Love Dr Dyer and all of his staff! All the hygienists are great but Brenda is my favorite. My family and I have been going there for over 10 years. His staff doesn’t change which speaks volumes about what a good office it is and what a great boss he must be. Recently I have starting taking my 90 year old mother. She finally likes going to the dentist! She couldn’t believe how pain free and easy it was going to the dentist. She was also very surprised how affordable it was. Great dentist and staff! Highly recommend.

I stayed away from the dentist for years and was referred to Dr. Dyer. Since the first time I went in I have never experienced a Dr’s office where everyone is so kind and compassionate. Brenda is the one who over the years has slowly worked with me to getting my teeth and gums to a place I never thought was possible. She always makes sure I’m ok as I have a small mouth and tight jaws that can bring discomfort when they are open even for a short period of time. You can’t go wrong going to Dr. Dyer’s office.

Dr. Dyer and his staff are amazing. The front office is so friendly and helpful and our hygienist is very kind and skilled. Dr. Dyer is wonderful. He never pushes anything on you or tries to sell you unnecessary treatments like many other dental practices. He takes an incredible amount of time with you to explain any work that needs done and is happy to show you pictures of what he’s doing. It’s a pleasure working with this whole team and they have take of our family very well over these past several years! They are expanding into a really beautiful new place because they are garnering a lot of patient satisfaction!

What can I say, friendly, professional, thorough—- everything I would want In my new family dentist and staff. The hygienist is so cheerful and helpful; the office staff are more than helpful with insurance arrangements and always greet you as soon as you come in. They have it all!

Hard to admit but it has been some time between dental visits. Finding a DMD is important to me, so a plus for this. Second, the dental team was informative and helpful. They listen to my dental history, clarified the work to be done and made the visit relaxing. Even the front desk team made sure I understood the admin stuff and set up next appointments.

Dr. Dyer is very professional. He and his assistant spent over 2 hours on a cap for my tooth taking great care to do his best to save the tooth. Absolutely no pain afterward.His office is clean and his staff is very efficient taking great effort to give the best care. I would highly recommend him.

This was my sisters appointment. She was scared tremendously to come in. She probably hadn’t been to the dentist more than a couple times in the last 30 years, despite having insurance! But she had such a good experience with Cynthia, Dr. Dyer, And the front office staff. She was really excited when she got home and told everybody about it for the rest of the day. She will definitely be going back and doing what they said!

I can not say enough about this practice, everyone makes you feel welcomed and cared for. Dr. Dyer is kind, gentle and thorough. I did not go to the dentist for many years due to how I had been treated in the past- now I never hesitate to keep up with my twice yearly cleanings as Brenda takes into account some of the challenges with my mouth and always makes sure I am comfortable while working extremely hard to make sure my teeth are cleaned in a way that supports my whole Heath. I can not say enough about this practice.

Cinthia is my dental hygienist at Dr. Dyer’s office. She is thorough and personable. Today I had annual x-rays and a cleaning. After my cleaning, I saw Dr. Dyer who evaluated my x-rays and set a treatment plan. They sent an estimate to my dental insurance and I should hear back in two weeks of what they will cover. Dr. Dyer has been my dentist for the past four years. Their team works well together and all provide exceptional service.

There are five of us in our family and we have all been going to Michael Dyer DMD since he came here. We have lived in Georgetown for twenty two years. Dr. Dyer has not been here for that long but I suspect it is close to twenty years. We have had excellent care from him and his staff throughout all of these years and will never leave him. I have a daughter who just graduated from medical school and I am a recently retired physician. Now you know who a physician would take his family to for the best care! In case youre wondering, I get no discount on my care, I pay my bills like everyone else. I can recommend Dr. Dyer and his great staff to anyone without hesitation.

Dr. Dyer is a superb dentist that has a genuine concern for his patients mouths. He will recommend other oral doctors if need be and does not have a problem in doing so. I have been going to him ever since we moved here in 2016 and I see him every six months alternatively with another oral doctor due to conditions of my gums and teeth.His staff is extraordinarily good with meticulous record keeping. I have been seeing the same hygienist, Brenda, since beginning to see Dr. Dyer. Going to visit Brenda, my hygienist, is as easy and comfortable as going to my hairdresser! She is very personable and gentle yet does an excellent job with cleaning my teeth. I love that the front office staff sends a reminder text about an hour before my appointment (lest I space out and forget!). They are also great about texting if they are running early and offering that I can come in sooner. Dr. Dyer is a great dentist and never tries to upsale services or suggest dental work that isnt necessary just to make a few extra bucks.

Great first visit. They were very attentive to me. They explained everything. They took the time to answer all my questions and did not do any procedures without explaining the reason for them and my cost.

I have moved to Georgetown from Connecticut and have had to choose new dr’s, dentist, salon, dry cleaner, etc. I had gone to one other dentist who was capable and nice but it just wasn’t a fit. So I saw a recommendation for Dr Dyer. I just went today and have to say that Dr Dyer and his staff, especially his wife, Tammi, were completely top notch! Professional but also personable, which is a tricky combo to find in my opinion. I felt like a patient, I felt unique, I felt listened to and understood and that my best interests were a main priority when discussing my treatment plan. I have found my dentist office and I highly recommend Dr Dyer and his team. You will NOT feel like a number in any way.

The staff are all very friendly and accommodating.
