Quality customer service and coverage at more than an affordable price point. My rate actually went down for both motorcycle and truck. Agent S. Rush always gets back to me within minutes with quotes and advice on coverage options. It’s rare to pick up a phone and actually talk to a human being (stateside) these days.

Always available for questions and answered my questions before paying for services. Prices have not gone up and provides exactly what I need. I feel like I have individual support from my agent rather being focused on as a group. Would highly recommend!

Made phone calls for 2 weeks with no return call. I had to physically go into the office to get a response. An additional liability policy was supposed to be cancelled at that time. I find out over a month later that the policy he was supposed to cancel was never cancelled and now they are canceling because of non-payment. I had to deal with the home office to straighten it out. I don’t want it on my record that I did not pay and got cancelled. The agent, Sean, should have done his job. My first visit to the office I told him that customer service was the most important thing to me. Obviously this is not the place to go for that.
