Lena Le is the best!!! She great at designs and loved my last manicure I got from her. Great prices and good service, can’t complain!

Very shady business. They tell you the service is one price, then give you a completely different one when you go to pay.Despite that, I went to schedule another appointment after a while, hoping management had changed up a little bit. The person on the phone spoke incredibly fast and refused to tell me how much a mani/pedi (or any service for that matter) would cost, telling me to refer to their “brochure.” So I went to their location, asked for a brochure, and was told by a rather pushy and rude older gentleman that they didn’t have one. I proceeded to ask for their prices, to which he pointed to a laminated poster on the wall listing the services they provide with the prices crudely drawn besides with a dry erase marker.Despite my suspicions, I held up my phone and asked if I could take a picture of the price list; the man at the counter got extremely aggressive and defensive. He shielded the poster with his body and shouted at me that I wasn’t allowed to take photos of the prices. EXCUSE me?At that point I was completely done. A woman came over and tried to defuse the situation, but at that point I was already over it all. Later that day I called to cancel the appointment. The woman on the other side of the line attempted to interrogate me as to why I was doing so. I laughed; what con artists!I have no idea how these people are still in business after all these years, but I’m assuming it has something to do with sizing their clients up before they decide how much their service is going to cost. There are dozens of much better, nicer, and more affordable salons across town; go to any of them instead!

Nice place, take their time when doing the pedicure and manicure, make you comfortable. You have to book ahead and its either 1 or two people at a time.

Happened to get in on a cancellation. Lena Le took care of me. This was the best service I have had in a long time. She was extremely thorough and knows what she is doing. They also took my temperature when I came in and made sure I sanitized my hands. I will definitely be back.

I like this place. They always do really great pedicures. I have never had a bad experience here and I have visited at least a half a dozen times.

Sometimes theyre short staffed. The owner did a good job on my nails, but she was on her cell a lot.

Terrible nail tech, she told me one price and then as she was about to charge my card told me a higher price. I attempted to correct her, informing her that wasn’t correct. She then began raising her voice saying she didn’t tell the price that myself and my daughter heard her say. The staff’s dishonesty will be the reason I never give them business again.

Great place to get your nails done. Clean kind and friendly staff. Highly recommended from me. They do a great job,all of the time.

Ive gotten my nails done here multiple times in the past year but recently the service has gone down hill. This place over charges and the customer service is horrible. They do an average job on your nails, I would look for another place before settling for less.

Terrible service! I went in for a pedicure and immediately noticed that they DO NOT use plastic liners in there pedicure bowls. When I asked about the liner, the lady said dont worry, I do this everyday 🤯 She brought out a pack of sterilized tools, BUT then sat them a side and used tools that were sitting on a self! She did spray them with alcohol prior to use. She also appeared agitated and went back and forth with me about the length of my nails. I said short, but she said no, I will even them out AFTER I paint them. That is not what I asked for! She didnt spend anytime removing dead skin around the toe nails, instead she focused on removing the cuticle only. She barely scrubbed my feet and I guess she was hot, so she had a fan aimed right at her thereby making my feet cold. The lotion(s) appeared to have come from the dollar store; runny and not of good quality. I definely do not recommend this place.

TERRIBLE!!On a Sunday I get to the shop at 4:10p. They are scheduled to close at 5:00p. I was told “Come tomorrow “. Kids are off of school in MoCo and today was the only day I had a babysitter and paid Uber! Not to mention 31 weeks pregnant so my time is limited. I was not compensated for their lack of coverage nor did they try to make the situation better as I explained I’m a long time customer (2 years). Never going there again!!!

Second time using this salon. First time was ok. This time 👎👎👎👎👎. It shouldn’t take two hours for a manicure and pedicure. They didn’t give me the color I asked for. I couldn’t tell until I got outdoors. Lighting not that good b

I hate it!!! Customer services is the worst. Lady screamed at me told me she will not do it throw things at me also. She sat me down saying $35 I showed her a picture before so I did know why she rapidly kept changing the prices to $65. She was taking them out fast and cute my skin! Then she made me take them off after I said to be carful. Dont go here trust me. Worst nail place after.

Okay, honestly. We went to this place because it was new years day and every other place we called was closed. BUT now I may go here first. The prices were completely reasonable. $60 for gel mani and normal pedi. I dont get my nail done often so I always feel judged for how messy my nails are when I do get them done, however the lady who helped me today was completely understanding and straightened my nails up so well! She was very friendly. My big toe is really messed up due to a messed up toe nail, instead of the gross judgement I expected, she worked on the nail as much as possible, repeatedly apologized for not being able to do more. The toe looks so much better now! Im very very impressed. I wish I knew her name. the color selection was great and the location isnt massive but the equipment is quality. I went with a friend who already had gel nails and they didnt charge her any extra to remove the previous gel. Great place!Sarah

Love it here. Ladies very friendly and Im always happy with mani-pedi and waxing. My then 3&5 year old girls came with me for a mani-pedi and they cant wait to go back.
