Called to cancel policies and Anjelika to begin with did not have a pleasant rapport. Very short with me. Didn’t sound grateful at all for our past business. Asked me when I wanted policy to show cancellation proceeded to say she would check to see if “we” owed any money. I have nothing but great things to say about owner Amber as she is fantastic however we hadn’t been satisfied lately with the etiquette level of professionalism from her staff. I would recommend she look into that. Your staff is a big reflection on your company and customer service is a big deal for most consumers with especially having such personal information with a company. Anjelika even slammed the phone on my ear. I called back and she claims she couldn’t hear me. I could hear her perfectly! Why didn’t she ask or say “I cant hear you or say that again?” She didn’t! I was in the same place I always am when I call. She hung up on me. Rude.
Never “in” the office when you want to discuss the reasons behind a surprise 40% premium increase.And definitely will not return phone messages. I feel bad for her office manger who is forced to run block for Brady... b/c she’s actually very professional and pleasant. ps. I’m a business owner who NEVER leaves negative reviews but this one is deserved I’m afraid. Plus we wholeheartedly believe in Farm Bureau as a company, but Brandy needs to learn to deal with clients who need her help figuring things out.
