I needed a couple of teeth extracted asap and found aspen dental at the last minute. When I walked in, I immediately felt comfortable. Jessica at the front desk was sweet and patient with me while I was trying to finish my paperwork. Not only her but every nurse that seen me today was very nice and polite. They cared for me real well. Once I got done with my X-rays and evaluation (which was free), they told me every step I needed to take going forward. I then met Dr. Ritz and he was also very polite and genuine. Gave me the facts straight without making me feel like I was dumb. And in the same day got my wisdom tooth and the molar next to it extracted. This was the first time I ever had surgery n he made me feel calm n made sure I was comfortable. I didn’t feel anything the whole time, didn’t even know when a tooth was pulled. I was concerned about what I would have to pay but Casey at the check out desk helped me out. She told me about their payment plan that was very convenient and affordable. My appointment was at 8am and I was out before 1:30. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I will definitely be back

They were very clean and efficient. Sympathetic to the issue I was having. And made sure to get it taken care of the same day. They went over everything I needed done and broke down costs with me for our future plans. I will definitely be using them for all my dental needs.

He arrived over 20 minutes early at which point he was informed that he was never officially added to the schedule even though he was given an appointment card. He was informed that the hygienist might be able to squeeze him in in 30-45 minutes. Sadly we will go elsewhere as time is precious and wasted time is unacceptable. When I initially gave my 5 star review I let slide the fact that I waited 40 mins after my appointment time to be seen as I assumed this happened. However, scheduling conflicts and poor office management is not appreciated regardless of how awesome the Dentist and other staff performing the procedures are. The search for a solid dental office continues.Initial review from my first visit a few weeks prior...Visited Aspen Dental in Georgetown for the first time last week. Was due a cleaning after my beloved Dentist of a decade retired. I am duper particular about my teeth and the hands that work on them. From initial scheduling to leaving after my appointment I was more then satisfied. Everything was outstanding. Staff working intake was respectful, polite, and focused. Tech, hydenist, and Dentist were all about par. I will return for future cleanings and would recommend them to others. I make this recommendation with strong regard to superb dental care. I prepare private practice dental offices. In this instance I will back this specific location and its staff.

Just moved to the area. Old dentist was hours away. Figured a corporate operation would be the safe option verses finding a new dentist. Since the chip caused no pain, figured I would just need a crown. At Aspen I found Very Nice people! However, I also found a total corporate policy decision to scam people on unnecessary/unneeded procedures. They told me I had periodontal disease across most of my gums. Funny, the specialty dentist Im getting an implant from just the week before said I had healthy gums except for one area. The exact area where the molar wall ultimately failed.When comparing notes with friends - they too all had been told they had periodontal disease and that the cure would cost the exact same $989.00.Very pleasant folks following a corporate script to rip people off.Got the crown and fill at a wonderful new dentist for $1,200 not their $2,500 estimate.Buyer beware!

This place is a joke, called about getting tooth taken out, hurting very bad, was told I had to come in, appointment was week away, then come in to look at tooth, then come back, a week later. Sad, and had been there before. I would think if you had a bad tooth, they could get you in right away.

This place is corporate as it gets. My daughter called for a appointment and the woman on the phone was very pushy to get another refural before I could get a faster appointment. I finally got a appointment and went today. I just needed to get all my teeth pulled because Im a older lady and they are all in bad shape. They told me they would pull all my teeth except 3 so it doesnt mess up my bone structure. What am I going to do with just three teeth in my mouth. Then I told them they all have to go. Then I asked if there would be antibiotics or adiquit pain medication,there response was no we do not give out pain medicine we dont think you need a antibiotic, but the side of my face is swollen. My advice is go somewhere that will take care of your post op needs.

Dentist was super nice & welcoming. Rest of the experience was pretty bad. Initial lady was rushed, then at the end of the visit i was charged without notice for my future visit? Never agreed to it, Never explained what i’m paying for until i get home & check out the receipt. Also, Never had a dentist not able to do a cleaning on the firstvisit. Waiting for a refund but the office manager has yet to give me a call or the refund. I’d stay away.

Great dentist, great staff would have loved to work with them more but there prices are way too high and you have to pay up front before the work is done. I was wanting to get implants at Aspin but 50K. No thank you!

The entire crew was on top of their game. I have had Dental work done all over the place and they were game on from admission to the extraction of two teeth. I am not one to shy away though. Dr Gates was very informative in what to expect during each procedure. I will be back and they will be my Dental office while living in this are. The best group by far! Happy New Year!

I had a great experience on my first appointment. Im in need to get my dentures, my top, as soon as I can. I need to wear them. Im gonna call Monday. and see how I can get them fixed. I felt right at home. Loved the dentist. I think his name was Dr. Young, very professional. Got right to the point. Loved that.

My husband went to see if they could pull a tooth that brokeThey ended up pulling two teeth and may I say at an amazing price after the insurance.He was in a little pain after the shots wore off but, he took some advil, layed down for awhile.Happy to say he is feeling much better.Definitely will be good back again.

They said they had a sale $299. So I make an appointment for 8:00. First patient.I was called back 1 1/2 hr later to the exam room. After X-ray I was told my bill would be $400. I was thinking $299 cut in half by my dental insurance which would make it $150.Nope, if using insurance, can’t get the sale.Always a gimmick

Yes the people are nice but the whole time I was there they tried selling me an almost 15k InvisAlign, a $350 teeth whitening treatment, have my wisdom teeth removed (which haven’t ever given me trouble) that would cost thousands... Even tried selling me their branded TOOTHBRUSH for over $130!! I just felt like I was at a car dealership and didn’t feel like what they want for me is genuine and only want to make commission or sell ...Um sorry but no.

It is a very professional and comfortable environment and the most informative visit I’ve ever had so it helps me to understand why and how to take care of my teeth properly. I have never liked going to the dentist but I wont mind it near as much going here. It was a very good experience!

This was my first time going to a dentist in 12 years, so I knew my teeth wouldnt be great, but the ladies at Georgetown, Ky Aspen didnt give me any gruef about it. They were super friendly and only concerned about getting my mouth healthy again.

I called Thursday and they got me in that day. Every person in there was so very nice. Im so glad I pick Aspen Dental to go to. They found out what I needed and showed me the price. So I start next week.

First visit was good. Though they were short staffed due to a call-out, all the staff made up for it by being extremely courteous. Very efficient and thorough with regard to the explaination and cost of my treatment plan. The dental work starts next appointment.

Im answering for Mr Nelson Bryant since he cannot read or write. He had a very nice visit everyone was extremely nice extremely cordial but Mr Bryant is basically homeless and is a handyman in another state and is visiting in Kentucky with Medicaid .... North Carolina Medicaid. No one seems to be able to help him in the state of Kentucky and as those at Aspen told us yesterday he has infection all around the teeth below his gum line and the few teeth he has in his head. I did not know this when I invited him out here but now I cannot get any help for him He needs to have some dental work done desperately and our hope is that Aspen will be kind enough to do some pro bono work on his behalf Thank you

They were super nice and helpful. It has been about 2 years since my last dental visit and I had a bad experience at the office I went to so this time around I decided to give Aspen dental a chance and Im so glad I did. My teeth and gums are not in good health and I was worried about how I was going to pay for it because I do not have dental insurance. The exam and x-rays were free and they have set up a treatment plan for me. It is definitely pricey but They offer a care card plan to be able to pay for it a little at a time. I am glad I went and can be on a great track to get a healthy mouth.

Had to go there for emergency dental work on weekend. All the staff was courteous and helpful. Dr. Sadler has a great bedside manner and did excellent work! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr. Sadler is by far the best dentist Ive seen in a very long time. She is extremely passionate and caring. The office staff is great. And a special shout out to her office manager Sarah K. She was extremely helpful in assisting in finding the best way to pay my out of pocket expense.

My issue is with the pricing that was purposed to me. 2400 to fix 7 fillings is really insane. Especially when your website has Analgam filling for $98 * 7 is $686 and a composite $113 * 7 is $791 and then a cleaning is $69. No matter which way does that math add up to 2400. I truly feel like Aspen is taking advantage of people. Then the office manager just went ahead and run my credit without explaining to me that she was. I find that highly unprofessional. All in all I should have went to a different office and would have got better care for how much they are wanting.

Staff is very friendly and nice but all the dentist cared about was selling a new set of dentures and not repairing the broken bottom plate i had. I was told they could not be repaired. I took them to affordable dentures in for $140 that was repaired. I will never go back here again

I usually dont rate places but the staff here are a great group of people!!! I went here as a new patient getting dentures for the first time. They made me feel like they really cared from the time I walked in the door and made sure i was 100% satisfied before I left.I highly recommend Aspen in Georgetown!!

I sat down with the office manager, who helped me come up with a plan that fit my budget. I got the absolute best customer service from the beginning to end of my visit. I know without a doubt God directed me to Aspen Dental in Georgetown, KY. I have been without dental insurance for several years. I am so thankful to have found Aspen Dental.

I went there to get new dentures made in April.. I paid for the top of the line. They screwed up on the first set. So we had to go through the process again. The second set (mind you this is now end of July) was done was better. They are suppose to be comfortable. I have went for two adjustments and they still dont have them right. I suggest what I think needs to be done the lady said she cant do that. Im still uncomfortable wearing them, they hurt my mouth, I have trouble chewing so Im going to call for another adjustment. These things cost over $3000. It should not be this difficult.

Had a day off so I called Aspen Dental to see if I could get a cleaning because its been a bit since Ive had one due to Covid. They said yes they had an opening the next day so I took it. Got there, took x-rays and all the spill u do when its been over a year. An hour passes Im sitting there waiting for my cleaning and they say ok u can make your way to the front to go over the things you need done and Im like am I getting a cleaning because thats what I made the appointment for specifically? They said oh someone told u wrong, we dont do cleaning on new patient before we do all the spill of x-rays and such u have to make another appointment. Sooo Im quite disappointed because this cleaning was all I really wanted and a day off waisted. Ive been other places and got a cleaning done day one. So in not sure Im going back due to the fact that they brought me in under the impression I was getting a cleaning to milk my insurance with another appointment. Shady!

Everyone i came in contact with was absolutely wonderful....the doctor was awesome and each one took their time. Great place and great staff.

Initially, the communication from doctor to patient wasnt very detailed, however, I may not have asked the questions in a manner required. The procedures were performed very and my new teeth are excellent, the fit is as good as can be. I can eat anything I wish. My speech has changed but I have adapted well. Overall, Im very pleased with my decision to spend money at A span.

The appointment took a long time. Something like over an hour for my first visit. The plastic for the x ray mouth thing looked all chewed up and made me question cleanliness.After the exams, the doctors were nice but I felt like they were deceptive. Upon getting my quote, they were very short to move into getting me financed with just face numbers. I had to request an itemized bill. The bill had a 135 dollar tooth brush on it and a bunch of fodder that after research revealed to be unnecessary.I called back to see if i could switch my crown type so my insurance would cover more as they wanted to put an expensive front tooth crown on my back tooth. The lady told me no without asking who I was. She said if my plan was designed that way I cant change it.So I cant get what I can afford or want. My bill had over 1000 dollars of stuff my insurance didnt cover that I didnt absolutely need.

I wish I could rate no star but not an option. Aspen in georgetown the people are nice but they are money hungry. They will try to get everything they can. I had a filling fall out a few times now they want me to pay for it again( I dont think so) if I am gonna pay for it someone else is gonna get my money. They have already robbed me. No more. People beware pay attention to the pricing and Im sure Im not the only one that sees this.

Ive been to several dentists over the years and this was by far the worst dental experience Ive ever had. I should have known when they quoted a price for a root canal and crown considerably cheaper than anywhere else. Went in for the root canal and temporary crown. Temporary crown fell off first night. Ended up having to go back 4 times for the temporary crown falling off. Finally got the permanent one on and it fell off. Ended up having another dentist at the same place fix it but charged me another 150 bucks for a post buildup that the original dentist didnt do. I was too embarrassed by it all to go to another dentist nor could I afford it. Blew me away that they goofed it up that badly, made me have to come back numerous times, and then pay more to fix it? Needless to say I would say avoid them at all costs! I very much despise having someone do me wrong but by the time they fixed it I just wanted it to be fixed and not have to deal with them ever again. Keeping my fingers crossed that this crown stays put!

The office team is very helpful, respectful and courteous. If you are in need of dental services, I would recommend Aspen Dental. The services I required were very entailed and a long process before completion but it is now done and I am happy with the results.

I had a broken front tooth. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I barely felt anything when Dr. Diamond numbed the tooth. It was the same throughout the procedure. I am very happy with the Georgetown office of Aspen Dental!!! I have been through the process of getting partials made since March 2016, however, I have been at Frankfort Aspen Dental and no I would never recommend anyone to go to that location for dental services.I was sent to the Georgetown office, due to a problem getting an appointment with the Frankfort office for an adjustment on my partials and they were cutting into my gums.Georgetown is three times as far for me to drive and with gas prices everyone wants to go as close as they can anywhere, but I was treated so much better then I was ever treated at Frankfort office and I requested if there was anyway at all please transfer my care and the rest of my process to Georgetown and I will drive three times longer distance, just for the kindness and professional staff that are at the Georgetown office.

Could not be more pleased with the service. I was absolutely amazed about how quick and smooth the service was. This staff deserves a raise!!! I have always been terrified about dental appointments, but they have redefined my view of dental visits!

Had bad tooth ache on trip south and needed help. Called Aspen and was told to come in and they would fit me in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dentist diagnosed the problem and gave me medications to see me through until I get home. Was so thankful that they could help me and would recommend this office to anyone.

If i could give negative stares I would. Where to start... They sucked in my 20 year old granddaughter who needed dentures with their friendliness at first and quoted her for $2,831 with a 7 yr warranty, well she gets her immediate temporary denture and goes to oral surgeon and guess what? They do NOT fit. She goes back they remake them `and they still do not fit so she asked for some adjustments. They put the ill fitting denture in her mouth and when she motioned for them to stop they still didnt stop. She slammed the denture on the chair and ran out crying called her grandfather who went right away to pick her up. She keeps bleeding for 3 hours and when she calms down and is out of pain her and myself went up there and requested her records and was told they did not have to produce them! Overall very unprofessional children thinking they are doing a good job running an office! The owner is not going to be happy when our lawyer shows up!

Im glad a few smart, compassionate people got together and came up with Aspen dental.Everything about my visits have been thought out, begining with a coupon for free exam, x-rays,plan and quote, not estimate, quote.👴 The talk you through the whole process,what they can do to help you get and then keep a healthy mouth. They help you, help you. They come up with a plan, tell you the entire price, and if you dont have dental insurance, they have have ways to help you find financing.Everyone from the receptionists, hygienists,dentists, x-ray takers, to the office manager seemed like they really want to get your mouth back in order and not just trying to make 💰. They get it.And they didnt make me feel embarrassed that Id let my teeth get so had. Theyve seen it all, fixed it all and dont care at all. So brush your teeth before you go, if you can, and just go. It may take a few visits,but theyre gentle about it. Then good bye old mouth, hello smile😁

Went in for free consultation they told me i had massive infection and could tell i was in a great deal of pain then told me i would need to start paying on a 15000 dollar bill and wouldnt even start treatment untill i did they wouldnt even set me up with an antibiotic to help with the infection im sure they do great work if you have lots of cash or great insurance but if you are the little guy i guess you can suffer
