Every year the price goes up. No changes. Same drivers, same cars, but price keeps going up every year. Next time it ends Im definitely going to switch insurers.

Not happy with this agency.I was ridiculed because I did not understand something.Heard from Mr. Zeigler once when I had my accidents, I called & emailed nothing!I called customer service & they finally are switching my agents.I am a very patient person, I wouldnt have minded if he emailed me or called later on but to be made fun by somebody in that office that is suppose to be helping you that is not ok.I never do reviews but enough was enough.
