My husband and I have been with McCrea Miller-Farmers agency since 2012 and I literally do not have ONE bad thing to say. From their very professional agents to easy to understand coverage provided, and discounts given for bundling home and Auto... I could not be more grateful and Thankful for everything theyve done for us. When I was in an accident last week i called and filed my claim but the agent at the call center forgot to setup the towing for my vehicle... after 3 tries i finally called my agent directly to tell her whats going on and Crissy immediately jumped on the phone with the claims department and made sure they fixed & updated the issue. She made sure to call me back and let me know the tow truck was on his way, and even offered to come up there and wait for the tow truck so my husband could take me to my appointment.
