First review: 1/5 - I contacted Jeff to switch after another rep was not answering emails. He initially answered questions & recommended more insurance coverage. I declined the higher coverage for now. I noticed he had never switched my account to him. I emailed a couple days ago & he never answered. While Allstate is affordable, their customer service is poor. Ill be changing insurance companies solely for poor communication.Edit of review: 4/5 - Jeff contacted me right after the above review noting why he hasnt responded. While a reply should still have been given, I better understand the timing & background.

Everyone there is so helpful and wonderful at explaining things to us in a way we can understand. Ive shopped around for auto insurance, and we could certainly be getting lower rates at some other places, but Ive been so happy with our experience at Allstate that weve opted to stick with them! Its so nice to be able to call and get in touch with someone without listening to auto recordings and waiting on hold for significant periods of time. We also filed a claim for uninsured motorist last year, and the entire process went so smoothly. We really felt taken care of! Id highly recommend Allstate to anyone.

I have asked for a call back for two weeks from Jeff on a issue I raised. I have yet to get a call. He has done this before and is rude. If he cant give you answer you want he ignores you. Bad bad customer service.

We have had our insurance through Jeff Bairds agency since 2011 and have never felt more secure with their protection of our home and vehicles. With my agent I always know Im in good hands, she always emails me on any new issues with my policy and I can actually talk to a person from the US not someone wearing khakis from another country. By far this is the best agency and this specific location is so friendly they are pretty much family to me. It doesnt matter what budget Im on I just tell them what my budget is and what coverage I absolutely need and violla they have a quote for me faster than any other agency, way faster than some lizard could do in 15 mins. Allstate keeps in touch when and if my rates are going to get higher or lower, they never lie to me or send some smelly emu to deliver the message. As to my previous carrier, they were always raising the price every month without informing me and I always had issues. Plus when I tried to call I would never get a real person on the phone and when I went in to talk to them they just kept pointing some price gun at me like we were playing laser tag. Allstate has not disappointed me for 5 yrs now and I always know I am in good hands. Allstate is #1 to us and the only insurance company you will want to be with if/when mayhem strikes.

In fact during transition from my past company I had a recurring billing situation that I could not get resolved and Jeff personally made a call on my behalf. Worst customer service. I was charged extra amount after cancelling the policy and they reported that through credit collections. They didnt even inform me through call or email. A notice was directly sent to my address. After paying the due amount, when i asked for the proof of payment to report that to credit collectors, the guy arrogantly responded saying that we cannot give that you anymore. Worst customer service ever. I would never recommend this insurance to anyone. State-farm and and Geico are way better.

Absolute terrible customer service!! I called to get some answers about a policy I had and why I was being sent collection letters. Instead of being helpful the lady I spoke to was demeaning and rude. On top of not answering any of my questions, she hung up the phone on me. I am thrilled I no longer have Allstate auto insurance and incredibly glad I will never deal with this branch again.

We were some of the unfortunate people too close to the blast in West, Texas this past April 17th. The estimate was lower than we thought it should be. We contacted Jeff and his staff. Jeff really pitched in and went right to work for us. We eventually got the full settlement that we were seeking. He and his staff did a great job.

Cant give a 0 start so was forced to give 1... One of the worst customer service I had with the office manager of this agency. After paying the full policy premium I got a bill to pay extra amount and when asked for details as to why the bill is being sent after paying the full policy amount this person had no decency to explain the bill and said the call I had made was a waste of his time. such an arrogance.. Not really worth your time to deal with such an agency.

I didnt have a good experience with them at all. Rates were very high when I questioned it they looked into it and Mark, one of Jeffs agent, said I had over paid and had a credit up until July. Because of the high rates I ended up cancelling the policy with Mark and he stated I would be getting a refund due to the over payment. I have never received the refund but I did get another bill in the mail. I went in to the office to get it fixed Mark said he didnt know what I needed to do but it does show I am in collections. He suggested I call the 1-800 customer number. Made claim with them(Allstate) and never heard anything back. After a week I call in to speak with Jeff, the owner, who at one time was a regional rep. for allstate.We went through everything and he said he would try and get it fixed and call me back. It has been two weeks, I have called him 3 times and no call backs from Jeff or Allstate. I called today and of course he is gone to lunch. One of the times I called the receptionist admitted that she forgot to give him the message. I understand mistakes happen and people make mistakes. But I just dont understand the no call backs from Mark, Jeff and the receptionist not giving my messages. I am going to pay the amount since I am know in collections. When it is all said and done I paid 800 dollars for insurance coverage for 4 months. I have no dwis or a bad driving back ground. I got insurance at Nationwide for 86 dollars a month. I am going to pay the balance even though this isnt resolved and I dont agree with it. Because we all know if it stays in collections it will hit my credit rating and make my future insurance rates go up. Just not happy with the avoidence of my situation and problems I am having with my policy.
