Wow what a great flat low rate.

Called GoodSam Roadside Assistance for a tow. Process went perfectly. Tow truck showed up 45 minutes ahead of committed time and did an excellent job. Rob new what he was doing and worked carefully to tow my 69 Ford Mustang convertible to the repair shop. Thanks to everyone involved.

I contacted Pegasus to flatbed a project car to a storage facility. This is my second time using them for this type of effort. The driver provided excellent communication as to when he would arrive and took care of my needs flawlessly. Good experience and good pricing.

Excellent Customer service over the phone to set up the pick up of my car. Estimated time to pick up was 45 minutes to an hour, but my car was picked up in 20 minutes! Also, Scott was amazing, fast and extremely efficient, not a single wasted moment. I cant recommend these guys enough!

These guys are awesome!!! They were the only tow company willing to pick up our van when we needed it towed. And they were by far the cheapest and best priced! Cant say enough good things about this company!!

Michelle is super bad ass! Told me it would take up to two hours for her to arrive. She called me within 45 mins & was just down the street. Super easy quick process. Will definitely call again if ever needed.

Be very careful when traveling near this companys tow truck! While they have a clients car on hitch they WILL speed up in merging traffic on the highway in an effort to keep you from getting in front of them. Not a company that is capable of practicing saftey and security while in possession of other persons property. And dont bother calling to communicate with them either, you will be verbally attacked, lied to, and berated.

Scott was so fantastic when my brakes suddenly gave out and left me stranded. He was an absolute gentleman, professional, and recommended ways that I could fix my breakdown since I was virtually penniless. He made sure I was ok and eased my worries. Would definitely use them again and again.

Michelle came and picked up my car after we called our AllState Roadside Assistance. She was quick and very friendly. Good customer service !

The driver showed up at the expected time. We were stuck in a downtown parking garage. He had us out and on the way to our dealership. It was a long evening but Jerron was great. Wouldnt hesitate to call them if needed again or refer them.

Fantastic people. Unlocked my car without damage and quick. Will definitely use them again.

03/31/2015Pegasus was contacted through my insurance company for road side services. Pegasus showed up in a very timely fashion but that is about all that was done right. The man who towed my vehicle towed it with the back tires on the ground. My vehicle, being four wheel drive is not meant to be towed that way, and working for a tow company, he should have known that. While being towed the back brakes of my vehicle locked up and the tires started smoking. There was damage caused to the coupler and the tires, as well as the alignment. After getting my vehicle fixed of the original reason they were contacted (starter went out), I noticed problems and sounds that werent there before the botched tow. I contacted the owner, Randy, and he was very unprofessional. Basically calling me a liar, all while yelling, before he had even asked his driver about the incident. He will not back up the work his employees do. He is very short tempered. If you need to use road side services through your insurance and they send Pegasus, I would not let them touch your vehicle. Or at least make sure they use a flatbed and watch their every move. I know Pegasus has a contract with a few different insurance companies. Just beware.UPDATE: 04/03/2015I received a letter in the mail from a T.L.T Thompson and Associates Inc. stating Pegasus Transport was not insured when they caused damage to my vehicle. My insurance is basically going after Pegasus Transport to get them to pay back what my insurance had to pay out to me, to get my vehicle fixed, plus my deductible. Sound like a company you want to do business with???

My insurance dispatched Pegasus when I got in an accident. Terrible experience. Took almost 3hrs to arrive and the guy was a total douche. Seemed a bit drunk and didnt show any care in getting my car on the truck. Everything was slammed and slammed again. Pretty sure my car was damaged more in the process of being put on the truck than it was before they got there. I would never trust my car with these people again. Dont waste your time even if your insurance is paying unless you want your car to end up worse than it was before.

I wish I could leave less of a star ratting. My auto insurance contacted this company to tow my truck. After sitting with my truck for over 2 hours I finally found a ride home and left my truck. The company called me 2 different times to tell me that the first time they were 20 minutes out. Then 2 hours later they call to tell me they were 30 minutes out. Each call was from a different person. Instead of taking my tow, they bumped me to go take care accident calls. Leaving me waiting longer. Now hours later I call my auto insurance to cancel and get a different company sent out. Now Pegasus says they are 15 minutes out and guarantee they wont cancel. Its 1:53am in the morning. Ive been waiting on them since 9:30pm. I need my truck towed home so I can work on it in hopes of getting my daily driver running to go to work in the morning.

I got a tow from Jaren yesterday afternoon and it was awesome! He was quick, efficient and super friendly. He even had my favorite band available for me to listen to on the way to my house! Usually having to deal with a tow company is awkward and scary. Jaren was great and I would 10/10 recommend.

Michelle was very nice and professional and so was her daughter who called and talked to me ! After not being told what was wrong with my boyfriends she came out and helped me. When she asked if I knew how to change a tire I said yes and felt embarrassed about the situation. If I didnt run out of the house in shorts and a t-shirt I could have changed the tire. Thank you michelle for telling me your story and helping me out!

Was awesome to see another lady tow truck operator! We are from Pocatello and our Jeep broke down in Boise. This gal knew exactly what she was doing! Amazing service and if Im ever in the area and need a tow again I know who Im gunna call!

First of all lied and said that they cannot control how much they charge for police calls and that the police department takes more than half of the Fees! Lie!!! I called the police department and they said they CAP them on everything they can charge even the per mile amount and they do not take a penny of the money....Horrible customer, service horrible pricing, and they have contracts with the police department to charge quadruple what they regularly charge without the knowledge of how they should be towing cars without any damage to them. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE AND PRICING WAS $350 FOR 24 MILES!!!!!!

The service I received today from Pegasus and their driver Jaren was superior! Such quick response & upon arrival to my vehicle Jaren was immediately in action to get me on my way again. He was fast, courteous and funny, which made my bad day better!No one wants to be stranded, but if you are call & ask for Jaren!

Bunch of money grubbers. This is not a 24 hour business. They close at 5 PM. They take advantage of anyone who has a job and works for a living by refusing you access to your vehicle unless youd like to pay $50 to go through a gate.

Pegasus owner Randy is without a doubt the most dishonest, unethical, rude, and unprofessional individual Ive ever spoken with. This guy has zero integrity and his lies are second to none! He is beligerent and out of control - most definitely unable to communicate rationally without wildly screaming. I have not ever hired Pegasus to perform any services so Im unable to comment on that aspect of this business. My car was parked, ignition OFF, key in my hand and a Pegasus driver ran HIS tow truck into MY PARKED vehicle causing $800 in damage. Randy screamed at me on the phone and accused me of a hit & run on his employee! Again, the Pegasus employee hit MY PARKED car and in absolutely NO way was this a hit & run incident. Randy lied to the insurance company during their investigation and his complete lack of integrity and outright dishonesty is disgusting!

I had a driver pull his truck into my parking lot and I asked how long he would be. The driver started yelling and cussing at me for asking him how long it would be. So I called the company and talked to the owner and he started cussing at me and called me a dumb ass and hung up on me. What a great company! Not! Never use them

Worst service the guy in charge at the yard gave my elderly mother the run around over her getting her belonging out of her car . He would not let her in her car without her registration to her car . He made her drive all the way back to Horseshoe bend to get it before he would let her in her car ! Our past experiences with other tow companies you just need to show your ID !
