I have been a customer with this office for over ten years. Before Sean Snyder became the agent, it was Russ Otte and he did a wonderful job working with his customers. I have had terrible experiences with Sean. If you dont ever have problems, Sean will be on his best behavior. However, if you have a problem, he is rude. He does not listen to his customers, a matter of fact, he hung up on me twice! Very unprofessional when under pressure or dealing with difficult situations. I highly recommend AAA. They have wonderful customer service and the best part is their premiums were much much lower. Thank you Sean for giving me a reason to leave. Sean Snyder needs customer service training. He was a high school teacher before doing this, it is evident he didnt do well working with parents. Whether you are in the field of education or business, you must remember that valuing your customer means listening to them. Again, if all goes well, you wont have a problem. But we know when working with agents, we want those who are willing to stick by you, not hang up on you.
My name is Gary Carson and I am a paraplegic, paralyzed from my chest down. I received a wheelchair accessible van this past week and in trying to obtain insurance for the vehicle, my current insurance company/agent couldnt help me without a valid drivers license... But, Sean found a way to work with the system, to get me insured so I would be able to operate my van with insurance, while I obtain my license.Thank you so much for taking care of me, you have earned my business!
Great folks
