Run far away. Very shady. I was quoted a great price for home owners insurance. I moved forward with the company, but then a quote for double the amount was sent to my lender without my consent. I immediately asked why and no explanation could be provided. I decided to give my lender a different quote. Then this team decided to continue to harass my lender and schedule an inspection on a home I did not yet own. When I told them about it, I was immediately yelled at an stories were made up about our contacts. Do not use this team.

The insurance agent I spoke with quoted me a price when I was looking to add my sons car to the policy she save the quote and she quoted me 192 a month when I called back to start the “she had more than doubled it to $433 a month when I demanded an explanation they gave me a run around and finally in the end she said my bad. Outrageous price gouging I will be moving all of my policies to another agency

I am very pleased. Besides the price, anytime I have called the office I speak to someone very friendly. She talks to me as to a friend.

Only company that made contact with me. The others wanted me to fillin the questionnaires. That was very tiring.

I had a nightmare experience. Was signed up for insurance without my approval. Charged for five months. And when I called to let them know they said just cancel the insurance you’ve been with for years so they can refund you while you were double insured. Instead of offering to refund me themselves. I will never do business with All State.This is a follow up to my previous review. I had an issue with the way All State was handling a matter. I was promised follow up and you guys delivered. Special thanks to Rich, for keeping his promise and going out of his to way to make sure I left with a good feeling about my interaction with the company. Satisfied customer.

I cancelled a driver and 2 vehicles off my policy. I received a phone confirmation from Rich this would be processed. I called to try and remind Rich of the email and the phone call confirming the cancellation. Along with a total cancellation on the 23rd. Rich again confirmed the cancellation yet I am sent to collections on the extra driver and extra 2 vehicles that were cancelled.

WORSE COMPANY EVER. THE AGENT THAT HELPED ME GET THIS INSURANCE POLICY DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS SELLING. WHEN I PURCHASED THIS POLICY HE SAID ANYTHING THAT HAPPENED TO MY HOUSE WOULD BE COVERED UNDER MY $3500 RAIN, HAIL AND WIND DAMAGE. WELL WHEN HURRICANE HANNAH HIT, I HAD LOTS OF DAMAGE TO MY ROOF, WATER LEAKS INSIDE MY HOME AND MY WHOLE FENCE WAS BLOWN AWAY. WHEN I CALLED THE INSURANCE THEY TOLD ME I HAD A 17,000 DEDUCTIBLE DUE TO IT BEING A TROPICAL CYCLONE. WHEN I CALLED THE AGENT AND ASKED HIM WHY HE PUT ME SUCH A HIGH DEDUCTIBLE FOR SOMETHING LIKE THAT HE SAID BECAUSE TROPICAL CYCLONES DONT HAPPEN IN MY AREA. HE THEN SAID THE ADJUSTER WAS INCORRECT AND FOR ME TO GET A CONTRACTOR TO TELL THEM IT WAS DUE TO WIND AND RAIN AND THEY COULD CHANGE IT. WHICH IS NOT TRUE AND I DONT EVEN THINK THAT IS LEGAL. SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY EVERYTHING OUT OF POCKET AND THEY WERE NO HELP AT ALL.. AGENT REALLY MESSED ME UP . DO NOT GO THERE . I STARTED READING MORE REVIEWS AND THEY ARE KNOWN TO BE CALLED ALLSNAKES ..

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The staff are all extremely rude and lazy. They are liars. The manager yelled at me over the phone. Im in the process of filing an official complaint. Stay away from this place and from Allstate. They have no idea what theyre doing.

Customer Service is slow to respond to questions. Took me 4 days to get some clarification on a policy I purchased. Apparently Allstate does not offer the coverage I am looking for . Likely will have to stay with my current insurance, if I want the coverage I am looking for.
