My gps led me here on accident. I was looking for the one next door. Before I even got out the car he’s looking in my car mugging me, then walks into his office makes another face and slams the door. I got out the car and he pulls the door fast while I’m trying to open and stops it with his foot. He yells yes rudely and I said” I made an appointment to pick up personal property.” He screamed “your at the wrong place” and proceeded to try to close the door on me. I said “ok sheesh my gps just brought me here “. He then looked confused at his other employee as if all of his actions weren’t just rude af. Thank God I was at the wrong place!! Horrible customer service and doesn’t deserve anyone’s business. Don’t involve yourself with them.

These guys took extra care to make sure my car was loaded safely and got to the destination, even late in the evening

We used one of our long tows with AAA to get our Mercedes AMG from Savannah to Summerville SC. We were called when the driver got the car but found the AAA tracking hadnt moved by midnight.. So I called the Jasper Towing office and was told they were so busy that the car was still in their lot and would be taken to its destination after midnight. The next morning early I phoned them and was told the car had been delivered. A half hour later 2 sheriffs showed up at our door to ask if we knew where the car was.It had been dropped not at our mechanic but in the driveway of a thrift shop, whose owner called the police. It had been left open with the key under the mat. Of course since it was left at a thrift shop the driver couldnt find a key drop! Our mechanic then found that the area in the front bumper where a plate is removed in order to insert tow hooks was open, no plate in sight. The part is only about $35 but to have it painted to the color of the car brings it up to $200. I called Chris at Jasper towing who said he would check with the 2 drivers who towed the car at different times. And that he would call me back the next day. That was some time ago! I called back for Chris today and someone was screening his calls. Needless to say I havent gotten a call. Expensive lesson you dont have to go through. Beware of this group.
