Mrs. Soraya is the best!She always treat me with respect and do an excellent job coloring and stilling my hair. She also do deep conditioning treatment that leave my hair so shine and pretty. Nice atmosphere and clean establishment.

The lady that assisted me was NOT wearing a mask. I asked her about it and she shrugged it off. I asked to cut the ends. Asked price. As she was cutting the tips she was talking ALOT on her phone. After she was done talking she asked if she wanted a flat iron. I declined. Her mood totally changed. When it came to pay, she charged me higher. I told her that was not the price. I paid and said consider that your tip. NEVER RETURN AGAIN.

I have been going here for years. I highly recommend Linda. She did an awesome job on my hair. I had highlights and it was a perfect honey tone. aurora, the owner is very nice and also does a good job.

I’ve always gotten a hair cut here and the results are amazing af! i’ve gotten bangs there and my bangs turned out amazing, so straight, also i’ve cutten my hair their and it’s so straight and exactly how i’ve wanted it! if you are looking at the reviews right now and don’t really trust here then just let those feelings come and come to this place it’s really pretty and also they have snacks, and sell shampoo! also they can do anything you want hyphen to do to your hair it’s amazing, also they are really nice and patient

Excellent service. My hair stylist Inez did a wonderful job on my natural long curly hair. Had my hair washed and blow dry. My hair came out looking straight, soft and silky. My hair stylist was professional and friendly. She knew how to manage my type of hair( afrocaribbean). I Will definitely return. I highly recommend this hair salon!

Wow! I recommend this place. The hair stylist Joreman was incredible. I am very particular when it comes to my hair. I was looking for a salon nearby since my hairdressers were not available. Came across this salon and boy did I make the right choice. Had a trim and a blowout. He left my bob looking amazing. No extreme product was put in my hair..no burn or frizz. Left my hair smooth and lovely. I recommend Joreman. 🤗

Got my haircut today and honestly I don’t like it. The lady cut it too short which isn’t what I had asked for. First off I called asking for a price and they said wash and cut is $18. I go in and they cut my hair before washing it then the lady says “oh I’ll wash it for you for free and style it “ After the cut she washed it then added hairspray and did some weird twist at the front and then was finished. So basically she pretended she was doing the wash for free when it’s included in the price. Also she kept annoying me asking if I wanted to dye my hair which I had to say “NO” like 5x. It was so uncomfortable feeling pressured getting asked all these questions & then asked if I didn’t want to do it because I can’t afford it. I regret going here and don’t recommend it at all. My stylists name was Mary or Maria (the writing on the card isn’t too legible). I would not come back again.

I actually had the owner of the shop do my hair. Me and my friend called and said we wanted to dye our hair and asked for an estimate. She told us it would be around 75$ each total. So of course we went thinking that was the price or at least CLOSE to the price we would be paying. We go in and she tells us she has to bleach our roots first. She immediately does it without consulting us about it or letting us know the process. After she bleached, she went to go get color. I showed her photos of what color I wanted which was like a dark red. She put the dye in my hair and when she finally rinses it out, my hair is scarlet/orange. Thinking okay you know what Im paying a cheap price, Ill repair this myself when Im home and just let her think I approve to be nice. I tell her she doesnt have to straighten my hair & that I dont have the money for it, she insists and says itll be quick. After we are finally done, she rings me and my friend up for 145$ each. Says shes charging us to take out color, color in, shampoo, blowdry AND straightening.No consulting about this during the process. Keep in mind, she bleached my ROOTS and my friends full head (no difference in price). She didnt get either color we asked for. She was rough with handling my hair and I will never go back here again!

Two of my sons hair was great the lady did a amazing job exactly what I wanted but the other lady said she could do what I wanted and almost messed my son hair up so I had to have her cut it all off all she had to do was tell me from the beginning she couldnt do it and I could have choose something else or ask someone else if they could do it but because she lied I had to cut all my sons hair off

Poor, Poor, Poor Service. I feel sorry for the owner Aurora. The quality of at least one employee is horrible. The Blond Brazilian doesnt understand Spanish or English. I told her that I wanted to color my roots and she seemed to not understand or wasnt paying attention. She repeated the complete opposite of what I wanted done to my hair after talking to her in Spanish. Then I told her in English and she still didnt understand. After a half an hour of explaining, I said this is ridiculous and got up to leave. She tapped me on the shoulder and said that my English was terrible and Id be better off speaking Spanish. What the hell kind of treatment to a customer is that! Does it look like my English is terrible by reading this review!? Out of the few dozen hair salons Ive been to over the years, this is the first time I was treated like that. I WILL NOT recommend Auroras hair to my friends and make sure everyone knows what kind of employees unfortunate Aurora has in their workplace. Ive never been treated like that before.

THE WORSTTTTTTTT, this blonde Hispanic lady had no idea what she was doing and after telling her a million times I wanted my hair shorter she kept saying she couldnt do that and that she would charge me double for wanting my cut shorter, even though I was speaking Spanish to her she didnt understand and she didnt want to do what I asked, it was like a pain to simply cut my hair shorter. Never going there again she was incredibly stupid dont waste ur time in there!!!!!!!!!

Short version: dont go here, its awful, theyll lie to you, and you can find much better elsewhere for the same prices.long version: first of all when we walked in to complain there was already someone else in there complaining. they were also whispering something about how they DID NOT PASS INSPECTION the day the treatment was done, so WATCH OUT!that being said this place scammed my cousin. they told her one price the day before so shed make an appointment. next day they get her in the chair and start. she asked a few times how much it was gonna cost just to confirm but the lady was vague and wasnt giving her a number. once she was done not only did it look nothing like what she wanted but she also charged her 4 times as much as she had said it would be. they ruined her hair, scammed her, over charged, and on top of all that the hair dressers excuse when we complained (which i dont believe) was i couldnt charge what i had promised because my boss was in that day so that leads me to believe she was trying to pull some under the table thing right under her boss nose! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE, they have no integrity and if i were the owner i would fire the lady who did this because one of two things happened, she either knowingly was scamming a teenage girl to get someone in her chair OR she was planning to pull some under the table stuff and pocket the money if the boss hadnt been there.After speaking with a close family friend who is a business consumer and fraud lawyer, we will be filing a compliant to the federal trade commission for unfair and misleading business practices. Let me be clear when i say i DO NOT want this place to make it up to us by trying to fix her hair. i honestly dont think they have the skills to fix it anyways nor would i trust them to at this point. I am posting all of this because i think this is a story that needed to be told to warn others, DONT GO TO THIS SALON. if i could give ZERO stars i would!

Yesterday I went to have a cut even I showed a photo of how I would like it but in the end they combed it more than they cut me I came out very annoyed but out of education I did not say anything I advise them What do you need to prepare yourself to do this job?

I do not like my experience was fatal and when I spoke with the owner even worse. Today he says that to amend the error but when they made the cut badly, I went in person so that I could see the only thing that short hair told me is not bad for you. First I did not want it short and less badly cut all uneven one side longer than the other and the supposed stylist between me pulled hair today almost a year ago and my hair is still fatal, I answer the same thing even if they give me a million dollars back to that salon you as the owner do not know how to recognize when your calls stylists make arrangements wrong and do not try to please customers twice I went to your salon to try to fix the wrong thing and you did not want to do anything, I do not accept I apologize because my hair is not returned to me even though I have holes in the amount of hair between me. This is the cut they made to my child, they charged 16 plus the tip and when I complained to them they got angry and told me that if he bent down he was hardly seen, they left me waiting for him to fix it.
