Only place I trust with my eyebrows and now my daughters! They do an amazing job and listen to what you want.

Very caring staff that takes notice of details. Clean salon. I trust Tina to do my facial waxing and nails. When I walk in, I get greeted by my first name. My young daughter is so impressed that I am greeted that way.

I had the top if the line pedicure and shellac manicure SIX days ago. On three of my nails the polish has completely come off. The remaining polish on my nails are peeling up and are snagging on everything and will result in me just pulling it off. I would NOT recommend this place! For the amount of money I spent I expected to enjoy it longer than six days.

I love the nails they do. Ive been coming here for 6 years and i must say things have changed over time. the people that work there are rather rude and some are rough with your hands and feet. i did not appreciate how the only man there made 3 of my nails bleed. i dont know if the awesome nails they do is worth a little pain and rudeness. i will have to rethink about going again bc its not the first time it is happened. there are a few ladys that are super super nice though. so pick who you do your appointment with carefully. if youll do anything for some beautiful nails or toes even if it means a little pain this is definitely the place to be

I loved the work they did when I left that day, even though the guy screwed up my thumb nail and had to redo it several times. I got the dip, and by the next day, the clear coat was chipping off. Then, 6 days later my thumb nail broke (not the same one he re-did). I also got a pedicure and the very next day, my toe nail chipped off. Im pretty sad that they looked so good when I left but the quality didnt last. Why is it so hard to find a good nail salon?

I love KT Nails my entire family goes here. The staff knows our names are always friendly and asks about family when we go. I do not go to the nail salon on a regular basis maybe once a month (maybe). When I got married they opened an hour early to provide spa services to my entire family. I cant believe all the bad reviews I read. The spa is clean the chairs are great they greet everyone w a smile (not just my family, they know most ppl who come in). I believe the service they provide is quality and I have seen multiple customers return for repairs at no charge. I wont go any place else and I think the bad reviews were unfair.

First time and unfortunately last time I will be visiting this place. The man who did my full set cut way too close to my cuticle, not once but thrice, and literally cut the skin off on my middle finger and it started bleeding leaving a nasty scab. He also did not do a good job at removing the excess powder under my nails and it overall is a very poor job.

Love this place! The ladies always do a great job.

I went to this place last year and had a good visit, however this time was horrible. My friend and I went to get pedicures. We were sat right away and they turned on the cold water. After telling them the water was too cold they barely warmed it up. 30 minutes later someone came to do my toes. About 3/4 of the way through my pedi someone finally started on my friends feet. So much for pedis together. The person I had started using the cuticle nippers and by the 4th toe had drawn blood on 2. I had to tell her to stop trimming my cuticles. Its the next day and my cuticles are still all torn up and bloody.
