*Vehicle was damaged in car wash*My husband took our vehicle to Autobell in Garner on 8/20 for a car wash and detail. When he returned home (8 min away) to show me, we immediately noticed small paint chips all over our hood, brush scratches running in a line up the hood, and multiple pits in the windshield. We knew that this damage had to have come from Autobell, because none of this was present prior to going through the car wash. Our vehicle is kept in a garage unless we are driving it.Immediately, we called Autobell and described what happened. There was no manager present at that time so we were asked to come back the next day. We also began a claim with our insurance company to document what had occurred.When we brought the car back the next day (8/21) only the Assistant Manager was present and he was concerned that we had left the previous day. He actually said “Now, I’m not saying you’re lying about it…” We left the previous day because we were not expecting damage to our vehicle after a simple car wash. We only noticed the damage upon arrival home when I walked out to look at the car.He also stated that it looked like the “bug damage” that he had on his truck, which is irrelevant and not the damage we witnessed. He was in touch with the manager who suggested running the vehicle through the car wash again to “prove that the damage couldn’t have come from their machine.” The car came out with more damage of tiny paint chips on the doors that was consistent with the damage that had occurred on the hood the previous day.The assistant manager did not acknowledge this damage. He then proceeded to explain that in his opinion the damage wouldn’t warrant a claim for them to cover the repair. Regardless of his opinion, our vehicle was damaged by this company and needs to be repaired.We have been told to come back on Monday to speak with an actual manager, and we will not stop pursing this until Autobell takes ownership of this damage and compensates us appropriately.UPDATE - 8/23We returned on Monday 8/23 and spoke with the manager, Brian. He just kept saying there was no way his machine could have damaged the vehicle. He did not listen, empathize, or do anything to provide customer service that would be expected of a business manager. He disrespected my husband and accused him of lying when he stated our daily driving consists of ~5 minutes to/from our daughters daycare. He tapped his clipboard and said Well, your mileage reflects differently. Our vehicle mileage is irrelevant.The fact is that our vehicle was damaged - chipped paint, brush scratches and pits in the windshield. This needs to be rectified. We have submit a claim with Autobell.

Ive visited this location 4 or 5 times. For a general car wash, its not a bad option.The last few visits have left me disappointed and feeling cheated. The machine wash does a decent enough job, but the detail team tends to miss spots inside and out. The top of the rear bumper and door wells were left obviously dirty.I paid for Armor All to be applied, and the doors and some of the center console were attended to, but the entire dashboard was neglected.

Ive actually never left a negative review for any company before, since Ive worked in some form of customer service almost my whole life and am incredibly easy going. But yikes, had a pretty unprofessional experience with a staff member doing interior cleaning today, despite most of the other staff being pretty cool. This was so frustrating.

Great car wash! My car desperately needed to be vacuumed and all the windows desperately in need of a cleaning on the inside of the car. I was there in the morning when they opened. I had googled looking for the closest to my home and I decided to try this location. Very happy that I did. As busy as it was, the owner himself thoroughly cleaned the inside of my car. I spoke with him, such a nice friendly gentleman, a very hard worker and I let him know I was more than pleased with the work he did. Ive been using Autobell for years. I go back and forth between this and the Knightdale location. Yesterday was one of the best experiences Ive ever had. Isaiah was fantastic! He took the time needed to make sure the inside and outside of my 10 year old truck shined like new! I was a little perturbed by the guy that was directing traffic though. Seems as though he kept trying to rush him. He kept looking over at him throwing his hands in the air as if to ask him what was taking so long. Maybe because of the fact that he was left to take care of my big truck by himself while other cars had two people on it. Isaiah took the time needed to make sure everything was done right, and it is much appreciated by me. Maybe let your other employees know that, with the prices you guys charge for car washes, taking your time and making sure its done right is the way to go. 5 stars for Isaiah.

Always a great experience. A buncb of nice people that answer all your questions or concerns. They are now spraying the insidesbwith disinfectant as well if getting the inside cleaned. I only go to them now to detail my car. They do not price gouge and give quality work. They will make sure you are fully happy with your car before leaving. You can even tip them for the personal service or not. You get the same service either way but I thank them with a little tip for working in such a trying time and this heat. Go by and let them shine your baby up for ya. Tell them I sent ya.

We had our car washed and the interior cleaned. However, the interior was initially done poorly. When we addressed the dissatisfaction with one of the managers, Gage, he quickly and professionally handled the situation. It wasnt long before he had personally cleaned the interior. Gages response changed my entire mood, and we left feeling satisfied.

Very disappointed that I paid $45 for the super poly process. I basically got ripped off. From the looks of it all i got a wash and vacuum. No scent added, seats all were left with crumbs in the cracks, trash still in the cup holder, dirt radio display, and streaky dirty windows.

Had a really good 1st time experience and definitely will be going again !

I have a Dodge Ram that is babied. It is kept in a private driveway on a separate concrete pad and under a Budge truck cover. When I do drive it, the mirrors are always pulled in after it is parked. After my last visit to Autobell, I went home and covered my truck which is when I noticed deep vertical scratches on my passenger mirror. Embedded in the scratches were a distinctive blue color, the same color of the Autobell wash components. I was a long time customer and never had any issues before but management denied my claim. I followed up with upper management twice with the promise that they would follow up. After the third call with no follow up from upper management, I decided to share my experience. I have given away my remaining gift cards and found another car wash. I wish I had read the earlier reviews.

Paid for manager special on Monday worst job ever. Did not vacuum out the back. Did not wipe out the trunk or back doors.

Im a patient person having worked in the service/customer service industry but, enough is enough. This chain needs some serious competition. I have been going to these locations mainly out of convenience and the price versus the quality of service (re: end results) are not acceptable.On my last visit my car was more visibly dirty than when I brought it in! My interior windows had an oily film on them and THIS HAPPENS ON EVERY VISIT!!! I got the highest priced service and there was a streak/smudge down the middle of the entire vehicle?!? And had I not brought it to the attention of the staff, I would have driven off with it there. I asked what it was and the staff said it was the polish wax.The interior cleaning is soooo inconsistent. Its NEVER a complete cleaning. Some full service car washes in other cities have detail service that is an upgrade for more money and they take the time to get the little things. However, Autobell doesnt have a detail service available. Since that is the case I would at least expect for ALL of my door jams to be cleaned...the dashboard to be wiped down...the vents to be wiped down...the rear carpet to be vacuumed...the cup holders to be cleaned...AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD not have my windows look like they were cleaned with bacon grease.*I see that Autobell has replied to other negative reviews so, I will add this. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A FREE $40+ wash. I want you to improve your service since you have limited competition. Prices have gone up since you first opened and the level of service has drastically declined. Just give me my moneys worth PLEASE!

Upon getting home, there were several areas of my truck that were not touched. I usually prefer a hand wash but chose Autobell because they wipe the vehicle down after it comes out of the car wash. Unfortunately, there was not very much attention to detail and I ended up doing some additional vacuuming detailing once I got home, with a few miles of the location. I did pay for one of the top packages. Also did point out a few spots that were addressed before I left.

This place is great. always super quick and nice service. you’re never wondering where you’re supposed to go or where you’re supposed to pull up to when it’s busy, there is always someone right there, when you need them, to direct you. this is the only place i get my car washed and i recommend always getting the “hand dry” - the cost is negligible for the difference it makes and it takes like no time.

For the money you pay you would think they would do a better job inside and outside. My car is only a year old and very well taken care of. Was disappointed to see that the black tar was not removed from the car door. Shouldve walked around the car before leaving.

$31!!! QOverpriced for the service. It’s more like a quick $5 car wash. I had to come home and re-vacuum, wipe down the interior, cup holders, seats, well, basically everything. Save your money. Go to the $5 car wash and vacuum yourself, because you will have to do it regardless.

Paid 31$ for the interior and exterior clean, highly disappointed in the amount of effort they put into leaving so much undone. Please do better!

I really wanted to give these young boys a chance (4 times maybe), but really I just need to save my money and vacuum the car myself. I had even paid for the 15$ special vacuuming and mats last time to see if that was what I was missing...same. 40$ I could’ve spend in a Groupon for basic detailing interior and exterior.

For $50 they sure didnt seem to vacuum fully or even get all the dirt off my interior doors. Told guys at check in my car needed to smell good as I have dogs... about a week later their cologne wears off and my car still smells. Good for gas station quality wash, but at least they shined the tires...

The guy in the kiosk, Zack is rude AF.... dismissive and disrespectful little snot.My car was extremely dirty, so I wasnt expecting it to come out like it just came off of the showroom floor, but if youre drying my car and tell me its still dirty, common sense and good customer service should tell you to run it through again.... I shouldnt have to tell you. Also, if the tires were dressed after the first run through and it washed off after the second run through.... why should I have to tell you to redress them? Very disappointed because Ive always been very pleased on previous visits...

Excellent car wash. Our car was extremely dirty and the staff went above and beyond when hand drying the car to ensure it was clean.

I have been going to Autobell for nearly two years once a week or so and it has continuously been hit or miss. My last time was this past Sunday, had a card for the BOGO wash that I had previously purchased, I upgraded interior and exterior armor all for 22.00 including a 5.00 tip card! It was the absolute worst! Half of my car was wiped with armor all and half was not. The cargo area was not even vacuumed. Chrome rim not wiped off. Tire shine all over rims. I wasted my money!

This last time was the best experience Ive had with Autobell. While they always do a good job, the men who worked on my car on Aug. 22 took extra care to wipe all the door frames and even the top of the car. Truly top notch service.

I got the $28.95 wash and my car still had dirt in and on it.The manager (Max) was not much help. He told the guy to clean the car better but went in to the AC and never came out to check. So I left. If I ever go back there, I hope the crew is better

The prices here are thru the floor. The young men doing the detailing are courteous and actually seem to enjoy their jobs. I usually won’t let another human being near my cars but these guys did a really great job making me feel comfortable.

The people are friendly even though I know it was uncomfortably hot. I just did the ride through wash and it cleaned most of my truck. If I had gotten the full service Im sure it would have looked good. The additional cleaning that I did was just because I prefer to do the finishing touches myself.

Ive been to this location at least 10 times and its always been a good experience. I will note that they get busy - so I opt to go right when they open on a Saturday/Sunday morning and I am in and out (even with getting the full interior/exterior clean) in less than 15 minutes. I will note, that you get what you pay for, this is NOT a full auto detail (which typically cost $200+). I get the Super Poly Process Plus and add on Armor All interior. This gets a nicely washed and dried car with tire shine and an interior that has been vacuumed, windows cleaned, and dash wiped down with armor all. No, it is not thoroughly getting junk out of cup holders or every little piece of dirt, but it does a good job that would otherwise have taken me an hour+ to do at home. If you want a real auto detail - go to a professional detailer and leave it for 3+ hours and pay 6-7x as much as AutoBell. Again, its a good deal, but be realistic about what you get.

Hand and feet prints left on dash board, sand left in seat. Had to ask them to vacuum it again and pointed out things not whipped. Dirt from used rag left all over console. My last 3 washes were horrible. Never again will I pay $28 for a wash. I keep a very clean black inside of my car, we went on a trip I I wanted it cleaned and it looks worse. Next time I will do it myself.

Legitimately one of the greatest car wash staff in the area. I had this young gentlemen, i believe his name was muhomad. He was very quick, always running around and super thorough, I dont remember my car interior being this nice in a long time. I will definitely be returning soon!

I paid quite a lot for my suv to be cleaned inside and out. Also tipped the guy. Went to the grocery store and what did I see? The back of my suv had not been touched by the vacuum. Very angry. Dont know if Ill go back. I may try out the new place. If I have to vacuum the back myself, Ill do the whole car and save a lot of 💰.

1st time i got my car clean here they did a good job. got my car cleaned earlier today and nothing was wiped down and it looks like they dint even run the vacuum through the backseat. never coming back to this location.

Their machine scratched my trunk. They were in the tunnel working on the machine at the time. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.Edit: Filled out the form as requested. Someone left me a message but I could never get a hold of them again after leaving multiple voicemails.

The 1st time that I took my Car there,the interior was soso,had to immediately re-do my windows because they was so streakySpotty job vacuuming the carpet and for what you pay for this is a poor job..2nd time I had them re-do the windows because of the streaks,carpets was a little better, but they dont vaccum between the seat and consoleI could definitely do a better job myself for a little more.Ill give them 1 more chance,see what they do...

I absolutely love the Autobell Garner location. I have been going to this location for several years now and I am never disappointed. It is not only convenient but inexpensive.. My car always looks great and everyone is always so friendly.

The young man who serviced my car was very polite, pleasant and respectful. He did a great job of cleaning my very dirty car and it didnt take him long!

Dear Autobell… I wanted to write to you today to let you know I’ve really enjoyed the fine job you guys have done keeping my car nice and clean for me (since 2004). I love a clean car, but absolutely HATE cleaning it myself. Unfortunately, over the years (starting around 2008) I’ve been noticing a slow decline in the quality of wash you guys offer your customers. There appears to be more “main” areas being missed like wiping the door jams, cleaning the windows, wiping down the interior, etc. In my most recent visit, the entire interior was not cleaned---even though I’d paid for it to be (it was vacuumed out though). So, I went back to have it done and to add my requested fragrance that was missed in the first visit. While driving away for the second time, I realized my fragrance was not included---even though I’d told the manager it was missing from the earlier visit. At this point, to get it, I’d have to go back yet a THIRD time specifically for fragrance. Naturally, I did not.So… in lieu of all these reasons, I think it’s time for us to call it a day for this business relationship. But before I depart, I did want to offer this idea as to how you could improve the quality of your service… How about---before you release a car back to the customer---the ‘manager’ gets in the car to observe that everything’s been done and that the car looks good. Realizing if you’re the person cleaning the car, things can easily get overlooked. Having a fresh set of eyes look at the car before the customer gets in it will ensure an extra layer of quality check(s)---which would be good, as I’m sure I’m not the only customer experiencing these and other problems/disappointments.

Took our black Durango there this evening to get washed, decided to choose the 19.99 package for the outside to be cleaned. for those of you with black vehicles know how most car washes leave soap spots/dirt;however, this car wash was exceptional. Even after the 30 minute drive home not a spec or blemish on my car. Not only did my tires shine, but my rims were spotless!!!!

Cant beat it. If you need a simple detailing for cheap (30 bucks or less) they have you covered. Doesnt take very long either. Usually around 5 to 10 minutes, Id say. Ive been bringing my cars here for years and never had any issue.

I have not been to a car wash that cleans the interior of your car in years! I went today to get the most expensive interior and exterior wash and let me tell you—the worst job ever. No fragrance—they didn’t even ask! The console was not wiped down at all. It Still has sand, dust and gunk caked on it. I am in shock this is the product this place is supposed to specialize in. I am so disappointed I spent $27.00 and it looks so bad. They were busy but no excuse. I will never come back. So glad I didn’t get the 2 washes for approx $43.00. I told my husband and he is going to actually clean it as it should be cleaned. I was just trying to take something off of his plate for him and wasted almost $30.00 time and gas in the process Good deeds never go unpunished I guess... Stay away from this place!!!

I’ve been here a few times now, and I have yet to have a truly impressive clean. They are quick and efficient. However, despite getting the premium package, there always seems to be an issue - streaky windows or a poor vacuum job. I’ll continue to go because of convenience and location, but I go knowing what I’ll get.

Obviously I could clean my own car. However I choose to pay someone to do it for me. This was absolutely the worse job I’ve had done. Even called customer service she assured me that the manager would contact me. I have yet to receive a call from anyone. I specifically asked that they don’t streak my windows as they have done in the past. When leaving I noticed my windows front and back looked as if they had been cleaned with a dirty cloth. The vacuum was not that great either. I could barley see from the glare. Even purchased an advance cleaning so of course I feel ripped off now. Beware when going to this location service has declined tremendously in the past few months.

I took my car to get a full service cleaning at this location yesterday. When I was told my car was “ready” the inside of my car was not even cleaned. It was left the same exact way. All they did was run it through the car wash. I do not recommend getting your car washed here. They will charge you for full service & will not do it completely. I recommend going somewhere else that will do what you pay for.

I got the managers special which was supposed to be a pretty thorough cleaning, but my car was still dirty. So bad that my car dealership asked if I wanted cleaned again when I went to get my car serviced. The higher price packages are NOT worth the $$. I wish I would have asked for my money back or releasing but I didnt have time because I needed to get to my service appt. On time. With the 3 or 4 people wiping people wiping my car down at the same time... it should have been spotless. Not me pointing out areas that the messed. This has happened to me multiple times. They just lost a customer for good. The one in Knightdale doesnt do a good job either.
