I really like dealing with Allstate. They have answered all my questions that I have had. When I needed something changed they made all the changes to help get the best price for my needs.

I’m currently struggling with Allstate insurance to get sufficient compensation to repair my house after the Texas freeze in February. The adjusters have been very uncooperative and and refused to meet with my contractor for a reinspection until just recently. I turned to Scott Sandlin’s staff for help in contacting an agent’s advocate in the hope that since the horrendous treatment I was receiving from Allstate reflected poorly on them they might know of a process to force Allstate from sitting on my claim hoping they could wait me out to save money. Instead of assistance I received an argument from Beth the office manager that the money my wife and I received for our efforts to clean up some of the mess and safely pack up our keepsakes was excessive and that we shouldn’t have expected to get paid what we did. First of all we were simply paid what the adjuster told us we would get paid per hour and secondly, that wasn’t what I was even calling about! I was appalled at the lack of empathy for our situation. We’ve been stuck in a hotel room for three months, our dog is being kept by a friend and our cats are living in an empty, dirty house. Thanks for nothing!.

Very poor service from this agent. He will not call you when you ask. They also messed up twice on my payments. They charged me for whole 6 months instead of monthly payments. I had to have my bank stop payment on the charge. Then Julie charged amount on an account I dont even own. They are trying to charge me $25 fee because it was returned back from the bank. They have no clue what they are doing in this office.
