The girl stood there with the pressure washer and maliciously chipped away the paint on my hood. Like a huge amount. She didnt even spray my windshield good. (They never spray the windshield in enough time for it to clean the windshield.) Its on your cameras. You also have to put your vents on recirculate when you go through, because it smells sour and mildewy. I have tried to contact corporate, with no response, yet. And people are paying for this kind of service.

To me this is your regular standard drive through car wash. Friendly service, free vacuum stations, window cleaner and floor mat machine. The drive through was has changing lights so kids will love it. Also they have 3 standard selections to choose from.

I absolutely love this place! I am a member of their car wash program. You can literally wash your car there every day for $25. Plus, you have access to their awesome vacuums, cleaning spray, and microfiber cloths. I have never kept my car so clean! It also makes getting your car washed a relatively fun experience!

Not satisfied with the job done. I watched the car ahead of me sprayed as it went in from front to fender. As I sat there the staff was occupied and did not spray mine much. I could have tolerated this if the car had been cleaned well.It was not. The tires were not done well at all and the there was dried water all over the rear bumper and in the grill.I paid 25 dollars for this and I am disappointed. Saturday May 22nd visit in the evening after 6pm.Maybe the work better earlier in the day.This was the worst visit by far and I have visited frequently.Not willing to recommend at this time. My teen just got her restricted driving license and drove us into this car wash !!! The employee guys cracking up seeing her so nervous and not knowing how to align the tires to get in car wash ...it was a memory to cherish. We both enjoyed vacuuming with all the free glass cleaners and towels!! No paper real cloth towels for all your interior needs!! Awesome place!!

Back at the beginning of August I noticed that this location was opened back up. So I decided to stop and have my car washed. My coworker said that this location was running a promotion of $5.00 as their grand reopening. The attendant told me that the first wash would be $5.00 and after that it would be $19.99 for the subscription. I never received a receipt for this transaction either. Being that I never used it after the first time I decided cancel my subscription at the end of August. I sent an email stating that I no longer wanted my subscription. The email response stated thisHi Tia,Ive scheduled your unlimited wash club membership to expire at the end of the current billing cycle (on 9/30), stopping future charges. Your membership will remain active in the meantime, so you can continue to enjoy the benefits of the unlimited wash club until your membership expires.Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.Thank you,So under the assumption that I would no longer be charged October comes and I’m charged $19.99. End of October comes and I’m charged $19.99.And it’s seem like it takes forever for someone to return your call.

Fast, easy and has your car looking like it just came from the dealership

I am very pleased with this service. I had previously neglected the care of my car due due scheduling issues. With the drive through feature, I can care for my vehicle conveniently. I especially like the mat cleaning, which I had to use after spilling a drink on one of mine, causing an odor. The only issue I have is not being able to change the payment method on the website, which is an inconvenience to have to do in person or be stopped at the gate because the card was declined on the recurring date. Fix that and I would give 5 stars.

Its a quick and easy way to get your car cleaned and I like the fact that nobody really blasts their music so I can just listen to my own music in my headphones while I vacuum my car.

Just need for the guys to spray more cleaner on the car because I had to drive threw twice and it still could have use a scrub brush. I dont think the spray foam was strong enough.

Paid $20 and my truck is still dirty. It seems they are only interested in selling memberships which, after the sorry wash you might need to wash it every day.

American pride decided to remodel and have a drive-through car wash… This seems to be an excellent move… Unfortunately the competitors pricing right next to it has gotten way overpriced and the quality has gone down tremendously… However, I know the price I’m paying now only go up… Other than that this is a great place to have your car wash and give it a little detail

This car wash is extremely over priced and they don not clean your car well at all. I left with dirt spots all over my car and tiny scratches. Not too mention that the machines will knock your side mirrors backwards every time. The staff looks like they hate being there and are not professional at all. My wife and I got the first month free deal and were never told that we would be charged $35 a month after the initial month had expired. It is also $35 for their best car wash and it is not worth it at all. Total rip off. The vacuum cleaners are very weak as well. Its not smart to take your car here. Youve been warned. This is also the newly remodeled one too.

Good in-n-out carwash, real nice self-finishing area (w/floor & crevice vacs and air guns to blow out trapped water)... a bit pricey at $10.00 for a basic, considering Im supposed to dry and finish my own car. But if you need a quicky, prepare to pay for the convenience. 🚗🧽🌬️🚘👍

You spend money on a car wash and then they give you tokens as change. It wouldnt be so bad if they took their tokens back but some tokens arent accepted. Waste of money for a mediocre car wash. Better off going to chuck e cheese if you want tokens. At least they are useful there.

I like this laser car wash. For one no worries about mechanical sponges scraping your paint away. All in all the car wash gives you a decent rinse off to get rid of that first layer of dirt. Definitely not comparable to a full detail, however.

**Update for NEW Renovation **---- July 2020ZERO stars! On my very first wash with this new automated system the tracks DESTROYED my rims and took the finish off so that all of my rims are 80% covered with the black base of a rim.This car wash turned the hood of my sisters white Corolla PINK from the harsh chemicals in the cleaners.Lastly I was told $5 for the 1st month and then $10/month afterwards. However I got charged $35!! The phone system hangs up when you call to resolve. This place is a joke and has costs me hundreds to fix my rims!!‐--------------------------------Plenty of options for $3.50 however 5 minutes is not enough to manually get all options done to your car. If you realize you do not have enough cash and need to use your card after already inserting cash you have just lost that money. There is no option to get your money back in coins or bills so I definitely lost $3 as I couldnt find $0.50. They really need to fix this.

I was totally disappointed with this location. They will take your money without providing any way to get money deposited into the machines. Im sure it like most self service car washes with strong water spray etc. But not giving a customer enough options to refund money if you change your mind after depositing change into machines is my issue. Now it may not have been much $1.50 but to do it to many people over time is quite profitable. Never again!!

I got the super wash from the automatic car wash and now I need to wash my car somewhere else because it is filthy! The wash was really quick, only making a couple passes, so there is no way it actually did all of the things the menu said it would. The worst part was the dryer. While it was drying, it was still spraying soap. At the end of the wash, my car was dripping with soap.

I was at Auto bell first but I didnt see the option for an undercarriage wash so I left and tried American Pride because they do. So apparently to this car wash meaning of american pride is somewhat clean and somewhat dirty, thats correct and I should have known better than to use this car wash. I will from now on either clean it myself or use other car washes. Since I have already wasted money on a recent car wash, my kids and I will hand wash it to get it for real clean. Its not a car its a van washing the top is not easy when you have short legs and arms.

This is absolutely the cleanest self serve car wash in the Garner area. I buy the $22 auto wash once a week, and it really gets the job done unlike other car washes that seem youre just paying money for nothing.

Great place for a quick was. It has change machine, vending for air fresheners, vacuums, several places for wash it yourself and 2 touchless bays for drive through washes.

No towels to dry car off with like most of there competitors offer. Not going back here again.

They only give change as tokens so you have to use them all here. They use the smallest brush head possible so typically that you spend more time washing your car which means you have to spend more money.

Something is always broken on the vacuum hoses. And last time i went, the soap brush was completely drenched in mud an gravel (Not the best thing to wash a car with) so i used the money i had already deposited in the machine to rise the brush off. Need to find a new car wash place...

Not a huge fan of this type of wash, but needed to clean a couple vehicles quick... its ok... doubt Ill make this a common occurrence. the time/pay options arent very clear. What I did after working through the first car was expire the 5 minutes, hit off & restart the process.

I have been here a few times but prefer others washes simply because its usually high traffic and the water pressure for the car drive wash, also the air dryer only makes one pass over your car compare to others that makes 2 passes. Which means your car may not be as dry even when paying premium $12.00 😒

I drove out of my way to get my car washed at this location after being used to getting it washed at the American Pride in Fuquay only to be disappointed when I got here and find out they don’t have free vacuums at this location. After paying $15 for a small, sub-par laser car wash, I am not going to turn around and give them more money to use their sub-par vacuums when I get access to much better vacuums for free in Fuquay. Skip this location and go straight to the new one in Fuquay.
