The place is very clean, customer service was awsome and professional. They really care to give you great service. My nieces nails turned out so beautiful.

I have tried the majority of nails salon in the garden grove area. The Ombre nails spa by far the best one i been come to Leslie..she very sweet and care about your nails..and the shop very clean..they take their time and make sure that their customers is happy ..thank you Leslie..

I got a pedi and it was great than I think it was the owner did my nails I asked him ahead of time if he could do it he said yea he can do anything !!! I was their two hours and when he finished I told him it does not look like the picture he told me to pull out the picture cause it did and when I did he didn’t say anything cause it was so uneven and sloppy I was not happy asked him to fix it he told me he can’t cause it’s gel which I can u just have to drill it off !! Than says I’ll only charge u 45 to even pay that for something I am not happy with and my daughter got derives as well so it’s not like I only spent that I spent 120 and wasn’t happy at all !! That’s not how u handle business!!

The new owners are awesome! They take their time and go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy with how your nails turn out. Jay is the best! If you have the opportunity to have him take it! He does amazing work. Really beautiful decor and ambiance, everyone greets you and remembers you when you walk in:) I love it.

I got a full set from a guy who worked there, made my nails so thin broke nex the day. Paid 100$ do not go, RIP off and nails broke immediately.

The place it looks good and clean. But the stuff there it only cares about the money they don’t care to give the client a good service, I wasn’t happy at all with my manicure... there was a new lady and I feel like she didn’t know what she was doing!!! So bad I won’t come back.

Very clean, basic nail service. Never tried anything fancy. Not crowded while I was there. I like it. I go twice a month or so.

Asked for a pedicure and got skipped y still tried to get my full set done but I was told she didnt know how to do a simple ballerina tip! I guess they stick to the plain square and round only u was told!

Called and asked if there were openings they said yes. Went in and they told me they were really busy and couldn’t take me for a “long time.”

Jenny did my toes and she was fabulous!
