When I saw my truck gone I assumed it had been stolen. Only to realize later that it was towed because I was parked in a spot not meant for parking. I did pay the parking meter so I truly didnt know. At best it should have only been a parking ticket. They provided no information on who, where, or how to get your vehicle back so I had to spend about an hour on the phone with the city just to located my truck. I gave them one star because I feel that they prey on people for innocent mistakes. They had my truck for 2 hours and made $165 off of me. Bunch of thieves.

1) The ladies in countertop treated me like a criminal.2) They feel empowered and channel his power completely in the wrong way with the people of America.3) A crane dragged my car with the support of the local police and another was the one that deposited in the facility, what can of Mafia operate there?4) Is a hard business and no one is happy when the car is towed but for sure the AMERICAN TOWING SERVICE STAFF needs to be trained, qualified and constantly supervised to avoid the mafia that reigns in it.5) If they continue to project themselves as they do with society, it is only a matter of time for a misfortune to occurs.

This scamers will hide is the brickell, downtown area to tow away your car. As soon as you get out of you car they will go for it. This thieves have no remorse.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH AMERICAN TOWING WASNT GOOD AT ALL. I CALLED FOR A TOWING. WHICH AT THAT TIME THE DISPATCH CHARGED MY CARD 125.00 FOR THE SERVICE. WHEN THE TOW GUY CAME TO MY HOME. HE ASKED WHAT WAS THE ISSUE.. IT WAS EXPLAINED THE STARTER. THEN HE ASKED TO OPEN THE HOOD. TO OUR SURPRISE HE SAYS ITS YOUR BATTERY. HE GAVE THE BATTERY A JUMP AND RODE BEHIND MY CAR TO THE AUTO PARTS STORE TO PURCHASE A NEW. HE CLAIMS HE WAS TRYING TO SAVE ME MONEY. GRATEFUL FOR HELPING US. HE WAS REWARDED CASH. BUT WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY TO INFORM THEM THE CAR WASNT TOWED. THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY CHARGED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. THE DISPATCH CLAIMING THAT WAS FOR CHARGING THE BATTERY AND HELP PUTTING IT IN MY CAR.. I WAS SO FLABBERGASTED. BEAR IN MIND THE TOW GUY HAD GOTTEN A CASH REWARD FOR SERVICE SURRENDER BUT THE ACTUALLY TOWING OF MY CAR NEVER TOOK PLACE. THIS HAS TAUGHT ME TO ALWAYS HANDLE TRANSACTION LIKE THIS IN CASH ONLY.. Big scam with others tow companies, police departments and city officials. Nothing last forever . Pretty sure one day you thieves will be arrested.

This tow truck company is the biggest scam. Money hungry criminals. Make sure you take all your stuff out if your car is towed because it will be empty when you get it back. They do drugs there in front of your face and have not a care in the world. A DISGRACE!

The company was extremely slow so in essence they provided no service. Additionally the manager was rude and unprofessional. Any other local towing company would be more useful than this one.

Evil place... they’ll take your car and not notify you. Will charge overnight. And its super expensive. This is the worst experience especially considering the pandemic. Predatory to the max. Lastly, my tires have been misaligned so badly that I can barely drive in a straight line. This place is horrible and should be ashamed of how they do business. If I could leave a 0 star review I would.

Please be prepared for your worst nightmare. This is ugly place and predatory techniques and unprofessionally behavior. They charge a fee for towing ( $ 153) then another another fee if your car was over 6 hours ($ 30) in this place, then another fee if you do not show driver license ( a passport is not accepted) because of course they want to offer to drive your car ( for another fee, I do not how much money) to your home/work according them because you cannot drive your own ca without driver license, another fee if you pay with credit card or debt ( $ 8)Please report this business, a business like this does not deserve to be open and harming those who have the misfortune of having gone there

Having your vehicle towed is never a pleasant experience, but at least this place was a breath of fresh air with the way they treat you, with professionalism and respect. Heidi at the front office was extremely kind and helpful.

The city should honestly remove this business worse way of treating people, yell at you, be ready. I will definitely escalate this to the business bureau.

Well I’m not even there to pick up my car and I’m already giving this place a star cause 0 start doesn’t exist they towed my car yesterday while I was at work and I called them around 6.05pm to pick up my car I have a handicap baby that needs assistance 24h in case of emergency. I defenitely need my car specially night time and the lady on the phone was like no u can’t get ur car u have to wait till tomorrow morning. I mean at the end of the day god is above all of us. U guys might have some power in this life but u will pay it off one day ... karma

Extremely rude! At least if you’re going to tow my car be nice about it I understand things happen but just because you have my vehicle doesn’t give you the right to disrespect me. Disappointed.

I got here at a few minutes before 6:00pm and there was a woman and man. The man was very rude. He basically called me dumb because I asked how much will be for charging an extra night becase couldnt give me my car now. Very unprofessional.

They are scammers that tack on fees

They were very curtious over the phone and on time. Thankfully a stranger who was a mechanic helped me out. So I didnt end up needing towing but I think the least I could do was recommend them. :)

Predatory techniques and unprofessionally behavior. The driver waited around the corner with his tow truck ready and immediately towed when I ran back in my house to grab my computer. Took 2 hours to deliver a car 15 minutes and I missed nearly my entire morning work shift.

They tow my ram 3500 truck in on april 26th 2017 while road side assistant was on the way with fuel and when my driver got back in they had bent my ranch hand grill on the front of my truck and the guy was telling me that they didnt do, it but you dont jack a truck up in the front by a grill with a load on it peroid .
