I highly recommend. For MONTHS I was getting the run around with the Kia dealership to find out what was wrong with my vehicle after they had it in shop for three months with no resolve. I had a nail in my tire that needed fixing. Sorry to say it didn’t go well. When I went back, the owner was very courteous and did everything he could to fix the tire….and with a smile! The tire was fixed and I’m very pleased. I would definitely recommend them!!!

We bought a car at Powell Autos down the street and I wanted to have a good mechanic look at it. Dakota fit us in to his schedule without any problem and did a very thorough inspection. We got a great breakdown of the issues and he made it easy and clear to know the details. After buying the car we brought it back and he erased the codes that the computer had on it at no additional charge. The last time I checked my oil it was low and I added oil. I must have over filled it because later that day a check engine light came on. I left the Mini with Dakota and he called me the next day. The excess oil caused a timing solenoid light to come on. He drained a little oil and checked for oil leaks and road tested. Car is fixed!! That is why I take both my cars to Dakota....He gets the job done.

I have been in new car dealer service and parts for more than 38 years. I am still a car nut so the folks I entrust my car care to have to be a good fit. My MiniCooper had a problem after my last oil change (oil change was done properly!!) and Dakota took a few minutes to look at the car, found the problem and fixed it!
