She is very patience in listening all our needs and respond immediately with the options she has.... and she was very professional and quick. I really appreciate her for all the help she offered during my renewal process. She will try to work with the exact needs that we have.

I will preface this with I have not had the opportunity to meet Fabiola in person as I was desperately in need of firing my previous agent due to terrible service and communication. I am so impressed and thankful for the superior service I received yesterday from Joe Austin at State Farm. I am moving and the managers of the complex I am moving to have a strict policy about the Renters Insurance Policy being up to date. I am so thankful that Tudor called me one day from Fabiola’s office. I had been with another insurance company for 30 years, but the cost was getting excessive. Tudor was very nice and professional and took a lot of time walking me through all the different insurance coverage that State Farm provides. He was able to save me $1000 a year for better coverage than I was getting from my previous insurer. Hopefully, I won’t have to use my insurance any time soon but if I do, I know that I’m in good hands with Tudor and Fabiola.

Ive had Fab as my agent for a few years now. She made the process of new home insurance super simple and clear. When a tree nearly fell on my house last year she was on the phone with me explaining my coverage. ON A SATURDAY MORNING! I enjoy state farm so far. I have auto and renters insurance with them and it came out to be cheaper than when i had auto and renter with two different companies. On top of that i still havent switched over to a 6month policy like i the auto i use to have, so i still dont have the best deal.I especially like that when i called to get it and requested Marissa they had no problem semding her my way. It was quick easy and i felt like i was being taken care of.
