All the great reviews are because they pushing it with a whitening kit for free. They are terrible and my family and myself will not be back. They did not fix the problem the first time and when I went back they charged again and Im still in pain. When I called today she was very rude. No more. Moving on to a real dentist with better customer service.

From the moment I walked in the staff was outstanding. Dr. Patel and staff are kind and caring and put me at ease. She put together a treatment plan and her staff ensured that it maximizes my insurance benefits. I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing, very much so actually, compared to where I had gone in the past. Everything was very clean and professional in appearance. The waiting room has only 2 chairs, which are spaced widely, to ensure current social distance guidelines. Highly recommend and I will definitely be going here from now on.

Dr Patel was very patient with me and my wife Jessica. The ladies at the front are super helpful & always try to help, even when you are on a tight budget. All the support staff kept us very comfortable. They are good people. Love the facility and location.

The folks who work here are absolutely fabulous. Dr. Patel was kind and sweet with my little five year old daughter, and graciously answered all of my questions. The staff were all overwhelmingly warm and friendly, did an amazing job handling my daughter through her treatment, reached out to me the day after treating my daughters cavities to make sure she was alright, and worked their schedule around ours. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my visit at ABC Dental in Keller. First off, the receptionist Leanne was so kind and extremely knowledgeable. Instantly, felt welcomed. The atmosphere is just lovely. Secondly, the team is fabulous, very professional and quick. Lastly, they offer incredible discounts that are hard for competitors to beat! Trust me! I did search before hand, extensively. I highly recommend this place to anyone in search for not only affordable but exceptional dentistry. One of the hardest things to do is find a good Dentist. This is now my 3rd visit to see Dr. Patel, let me tell you she is one of a kind. From the second she greets you with a smile till the very end of whatever procedure you’re having done. She is extremely patient, takes the time to explain what’s going on and is caring throughout the process. I normally get so nervous but now I’d say I’m completely calm. The office staff are great as well. Dr. Patel assistant was Vanessa she was sweet and funny. Lean the front receptionist is also very kind and welcoming. I’ve been going to this dentist for 3 years now and it’s been really great every time. Dr. Patel is fantastic, and they’re always quick and efficient during appointment times. My last appointment was my first dental appointment since the COVID-19 pandemic started and things were very well organized and clean in the office.

My 1st visit to ABC Dental and I had exemplary care. Beginning with the scheduling process, Nina was courteous, professional and very accommodating. Dr. Patel and Vanessa are true gems. Very caring and utmost concerned for my level of comfort. Very professional yet relaxed enough to put you at ease. Love these folk!

Update, after being sent to another location for a second opinion since the dentist on sight did not know how to fix her mistake, I saw their chosen dentist for that (as previously mentioned below). He said they would give me a refund so that I could have the work fixed elsewhere. I did not know that was even an option.Months and multiple phone calls later of playing phone tag and being told they need to check with him and call back, repeatedly, I received a voicemail saying they will not be fulfilling their promises and will not be issuing a refund.Go somewhere else, people.3 stars is for the very friendly and nice staff.The extensive work I had done was not good for me or my child. I can’t chew on the left side now because my teeth don’t come together all the way. It’s painful, in multiple areas to chew and floss and I’m 8 weeks out from the work done. I now get headaches, and apparently now I grind my teeth because of the changes in my mouth. I went back 3 times for a bite adjustment, and the dentist didn’t know how to fix it.Then, they sent me to another location for a second opinion. The dentist there said he sees the issue, and that I should go somewhere else to get it fixed, then ask this office for a refund so that I can pay the next dentist. I don’t know when I’ll have time to do all of this, but it’s frustrating to have a dentist that doesn’t know as much as you’d think they would and should. When you pay thousands for dental work, you should be able to have a fully functioning bite!I need to be able to chew on both sides.I need an old seasoned dentist who has all the answers. Send help!

I had a great experience here! I was concerned with my initial appointment, but when I came back the dentist took her time and explained everything thoroughly. She even offered to redo my cleaning to make sure I was happy. I really appreciated how she took her time to understand my concerns. I also brought my 7 year old daughter here, she is VERY sensitive to pain... but she had no complaints! I would recommend this place!

What a complete waste of time! I clearly made an appointment for a CLEANING because of pictures, we were going to take over the weekend. I wanted ONLY a cleaning, and I was in a bind on time, so they said they could get me in same afternoon at 4 pm. I show up, fill out the paper work while sitting in my truck, I am called back to sit in the chair, and promptly told they would not clean my teeth without XRAYS. They clearly have the objective to take xrays and find something, so they can charge you more. I simply wanted a cleaning, nothing else! Why was I not informed at the time I set up the appointment. Waste of time!!!

I had an infected molar that was causing a great deal of pain and needed immediate attention and ABC. was able to get me in quickly and help me complete my paperwork and get my X-rays taken in order to make sure of the proper action was taken. The care I got was excellent and done in quick enough time to minimize my pain and get my issues resolved and back on my feet in no time.

I have been to many, many dentists in my lifetime and it is rare that I comment on their services. However, from the moment I arrived at ABC Dental, at the Keller office, I felt welcomed. The personnel that I encountered were courteous and accommodating. The dental assistant, Victoria, made me feel relaxed about the upcoming procedures. She and the dentist worked so well together that at every point in the procedure I experienced a sense of confidence in their skills. In addition, the level of care they administered is worthy of mention. Victoria went the extra mile by continually querying me about my level of comfort and keeping me apprised of the next step. I was impressed by her eagerness to get everything as perfect as possible, even if it meant staying longer. Most importantly, I felt the value to cost ratio of their services rendered was especially fair, considering equivalent services elsewhere, They seemed to be particularly skilled with children (based on what I overheard from the next room). For these reasons, I would highly recommend ABC Dental.

I found my dentist at ABC DENTAL in KellerI had emergency root canal done at another place. I was in pain, on 3 antibiotics plus pain pills, and was looking for the dentist for the bridge work on back molars. The same day I got a flyer in the mail from ABC Dental with an offer for free consultation. Right away I called and got the appointment for next day. The first interaction was with the office manager Leigh Ann who was very compassionate and considerate. She made me comfortable. Then I saw hygienist Sabrina who took several x-rays. I was very nervous because of my recent root canal but Sabrina was very gentle. Finally, Dr Deepa Patel went thru my x-rays and spent considerable time explaining the process of a new bridge. Very compassionate doctor for anyone who is in pain. I knew then and there that Dr Patel will be my dentist for life.Today I went for my initial prep work for my bridge with Vanessa and Dr Patel. Vanessa was extremely gentle and checking every few minutes if I was comfortable.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DENTAL OFFICE

Showed up early for scheduled appointment. Waited pass scheduled appointment time, only to be told that it would take much longer just to see the dentist, with no guarantee of cleaning being done on the same day. I asked the office cleric why she did not tell me when she scheduled the appointment. Of course there was no answer. I will go to a different dentist office that is shows more respect to customers time.

I took my mom to this place, and all I could say is they are amazing, so friendly and makes you feel so welcome. It is a little expensive but it is all worth it, love it how they have the lab and make the dental implants there. The employees are all helpful and answer all questions that you have.My mom had her teeth taken out 2 years ago and couldnt wear the dentures that the dentist gave her. 2 months ago I took my mom and now she has her implants. She is in love with them and these are just the temporary implants for now. I honestly do recommend to go to this place very well worth it.

This is the third time I have visited ABC Dental and I have had nothing but amazing experiences! They are quick and efficient! They are also incredibly kind and make sure you are not in pain! They are amazing!

I would give 0 stars for caring. Tried to switch to this dentist because it was close to home and on our new plan. They wouldnt take our insurance even though Guardian verified the plan the only wanted something in writing. Then it turned into a shake down for cash only. Stay away as there are way too many choices in the world for dentistry.

Dental work can be a total nightmare, but that nightmare passed quickly by like a dream Victoria and Dr. Patel hard at work in my mouth. I hadnt visited a dentist in over 5 years (I know, thats awful) and was really nervous. Victoria and Dr. Patel put me at ease and made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in. I had a deep cleaning and fillings and throughout the entire process, Dr. Patel kept me informed on everything she was doing along with asking me if Im doing okay every few minutes. The entire staff was great and had me laughing the entire time (because they were entertaining and funny, not because of laughing gas). The office was incredibly clean too. Now for my two favorite parts - They offer very competitive pricing; I didnt have a heart attack at the bill as I had expected. And something very important to someone like me who works 24/7 and doesnt get time for dental procedures, they were very efficient and didnt waste time. I honestly cant think of a single complaint and had to immediately write them a glowing review. I went from to thanks to ABC 123 Dental!

I have been afraid of dentists ever since I can remember. My sister took me to Affordable Dentist when I had a bleeding gum emergency last week and I had a pretty good experience. Didnt know what I was so afraid of, the anesthetics worked fine. I vote 5 stars for such a positive experience.

I came down with a terrible toothache this week out of nowhere. I only have government aid insurance and it doesnt cover much. This was the place my insurance covered and recommended, along with one more that had bad reviews. I saw this place didnt have the best reviews either but I have no idea what anyone complained about. I was treated so well having my first wisdom tooth removed. The receptionist was kind and friendly. The general dentist and his assistants were patient and wonderful and this was the best dental experience Ive ever had, despite getting a tooth yanked out! I didnt feel a thing other than the shots! There was no waiting time at all. And even when I made the appointment in desperation, being skeptical, they fit me in the same morning. Even with the X-rays, which usually make me gag, I didnt. And no one rushed me either. I highly recommend this place!

They have the best service. No wait time. make you feel right at home and they work with your schedule for appointments I really recommend doctor patel and her assistant Victoria. If your as scared as me to go to the dentist fo visit them.
