Crystals Nails is by far the BEST nail salon i have ever went to! Specifically Lana is amazing and never fails at putting her unique artwork on my nails! When I come in I feel very personal with her and not like a business opportunity! I most definitely recommend coming to Crystal nails and asking for Lana !!

I come here for my mani pedis and they never give short of great service. Edith is my girl for pedicures. She always has my feet looking beautiful. I can tell she takes pride in her service. Lana is the owner and I usually have her do my nails because she just simply rocks at it! This is locally owned and I love supporting small businesses.

Got a basic pedicure which is a stretch calling it a pedicure. Once polish was applied I was directed to sit on a bench right next to someone not wearing a mask, across from me was a lady also not wearing a mask. I also noticed before I sat in the chair, the chair was not cleaned off ;( Polish has messed up twice already, will not be going back.

The 1st thing I noticed was someone elses nail dust was on the armrest of the chair I was directed to sit. Overall not the best pedicure service.

I have been a patron of Crystal Nails for many years. Everyone there are always welcoming. I am always happy with their service.

Ive been going to this salon for over 2 years and absolutely love it. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I regularly get the deluxe spa pedicures and I have acrylic nails. Ann does my nails and shes an expert at getting them thin and natural feeling. I usually get designs done on my toes for my pedicures and I give the gals free reign and they never disappoint!The shop is clean and the owners are always up on the latest trends!

This a fantastic place to get quality nails and service. The gals are always super sweet and quick! They have a ton of color options. My nails always last and look beautiful. They are always willing to accommodate any special requests and do a great job.

Lan Vo the owner, is always professional and willing to assist in any way she can, to make your visit great. The staff is nice and efficient.

The lady did not massage my legs or feet during my pedicure. She just rubbed a little bit of lotion in, but did not massage. I got the marine mask pedicure, and she put the tiniest amount of the mask on my legs. There was so little mask, Im sure that it did nothing. Next, on my gel manicure, instead of wrapping each nail in cotton and foil to remove my previous gel, she just soaked my entire hand in a bag of acetone. It was so harsh on my skin, and was very ineffective. She ended up having to file my nails a lot to get the old gel off, which is damaging to your nails. My nails ended up looking okay, but I really didnt enjoy the process.

The service was terrible. The lady doing my pedicure cut the nail to the point it was bleeding. She did not ask which pedicure I wanted AFTER she already started trimming my cuticles. I wanted the mini pedi and she said trimming the cuticles was not included so I had to do the more expensive one.My daughter had a pedicure by the manager. It was done very quickly and not very good. AND this manager is the rudest and most unfriendly person. I will not go back and neither will my daughter.I apparently did not tip her as much as she thought I should and acted very upset. She went and told her co-workers about it. Very obvious. Snubbed us after that.

The lady that did my nails did very well. I told her about my experience at another nail salon and she took what I told her and made sure she didn’t do what they did. They’re very gentle. I love coming here

Drove all the way to Crystal Nails from La Marque to get my brows waxed... 15 minutes until closing and the Open sign is on but they have the doors locked and say they are closed. Really you have 15 minutes left until your actual closing time. I will never waste my time or money to come here again.

Hi, I just want to inform someone on my first and last visit to Crystal Nails. I probably got the worse service I have ever gotten at a nail salon. They handled me the list of pedicures you had but all I wanted was a regular pedicure. I get pedicures pretty often so I dont feel the need to always get pampered but at least cleaned up. I didnt even get that. The lady who did my pedicure did the minimum. She barely cut my cuticles and did not really scrub below my feet. She didnt speak to me. I looked at her most of the time and I had my friend with me. I asked out loud if she was mad at me and no response. Im guessing she didnt understand me since I was speaking English. So after maybe 10 minutes of my pedicure, I was done. However, I didnt even know I was done! She started trying to clean her station but I was still sitting there with a blank face. She stopped what she was doing then she went to go wash her hands where another lady who was doing my friends pedicure asked why didnt she do something for me in Vietnamese. In response, she answered in Vietnamese, forget her. I may not be able to say anything in Vietnamese because there may be a miscommunication but I can fully understand it. Once I went to the drying station where 3 other white women sat, I said to them, being Asian, I feel like I get the worse service. They were shocked since it was a Vietnamese owned salon. I will not be returning but I wanted someone to simply be aware. Im in the service industry. I work hard as well. Also, if your ladies must say something about the guest, say it in the back where NO ONE can hear. Especially the guest!

Facility very worn and NOT clean! I gave an extra star because the massage chairs are nice! But this place is very expensive for what you get....I asked for the on sen pedicure ($48). I sat with my feet in tepid water for 20+ minutes. One of the ladies finally got to me, poured the soak packet in my water, and then immediately noticed my liner had a hole in it...drained the water and never added more soaking powder. The pedicure was then decent, but the 5th packet from the 5 step system was never used. The owner was there but didnt contribute or assist with the operation of her establishment. She also charged us a fee to pay by credit card. I hesitate to non-positive reviews; however, perhaps the owner will use this feedback to better her business.

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes I get wonderful service and other times the pedicures are rushed and not very good. Haven’t figured out the best time or day yet.

First time here today and I loved it! Helen did a great job on my nails. I will definitely be coming back.

Just got my nails done. I spent $58.00. If you pay with your credit card you will be charged $2.11 service fee which you are not told about or is it posted anywhere. Will not be returning to this place.

First and last time going here. Picked a color for the powder. And as the technician was putting it on, not the same color. Was told that the frame colors was old and changed colors. I asked why the color look purple, and was told that it is still wet. Wanted greyish purple and got bright purple. I told her I didnt like and she said I cant take off. Pick a polish and Ill tone it down. I told her Im paying for powder. So she gave me shellac. Still looks purple. Wont be going back. Paid $51 for powder,shaping($40), and polish change($11).NEVER TO RETURN!!!!; NEVER!!!!

Horrible horrible service. Do NOT come here. If you want your mani and pedi done in 30 minutes, mad lady, and crooked nails then this is the place for you. I always tip $10 and tip $0 for the horrible service. The lady was mad the whole time. I did not speak to her once. I shouldve walked out when the lady greeting us made a smart remark from the beginning. If you hate your job that much then maybe you should do something else.

My wife loves going here. They have massage chairs and are very nice.

The experience was horrible!! I paid $88 (tip included) to get this cheap look pedicure and shellac. The lady who did my pedicure was extremely rude. Never going back to this place again!!

First time going here since new to the area...friendly but I feel I was overcharged paid a total 95 for fill with pedicure 35 with gel finish...my full set and pedicure at previous location was not this much...will never go back here
