how uncomfortable it was, I was moved by the gesture of protecting children. Always 5 stars.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My sister and I went to get our nails done and they grinned my sister’s nails wayyyyy too thin. She is in PAIN. She can’t touch anything. Was cut several times. We both got dip acrylic nails. Look how bubbly and deformed it was! Also did not clean the nails up and on my nails (the black ones) they didn’t do it all the way and I look like I’ve worn them for a week already. $100. Not pleased. Had to go somewhere else to get them removed without causing more damage to my sisters nails.They did great for my wedding back in January! So we are really disappointed today

Took my daughter here to have her nails done for her Birthday Party. They were very nice and did a. Incredible job. The cost to have her nails painted was very inexpensive and was excellent quality. I would highly recommend!

Just had a pedicure done. Was informed it would cost me $5 more to have them use a Callus remover with the scrubber 😳 Ive never had this happen there before! Ive been a customer for quite awhile. Always get the white pedicure. I told them this and said I would take my business elsewhere then.Ive also noticed since the pandemic ended how dirty the shop is, they definitely need a paint retouch on the walls & baseboards.

Won’t go anywhere else in Georgetown. Sheri and Tim are amazing and always do exactly what I ask for! Very clean salon and friendly staff and always able to get me in for an appointment either the same or next day. Highly recommend!

So I’ve been here several times. The work is just not consistent. Pedis are good not great. But my nails are never consistent. This last time I opted for gel. The same night I had lines and cracks through every nail. The time before I was cut twice with a nail file. I was not offered any discount despite poor service. I really tried to give them a chance bc the salon is gorgeous and the house is so sweet. This is why I give it 2 stars over one. I’m sad to say I have to take my business elsewhere.

I was very thankful for the kindness of staying a bit later than usual to take my appointment... the facility is beautiful and very high end by appearance, however... I received my WORST & MOST EXPENSIVE set of nails EVER! $60 for awful, bubbles and uneven acrylics. Its almost embarrassing. Ill be having to pay to have them fixed as soon as I can get another chance to make an appointment elsewhere as I have little opportunity with my 10.5 mth baby boy and his health. I wouldnt complain other than I would hate for someone to end up with a serious of nails like I have currently.

Would recommend 100 times over! Walked in a hour before closing, they greeted us so nicely and sat myself and my friend immediately! (And right next to each other which most places don’t make a point to do) Tim did an amazing job fixing the hack job the last place I went to had done and was great company while I was there. Everyone was so friendly, it was clean and comfy, and they were very accommodating of the last minute walk in!

I finally found a nail salon in Georgetown that I LOVE!!! This place is FANCY when you walk in. I only have time for a refill but I can’t wait to go back and get a pedicure!! The employees were accommodating and helped me find the exact color I was looking for.

One of techs cut my husbands toe with manicure scissors and when it bled said it was her blood. Made a big sore on side of his toe. Also,not sure how clean the instruments are. Not in plastic vacuumed.bags. just take instruments Ioff their cart.

Beautiful clean shop. Great service, and moderalty priced. Did an an excellent job on my brow waxing, and the Silver pedicure was very relaxing. It is located in the shopping center with Randalls in Georgetown TX.

I like this place, my nails and toes usually turn out well. Not 100% consistent. Aside from the owner, the staff isn’t very friendly & I don’t feel welcome.. more like an inconvenience.

My nails are in pain I can barely type and can’t move my hands much.

When I made my appointment I was very clear about the services I wanted. Midway through my service I was informed that to change my color on my toes, no pedicure, it was going to be $27! That is not what I was told on the phone. I left without painted toes. This is the 2nd salon in town to change the price on services while having them done.

I have been going to nail salons for decades and really enjoyed my experience at Artzys nails. Although there was a miscommunication about the appointment time, the staff agreed to stay late even though they had been there all day. The quality of the manicure and pedicure was superb! I never felt rushed even though I knew they had to be exhausted by that time. I will be returning and making this my home base for my nail wants.

The actual pedicure & SNS were fine, but the TVs are on shows that are not relaxing. The prices are high enough to expect a spa-like experience, which it is not.

Dropped in today - got immediate attention for two pedicures. Very clean. I recommend going on Monday or Tuesday to get the discount. Price is a little more than the quick nail salons in town but their services, professionalism and friendliness is well worth it.

The atmosphere is clean, nice and professional. It may cost a tad more than some other places, but it’s 100% worh it. They also have reward points and discounts! I’ll continue to come back!

Great pedicure but manicure started peeling off in sheets. I now know this happens when they dont ask you to wash your hands between the massage and the polishing.

This is a beautiful space but more expensive than anticipated. I had a pedicure & my tech was very good. However, I will not be returning as my regular spot provides a much more thorough service for less than the basic pedicure at Artzy.

Love how clean the place is! Steven does a gr8 pedicure! The only one I go to for that now...2 times in a row he is wonderful and gentle too!

This nail salon is top notch. Nancy is my technician & she is wonderful! She does a fantastic job with my mani/pedi’s. She is very thoughtful & cares about how pretty my toes look. She also is all about relaxation! The salon, equipment & chairs are clean. The environment is relaxing. The way the chairs are set up in separate sections enhances a quiet space for you to really enjoy the experience. My husband also enjoys coming here. Everyone is very friendly. The also offer refreshments. This is a great salon!

Nancy was a very competent technician and very friendly. She took great care with my toe nails, even working a bit with an ingrown nail. Filed some of the thicker nails and too great care to remove calluses and dry skin. I’ll definitely return.

This was my first pedicure at Artsy Nails. I arrived without an appt and waited about 20 mins. It was well worth the wait. Quinn was my Manicurist and she did an outstanding job! I love the custom hearts on my toes! A nice salon and a welcome addition to the Randalls shopping area.

Great reviews on how friendly and how chic looking the nail salon is and how Georgetown needs something like Artzy nails here. BUT, the reason one goes to a nail salon for they’re service and not for what it looks like on the inside. I went in for a manicure and pedi, just did a pedi because the guy that was doing my pedicure was doing an awful job Plus he was coughing all over the place. The last thing I wanted is for him do my manicure be face to face. I ended up coming home and removing the four coat polish on my toes. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN!Not worth my time or money.

New Nail Salon, I tried others in the area but this one takes the cake in terms of customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism. Steven and Nancy are my Favorite!
