Ray has unfortunately left this location and with it left all of the good customer service that brought me into this location. I suggest you change agents if you have this office or AVOID IT IN GENERAL. I called 4 times to do a change on my policy and they said they would call me back every time and never did. I was also told management would return my call when I wanted to address this issue and I did not get a call back.

Rey has been a delight to work with over the last 5 years. I have a pitbull which other companies would not insure on my homeowners. Rey came to meet my extremely friendly dog and so I have both house and car with him. I have had 2 hit-and-run accidents over the years and both times I have been extremely satisfied with State Farms handling of the claims! No problems for me at all. State Farm is THE best company to have.
