Went to get an oil change, came back for another one months later only to be told my bolt was cross threaded and they could not take out the bolt because it probably wouldnt fit back in. Employee was chill and told me a reliable place I could get it fixed at least. Windshield wipers i bought work. Customer care got me right and is reimbursing for cost to replace oil pan. Maybe i just had a new employee that first time. Be sure to check bolt and oil level after.
The guys at Valvoline were very professional, a check for lights my brakes my tires, my transmission, Im brake fluid among other things and did an oil change. I was very impressed and appreciate the work. See you guys my next oil change.
Darius and the team were incredibly professional and efficient! I usually go to Holly Springs location but today I was closer here and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be back!
I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but obviously Valvoline cooperate doesn’t care after I called to make a complaint. I went there for a simple car inspection. Purchased window wipers a month ago and kept the receipt. Because I knew they were going to try and up sell me on things I didn’t need.The lobby was gross. Guy came mumbling that I needed window wipers. I should him the receipt when they were purchased. He closes the door and goes back to my car. Comes tells me its “ready”. They take my money before telling me my car failed inspection due to wiper blades. They lie that the manager Barry isn’t on site after I asked to speak to a manager. I called back up to the store to get a District managers phone number. Barry tells me “you can go find it your own self online” and hangs up on me. Go to jiffy lube up the road. This place and company is a joke. I’ll never buy Valvoline products again.

After trying to upsell me unnecessary “upgrades,” on top of a $80 oil change, the technician said my oil pan bolt was stripped and they couldn’t do it.My first instinct is that a place that specializes in oil changes should be able to figure out a stripped bolt.I decided to change my oil myself. $25, and my oil pan bolt was not stripped... at all. With minimal tools and experience I was able to do it myself in less time than it would have taken me to sit at this sham business.
Really expensive compared to their drive-thru competitor Take 5. I felt like I was hanging out with my buddies how laid back they were, except it made me question their quality of work...I had to show them how to change my light bulb! Plus no military discounts, only active duty? Seems odd, I guess my time spent serving wasnt worthy enough of their discount, its okay your competitors value my veteran status.

I used this location for a routine oil change. The service members were very professional and I really appreciated the lengths that Valvoline has gone to to provide transparency. When I pulled into the bay, I was able to see two camera views on the monitor beside me. One showed a shot of my truck from above that allowed me to see the technician working under the hood. The second angle showed the technician under my truck. This gave me piece of mind that the technicians were not going outside the bounds of what I had asked them to do. I also appreciated the candor I received from who I assumed was the manager or shift leader. He offered to change my transmission fluid (an extra $149), but after checking the color of the fluid and showing it to me, he said that it probably did not need to be changed. I was really impressed by this move as most places will try to make the sale. I will come back to this location next time and the next time because the employees are not pushy. I felt like I got exactly what I needed and left satisfied.
Completely unprofessional con-artist work here. Ive taken two of my cars to be inspected here and I was greeted both times by extremely unprofessional staff who tried convince me that I need new windshield wipers when literally I replace them the day before. The last time I was in there I asked them to show me the damage on my windshield wipers, which then propted them to say that because one of my windshield wipers left a streak down the middle of my windshield I would fail inspection however I just took my t-shirt and clean my windshield wiper because there was a small twig under on of the wipers and it fixed the problem. So either theyre extremely apathetic or con artist trying to sell me something I dont need using fear of failure to do so. I pride myself on not being a Karen but the workers here are extremely dishonest so you have to essentially argue to save yourself from being manipulated/ taken advantage of. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

Ariel, Barry, and Noah were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable with top notch customer service! We were greeted within seconds of pulling up and guided into a bay. The price and function of each Oil available was broken down and we were walked through every step as it was being completed. The drive through oil service Could not have been any easier! We were able to watch on a monitor as the car was being worked on and the entire process took only 11 minutes! Highly recommend this location. We will absolutely be back!
Couldnt give it zero stars! Three trips for inspection. Failed for wipers. Last two fails were spiteful. I know this because nothing was done to the wipers after i had them changed after first fail. Even had auto parts store check them no problem found. Was told when i went back that the last time that they hadnt even been putting me in the system for reinspection
Unfortunately our first visit to Valvoline will also be our last. My husband took our Jeep in for an oil change. When he was about halfway home the jeep started to smoke and was spraying oil everywhere. We had the jeep towed to our trusted mechanic who advised that the seal on the oil filter was cut. We understand that mistakes happen however this is supposed to be their bread and butter? We contacted Valvoline corporate and they did pay for the tow and the repair bill however it was still very inconvenient and messy!

I was having transmission issues with my Honda and decided to take matters into my own hands. I quickly discovered I should leave it to the professionals. I went in without an appointment and met Ariel. She was super nice and walked me through everything, I recommend asking for her if you ever have issues with your car!
Check your oil before leaving. They are over filling the oil. It is inparitive that it is not over the fill line. This will blow the seals in your engine and cause it to leak, causing major engine damage. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Tbey acted like they didnt know that overfilling it would cause damaged to the engine.This is hard to believe that they all didnt see a problem with this. They argued and didnt want to correct their mistake. We had to refuse to leave before they drained some out. This was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had. There needs to be more training and the oil fill guns need to be recalibrated.
This was my second time visiting this location. This time the experience was horrible. The gentleman input my wrong mileage. I informed him that my mileage was incorrect he then tells me he cant print another sticker out. He said that I I told him wrong mileage lie #1...then he stated the worker the last time I came input mileage in wrong lie #2 proof is on my invoice. I dislike being lied to when I pay my money. Im not a happy customer at all. Didnt try to make it right instead you chose to lie.

I went to get an oil change and the guy who is the manager had me sitting out there, usually the protocol of an oil change is they usually take your keys and car, so the dude had me to drive in and I wasnt sure how far I should go, when I pulled up I didnt know whether they wanted me to sit in the waiting area or what, so I asked the young lady and she said I could sit in my car so I did with windows up because I am not accustom to sitting in a car during an oil change, if the dude had informed me that the protocol has changed I would have understood, but instead he was talking to like I was five years old and I told him that he doesnt have to be mean speaking to me, I mean Im spending my money, he asked me to leave I will never bring my car to a place that has such poor people management skills never again!!!!
I got a Groupon coupon for a Full Synthetic Oil change at this place for about $50.00 and thats around a 45% savings. So that was well worth going after.They did change my oil, and had video cameras and a cool monitor showing me what was going on both above and below my vehicles engine compartment. That was nice. I was in and out in under 10 mins, so that was great too.The bad part is that theyre also supposed to check things like tire pressure, windshield washer fluid, etc. All those things were checked off as done, or re-filled, but were not done. It was raining and I really could have used some windshield washer fluid too, but had to grab some at the store later.They even checked off that my transmission fluid level was okay, when my vehicle doesnt even have a transmission fluid dipstick for them to check.If there had been any other customers there, then I could see maybe getting lost and skipping something by mistake, but it was empty and 45 mins before closing.I have tire pressure monitoring, so it was fine for me. Just thought about how much pressure changes happen this time of year and how someone could have a false sense of safety with all those items being checked off that werent actually being looked at.They also didnt know about the Groupon coupon until they were done and it was time to pay, so that wasnt a factor.They still get three stars because a Full Synthetic Oil Change for roughly 50% off, is a great deal, and they did that part just fine.

Let me just say very satisfied extremely pleased with Rahmel customer service and mechanical knowledge he made us feel safe and informed thought he was the manager for sure team lead or a supervisor go head keep it up we will definitely be back for more service on other vehicles family and friends refereed. Oh lastly the team worked well together the communication was there.
Went to store on 3 different occasions and 1st time couldn’t do inspection. 2nd visit to store -NO OIL- was using their standard Valvoline synthetic oil. Went today to get truck inspected techs were beside building smoking and was told their machine was down. I won’t waste my time going there again

Well...as much as love valvoline that was a worst experience at that current location.The lady didnt even know how to get the filter off from the top of the car. All she did that hit my side mirror 3 times .The other guy did it with dropping the wrench under my hood( hope he didnt damage anything) the guy from the bottom hardly get the wrench from my car and gave to the guy for him to finally made it right. As I see they are not professionals I specifically tell them make sure you put 5.9 quarters of oil. They shake their heads and still over fill it. They start telling that they will drain a little and I just stopped them cause I want to be out of there.All tires had a different tire pressure and I have to do it again right after them. And cherry on the top was the wrong mileage on my receipt. There is a new car and it has only 4200 miles on it. I told him he was surprised it was that little and reask me. I told him Fourty two hundred twice again. He still put 42 thousands miles. I never even say word THOUSAND. Very disappointed.
I went to get an oil change and when I left they left my hood open and my tires were going flat after they checked the tire pressure. 😑

Noah and Brandon customer service was amazing, even though the oil change was a little higher than what I expected. Very rude employees. They raised their voice on the phone and got angry when I inquired about an oil change & car registration inspection because apparently their machine was down. Whoever manages this company needs to teach their employees about how to communicate calmly when stressed. I will never go here for service and do not recommend it to anyone else.

This was the third place i called at or around 6:15 pm, they all closed at 7 but none of them would take me in. When i called this place they said they definitely had time to fit me in. He teased me when i pulled up and said they no longer could do my oil change and I said i just called? He smiled and laughed and said he was just kidding! It was pretty funny and we both laughed! They were friendly and nice and took care of my Burb oil change in no time. I will be back and will recommend to friends.

The people here had nothing going on. Not one other car. I was addressed like the persons mother had just died. The tone of her voice was horrible and was blah. Mumbling and acted like it was a pain to do a oil change. I told then my truck take six quarts. The groupon pays for five and I add Lucas oil treatment for the rest. She looked at the bottle and said I don’ know how much goes in or how to measure it. I know people have a off day but this was kind of outrageous to be treated like I was doing a inconvenience to her day

I visited the Garner location March 7th 2020 for an oil change after sitting for about 30 minutes I was notified that my oil plug was stripped and asked where my previous oil change had been completed which was at this same location. My oil change took almost 2 hours the two gentlemen working did a great job of notifying me on all the updates regarding my vehicle and the issue was eventually fixed after the manager had to go and buy a new larger plug for the 2nd time I appreciate them working diligently to resolve the issue which was caused by them maybe not the exact team members working this day but from this location what I wasnt happy with was the fact that after waiting for almost 2 hours I was asked to render the full amount of the oil change without even being offered a discount for me being as patient as I was due to this inconvenience. I expected 20-30 minutes tops and was there for almost 2 hours I felt like an apology should have been rendered and a deduction or even a coupon should have been offered due to the excessive time lapse which was clearly displayed in front of the cashier/mechanic and myself! A deduction was rendered but it was after I requested one I definitely think customer service could use abet improving especially in situations of these types!

Arrived at this location and was not greeted everyone was standing around on cell phones. I roll down my window and one worker walks straight past me rapping and says he is in lunch and the other walks up while on his phone says nothing and I state oil change. He gets in the car drives up and while working on my car they are all unprofessional and inappropriate. They barely speak to the customer and then try to sell me an air filter when mine is 2 weeks old. Terrible customer service here I do not recommend and will never return! They do not even ask me what type of oil I wanted until I spoke up and said which type. Also I hear them talking about my headlight being out and then they don’t even tell me at checkout. I had to ask if I heard them correctly!

I went for an oil change and tire rotation for my jeep wrangler. They could not do tire rotation because they did not have the right drill bit size. They got one tire off and put it back. They had the nerve to charge me 6 bucks for that. After arguing with them they refused to budge.NEVER NEVER GO HERE...NEVER
