Go there every two week s to get a manicure and pedicure they shop is clean everyone is super nice I get watch a movie while Im there & although the other women are great Tina who does my nails is awesome and I mean awesome say no more.

Awful service! Lady was rushing on doing my nails, she even cut me with the drill. The drill went too deep into my real nails. Shaping was poor. Asked for a discount for the lady cutting my nails the guy just laughed in my face and said foolishness. Will never come here again.

I think this place is good if you want a basic manicure and pedicure. When you request designs its usually poor or a struggle. The men that work there tend to do a neater job and pay more attention to detail, however it seems they only do manicures or customers with longer nails. Their prices have gone up since COVID 19.

This guy claimed to not be able to do a simple blue French pedi. Then after talking it out or about me or whatever, he started, once he reached the pinky toe of my left foot, he used his fingernail to pull the toe taut, he was digging his nail into the skin on my toe. I really think hes mad, his folks told him to do it because hes been talking to himself a bit angrily! So, Im waiting to see if hes able to do the finishing touch...

Great service clean and sanitized

The woman that did my nails messed them up so bad and every time I would try to correct her she’ll tell me not to worry that she’ll fix it in the end. The outcome was crooked bumpy nails all different sizes. The manager had to come to fix them but she had an attitude about it. Ended up spending more than 3 hours there just for some dip nails

My aunt had a bad experience. The lady that worked on her pedicure did a horrible paint job. She also cut her not once but twice including another visit. No wonder they are the cheapest in town it shows in their work!!!! I dont recommend this place to anyone! They talk about you in their language which is common among most nail salons, but they took it overboard! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Beware!!!!!

Longest wait time ever! Another lady came after me and was told that there was a 20-minute wait time. I had already waited 10 minutes. She said that she would be back and she came back close to closing time. They were refusing to service her because she didn’t come back within the 20 minutes. They were lying to her face saying that they had already finished with everyone else...I was still waiting... Since I was on my phone, I didn’t even realize that an entire hour had passed already!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Nail techs arent up to Par and RUDE. The manager doesnt make it better bc he is inconsiderate. They did a rush and messy job on my nails it looks like a 4yr old did it. I spoke with the manager he told me the nails looked fine and didnt even give me an apology. I will not be returning

This shop is HORRIBLE and should be shut down ! The have people working here that don’t know what they’re doing I was highly dissatisfied with my service today will not EVER go back. This business should be CLOSED seriously second time coming here and wasn’t any different from the last visit terrible service! Does anyone know what number to call to report this establishment?

Disappointed in how this location has went down hill over the years. PLEASE HAVE MORE STAFF WORKING. highly inconvenient for there to ALWAYS be a wait no matter what day or time and only see 2 or 3 staff members present each time with a plethora of empty stations open. if you know you are a busy location, you should accommodate for that. you have lost a customer of over 9 years.

The worst nail salon ever at one point I was filling my own nail was there for over 4 hours for a full set and pedicure paid and didn’t get what I wanted had let another nail tech know I was unhappy with the acrylic that was very sloppy all over my skin the woman there even cut me with the drill cause she tried to get acrylic off my skin the other nail tech he “corrected” ended up with crooked nails that are all different lengths Walked out annoyed I will never return and don’t suggest anyone too wish I would have read all these negative reviews before smh
