Friendly staff and super fast service.I went to have a new tire put on my work truck and was helped immediately upon entering. And they took my truck in for service within minutes of me arriving.

Terrific price on tires and very quick and attentive service . Even did a safety check on my brakes all around while the car was on the jacks. They found a light was burned out and replaced it while I waited for the tires to be mounted and ballenced at cost . I cant recommend them highly enough!

Cashier was rude and front end alignment was terrible. Drove much better before their alignment. :-/

I have all of my personal vehicles and business trucks worked on at Kessler. They are always fast with service and repairs/tires and at great prices. They offer pic up and drop off if you need them to get your car as well. Mark, Chris and all of the crew will always treat you right

Broke a lug nut when removing a tire. Made us wait another hour in store. Did not inform us of this until we asked why the wait. They added it to the bill after saying they broke it. Then blamed it on the tire brands they sell in store. Overall just poor respect for the customer at that point.But hey, theyre cheap.

We went to Kesler for tires for our motor home. So glad to find a place close to home that had the tires available and could put them on a large motor home. The tires were done before I expected. Leon and the rest of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Leon even checked and said the alignment was good. They didnt try to do any extra unnecessary work. Ill definitely recommend them and go back as I need their services.

Mark Smith is probably one of the best people I know of in general and I’m thankful he works in an industry I know nothing about. Kesler has done breaks, lights, oil changes and tires. I literally call them to see if they can solve my problem before going anywhere else.

I took my Nissan Altima to them to have the breaks checked because the break light and traction control light came on the dash. It ended up being low break fluid. Kesler didnt charge me anything. They seem like a honest company. I can understand why they have high rating reviews.

I have been going to them with all my auto concerns for over 15 years and have always been treated as a family friend instead of just another customer. Very welcoming and happy people to work with in the office. Had an engine issue that I could not figure out and was able to get my vehicle in that day. They kept me informed of the progress and made sure I was comfortable of the decision and why it was being worked on before they did anything. Thank you Mark. These guys(and ladies) are the real deal when it comes to service. Had my Wife’s car 4 wheel alignment. I ask them to check the rattles underneath. They did and said it was sway linkage. Turns out I had someone else replace all four struts. Returned two weeks later and Mark did the alignment again at no charge. I’m pleased. I will definitely use them again. Priced tires while I was there for my truck.

I was blown away by the service provided by Kesler Tire! I was stranded with a flat and for a very reasonable price I received roadside assistance. I followed them back to there shop where my tire was repaired and put back on my car. Such nice people!This girl has a new tire shop!!

I have been doing business with their maintenance shop for 15+ years and have been very satisfied. They just recently installed new tires and leveling hardware on my full size truck and the results are excellent. I will trust them with my next offroad tire purchase as well.

Very nice family run establishment. Willing to go above and beyond for anything that you need to have done. Work completed in less time then what the quoted and under the price that was quoted as well. Very busy shop but able to get everyone in and out.

I called every tire place in Forsyth county trying to get my tires mounted on my old school wheels for my 56 international truck. NOBODY would touch them much less guide me in a direction to someone that would. I called kesler tire and talked to leon. I bought some new tires for my car. Nice people to do business with.

Called and asked for a price on a tire. Was quoted $295.00. Was told they had 9 of them. 20 min later when I arrived was told to speak with Leon. Leon shuffled through some paper work and then tells me that the price for the tire is $375.00. I said wait a min I was just quoted $295.00. He said I know but that was for another tire and we only have these two and they are $375.00. I said I was told you had nine of them and to come on up to get one installed. I told him that was bad business and his response was “ I know but I can’t loose $100.00”. I just stood in disbelief and said ok y’all have a nice day and left. I own a business and no matter what my word is what my customers count on. Kessler tire has done all of my tires on my equipment in the past but I assure you they will never touch another piece of equipment that I own. Also please don’t responded to this with a message for me to call you and discuss this. You had your chance to discuss it and for your standing you knew you were giving bad business and it wasn’t worth $100.00. I’m only here to let other customers know how you operate.

This is the worst tire experience I have ever had. Took tire in and they replaced tube, next day it was half flat. Took it in and they called me saying it was not properly inflated by the tech. I said no it was sitting fine when put on the fork lift and the next day it was not. They said they would fix it and called me about 6 hours from when I dropped it off. I said would pick up next business day. When calling to make sure they were open they said we had a gash in the tire and it needed replaced. Got it fixed the 4th try... WOW!
