Completely terrible. I usually get my eyebrows threaded at the Unique Brows kiosk on the upper floor of the mall, but it looked like they had closed. I dont know if they closed permanently because of the pandemic or if they would be back, HOWEVER there were multiple signs on the kiosk saying to go to Beautiful U downstairs for eyebrow threading. I assumed this meant the the Unique Brows threaders had gone down to Beautiful U and were operating out of there. I was wrong! Beautiful U was just advertising for themselves on the closed kiosk of their competitors.I left Beautiful U with two completely different eye brows. One is thin and long and the other is thick and shorter. The big girl there is terrible at eyebrows. She also just left the hair sitting all over my face. This is literally the worst my eyebrows have ever looked!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYE BROW THREADING!!!

Came out with my eyebrows looking completely diff from each other . One with an arch the other with idk what . Do not recommend 👎🏻

Very bad experience. . Kinjal was not nice. Spent $35 but not satisfied. People were in line so she rushed and didnt finish her job with me. $35 wasted, will never think of coming back again!

I went to get eye-lash extensions today and I had a horrible experience. The young lady that installed the lashes had no idea what she was doing. The lashes were stuck together & full of glue.She removed the lashes & accidentally cut my lashes off which left a whole on the eye lid. The person was very apologetic but apologizing will not replace my eyelash.If you do not know what you’re doing do not act as if you do. I spoke with the manager and she was no help. They recommended that I return Saturday and allow another person to install the lashes. I asked them so what am I to do about my missing eyelash and apart of the glued cluster lash that wouldn’t come off.They had no answer for me. I was furious but I kept my composure & walked out of the salon.VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!!

I went to the salon last week and got some services done including threading and waxing, and Iffat (one of the beauticians) did a great job. She made sure I was comfortable and did the job very well. I would highly recommend her and I will going back to her for services.

Definitely my go-to eyebrow place! Have been here about 7 or 8 times and not once have I had a complaint. I always get compliments on my eyebrows after I leave here. Love it!

Excellent place for eyebrow threading - Ive never had a bad experience here. Ive been to this location a few times now. Theyre great with walk-ins, and Im usually in-and-out in a few minutes. Speedy, courteous service!

I enjoy going here. Nida is my #1 and only however Ive seen the other ladies work and they do a good job as well. Wonderful atmosphere, clean, very well lit which is key!

I live by this mall. This place doesnt get full but service is terrible. No complaints on the quality of their threading. They can be a little rough sometimes but you went there to get hair removed so of course Ill take it. This is my 15th visit as I said I live around so I visit often. Ive been turned away for lunch breaks and several times have sat down and not been asked a single question. Im tired. I had a long day I have 10 minutes I wanted my brows done. I was told by the desk assistant who asked the manager in front me if they could do it. She asked in a different language so I cant verify tone but it seemed like she didnt care. She had her feet in a tub and was on her phone. Service has to change I dont want to see this place go but service has to change. 20 minutes when there is no one waiting there is no excuse.

The worse place for eyebrows. The owner complained because I wasnt satisfied with the way she threaded my eyebrows even though I was in her chair for less than 2 minutes. She argued with me because I her to fix my eyebrows so I can be happy with the service I am paying for. Save your money. These people are unprofessional and dont know how to thread eyebrows.

This is the only place I go to get my eyebrows done. They do a great job there!! I love them!!!!!♥️

Cero customer service. rude staff. the only thing they say to you its sit and wait. While I was there another customer arrived and she wanted to ask a question and they ignore her and were acting very rude. not even saying hi when she enter the salon, same thing with me . Very uncomfortable situation i am never going back. Dont waste your money there.

I went in to get my eyebrows done the other day, when I entered the store nobody was in there. So I told the lady behind the counter what I needed she told me to sit and wait. She continues to sit there on her phone eating. I shouldve known then to leave. Then after waiting for her to finish eating and browsing on her phone she was ready. Keep in mind the only reason I waited is because I needed my eyebrows done badly. So she does my eyebrows nothing spectacular. I thought to myself I waited for this? So I pay which its $10, i did not tip because it was rude for her to make me wait like that. Then I go a check my bank statement she forged a tip on my receipt!! Like how do you all forge a tip on someones bill for inadequate service? Horrible business ethics! I will never return to this business again! It only makes me wonder how many other times did they use these unethical practices and change my receipt total?

Usha is the absolute BEST at Beautiful U. Unfortunately you aren’t able to make an appointment at Beautiful U. However I recommend calling ahead to make sure she is working and WAIT for her when you arrive.I have thick/long eyebrows and have never been disappointed when she does my eyebrows. Usha is so good I don’t need to look at the mirror to check my eyebrows afterwards. So serious! She is kind, funny and in my opinion an eyebrow guru. She told me she does hair and makeup and they are always look really nice.I HIGHLY recommend Usha at Beautiful U for eyebrows!

This review is regarding USHA. Usha is one of the most amazing technicans I have encountered. She is genuine and down to earth. She specializes in lashes and does an incredible job with them. I cant stop going back!! As for the other workers at beautiful U... not impressed. I reccomend Usha hands down.

I do not like their work of the people who work there now, they do it very quickly and very badly they leave their eyebrows and I think they have no experience. A while ago there was a girl who did her job very well and left very beautiful eyebrows, but you are very bad at doing that job.
