Christine always answers my questions promptly and completely. If the answer to whatever I am asking is no, or not entirely to my liking, she says that clearly but offers an alternative which sometimes works just as well. She is very knowledgeable.

Okay, so one can clearly see the closely spaced dates to know that theres a push to review BUT, please read on, as the reviews and subsequent high ratings are warranted!First, Homeowners. Christine was an expert here. I dealt directly with her and she was able to do what few insurance companies offered to do, which was to completely customize the policy to my needs. Here in TX that means low deductibles for things you really need (hello hail damage) and not insuring for things you dont. Ive compared several options, and even as a USAA member, Ive stayed with Farmers because of the combination of customization and value associated with the policy.Second, Auto. Again, I dealt directly with Christine and she excelled here. I lease, so these policies tend to be fairly straightforward, but nuances remain. The policy was built in such a way that her knowledge of deductible levels caused certain extra add-ons to become moot, simplifying the policy and saving me money overall.The final detail to consider in your research is that you have an actual local agent in your corner. Larger insurers will give you a number to call, but I guarantee youll never see the person on the other line. Food for thought!

I honestly dont have much of an opinion on Christine since I have never been able to get a hold of her only her assistant Cynthia. Dealing with Cynthia has been a horrific experience.In February, our credit card was set to expire at the end of the month, our payment does not come out at the end of the month so we waited to change the card until the payment had come out. They didnt charge the card and then accessed a late fee. When we called to resolve we gave the new card information and the fee was removed by the Billing department, Cynthia misplaced CREDIT CARD INFORMATION and it was accidentally shredded. Cynthia proceeded to call me at work and on my cell phone to get the information again, and gave me a litany of excuses all of which blamed the system. My favorite excuse was today when she said At least I shredded the information and didnt lose it. After that I told her we would be canceling, because of her and she demanded to know why she had upset me. In addition to having an abrasive personality she was irresponsible with our money, which to me is reason enough to switch.Farmers may be fine, but I would definitely not go through this agent.
