Went to get my nails done and gave them my exact specifications along with a picture and they didnt listen to anything I said and messed up multiple times and did a very sloppy job which I hate. I asked several times for the woman to fix the mistakes and she did nothing but snap at me that it wasnt finished but she never fixed any of the problems even after I asked multiple times. Forgive my poor grammar but damn it upset me I want my money back and/or my nails fixed RIGHT. So beyond disappointed.

This place is horrible and definitely not worth the money. The first time I came here, about 2 years ago, I was extremely impressed with the full set that I got. About 6 months ago I came back and got the same thing but a different color. The staff was nice BUT my nails were a mess. There was left over color powder on my fingers that never got cleaned so they had stains of red all over them. I decided to give this place another chance yesterday and regretted it. The same thing happened except the staff was not nice or welcoming. My nails were AWFUL. I asked the lady to clean them up a little and she told me that she didnt understand why they needed to be cleaned... Never coming back here again. The photos I posted are after 2 hours of picking this dried powder off.

My wife got a pedicure on 10/31/20, She left a tip and few days later I notice the salon added $15 dollar tip to my card on top of what my wife tip. I contacted them regarding this issue but the manager (if she really was the manager) decline to admit fault, even though my bank check the transaction. As of now my issue was not resolved and their actions have demonstrated the poor values, and willingness to maliciously charge extra tips on costumers cards.

They were very attentive with very little to no waiting time. The person who did my nails was very good a professional all the way and I will recommend this place to people needing to have their nails done.

My sister got her nails done for the first time today and they were very nice and clean. The nails were gorgeous and the price is very good. Would definitely come again!

If a customer is sat to be serviced then an appointment shows up late dont leave the customer who you have already started with. That late appointment should understand they were late and have to wait next time they need to be on time. If wifes mother just died but this is the second time youll have done this to us.

I was pretty disappointed. The pedicure wasn’t all that great. The color was sloppy & it came off even though I had been there waiting for it to dry. They had to redo my nails because they kind of melted the first time (shellac) not sure what the lady did wrong but someone else had to take over and do it. I was there for about two hours. Not going back. It was pricey & not the best service!

The man who did my nails seemed to be rushing through them. He charged me $5 extra dollars for the shape that I asked for which was coffin and I understand they do that in most of the nail salons I have gone to. But the end result looked so different than what I asked for. When I went to pay with a gift card he said that it was being declined and I continued to tell him he was wrong because I checked the balance online and I had more than enough money. He then ended up charging $35 dollars on the card and I ended up paying $8 cash. Later that night out of curiosity I checked my balance online and it said that He charged me the full $42 on the card so in total I payed $50 for 1 nail set that had NO DESIGNS, NO GEMS, and IT WAS ONLY ONE COLOR . I could have gotten a much better set at my local Walmart for $35

I come with my family every two weeks they did a good job all the time. I definitely recommend this place. They have best service in town they have wine, coke .. they have the best eyebrows, eyelashes, full set power, pedicure. The price is inexpensive and worth it. I love this place I came here for long time

Okay this place is both good and bad. Let me explain I’ve gone to this place multiple times. Each time that I come I have to specifically tell them what I want or they will go off what they think it should look like. You have to tell them to fix something or they won’t fix it. Like if it’s not to your satisfaction then you have to physically point it out to them to let them know they have to fix it. Out of the couple times I’ve gone here I’ve had people who knew what they were doing and made my nails look great, then other times where they looked like some person on the side of the street do it. You have to go to the girls who know what there doing. And yes there are men that work there but the only thing they seem to be good at is glueing the nail on there and and cutting it to the length you want. That’s about it. Most of the girls know how to put the color on and do the design. I just got my nails done there today and they did an amazing job. I had a guy glue them on and cut them and a girl do marble design on my nails and it was perfect.

I go here pretty regularly...for the prices. I’ve gone off and on for about 6 years. They give you a deluxe pedi for 26 bucks that includes two additional services. I usually get the callus removal and paraffin. I leave with soft, callus free heels every time, no complaints. Their shellac always lasts me about a month too. I have a couple of ladies that I go to every time, they do a good job. I also get the colored powder on my nails which usually runs about $38. Again, they have really good prices considering the area. I like them.

Great service! Short wait and Vivian is amazing! Been her customer for almost a year, she does my nails, eyelashes, toes and eyebrows and they’re great! Definitely recommend coming here :)

I have a pretty good experience when I go. Cynthia is amazing!!! I have fibrimyalgia and she is gentle with me and is always happy to help. The other technicians arent super friendly but the ones at the desk are usually nice. I love it there!!!

My experience is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! The people here are so very rude. She was rough with my hands and when I complained she stopped to say she will have someone else do them. She then did my feet. She put my feet in cold water. She removed my cuticles without the cream!!!! Very painful. She had a nasty attitude the entire time and rushed through the job. There is singularly ONE person that is worth coming up her for and she is always booked. I HATE it here and do not recommend anyone to come!!!! This will be my VERY LAST TIME COMING EVER!!!

Look at the price and lower your expectations. Once you do this, you can take the service with a grain of salt. Ive been 2x to this location, neither of the techs were meticulous or keen on details. Im a simple customer, only wanting a white nail polish pedicure, and I bring my own polish. The work Ive received was sloppy. Their deluxe pedicure will get you 2 additional services. I chose the callous removal and paraffin wax.

This place is VERY unsanitary and I’m guessing that’s why it’s so cheap. They rushed my refill, and I personally could have polished my nails better than she did. She rushed without following my previous coffin shape. I will never go back.

Took my fiancé to get her nails done before we went to her brothers wedding reception and one of the employees was talking down about her ( in Vietnamese) cause she was having trouble explaining how she wanted them done calling her names in which made her break down and cry and one of the lady’s co workers walked up to her to ask what was wrong and she told them she didn’t want her nails done anymore in Vietnamese and the lady went quiet knowing she messed up. I never leave reviews and it’s my first time leaving one cause I’m usually laid back and been meaning to put this up but to talk down about someone who is gonna pay you a service and she had no attitude towards the lady is messed up. Will never take anyone there knowing y’all just talk about your customers disrespectfully behind there back and being my fiancé is a teacher and I work for special education if we did that we would lose our jobs.

Used to love this place. Now its just run down.The chairs dont work and the staff doesnt really care to offer any thing other than excuses. Im not going to come in and pay 65 for a pedi if the massage chair isnt working.I have been a patron for over 20 years and until the last 2 visits very happy.Then again Ive also been with newer employees but still there is no reason to be careless with your tools or so rough.

I can’t say my nails have been perfect everytime. But these girls are always sweet to me and have me leave happy everytime.Lisa is the best when it comes to nails. Hands down. My mother doesn’t have anyone else do her nails.Lynn and Lisa are the only two I can really trust with my eyebrows. My skin is pretty sensitive so you can’t be too rough with it or I’ll be swollen for days.I love this place.

Last night I went to do my nails with my mom and the lady that was doing my nails was a little rude but I didn’t pay attention at first I just wanted to get my maniceure done and I choose the color and she said we don’t have the color choose another one and I was like okay so I was looking for another color and she came up to me screaming saying to hurry up. What is wrong with this lady? She was screaming in the whole store and didn’t care if other customer were staring at her. Is not my fault they don’t have the color I wanted at the beginning and they always are rushing you. Never going back this places is awful and they suck ... they are so disrespectful to customer.

I’m only giving three stars because my mom enjoyed her experience here with a nice nail lady.Unfortunately I didn’t, I wanted to get shellac on my nails because I’m going to be working at a clinic soon. So I asked the ladies if they can take off my acrylic nails they did and the nail lady who I was assigned to was doing a manicure/shellac. After she finished the shellac my nails looked clumpy the shape didn’t look right my thumbs were uneven. So she was willing to fix it and she really didn’t fix it. It looked the same and applied more coating that made it more clumpy. She told me she applied a lot of coating because my nails were so thin and I appreciate It. But my nails looked like it was a sloppy. The lady kept blaming my nails for being so thin, if she knew my nails were so thin and she can’t perform the work on it then she shouldn’t have done the first place. I politely asked if she could take it off but obviously she got upset and kicked me off of her chair then made me do the acetone in the front. I get that she wasted her time I felt bad I was going to tip her but the way she acted towards me was uncalled for. She treated the other customer way better than I was treated she gave her a drink, offered to carry her purse, etc. Maybe I’m nitpicking maybe I’m not but I can tell when someone changes their actions towards you. We were about to pay it costed 25$ for my mom and 17$ for me? I simply got my acrylics off so it should’ve costed 5$ in total. They told me they did a manicure on me as well my mom looked at my nails and said what they did wasn’t a manicure all she did was get the shellac and acrylics off. So in total it was 10$ but I felt like I didn’t need to be charged for the shellac take off when it was their fault for doing a bad job. I didn’t care anymore I wanted to leave so I paid the 10$. I only came to this one because it was the only one open and my experience was bad. Never coming here again

I was here last Thursday (four days ago). I usually go elsewhere, but my husband had to go to the optometrist next door and I had nothing to do. The first person, Tony, got to work sanding my nails immediately. He did not trim my cuticles. He ended up making my cuticles bleed in two places and took over an hour to do a thick, patchy job of my manicure. My nails hurt for three days after because he was so rough with my hands. I still cannot open a pop-top can with my hands. There were random white patches, black spots, and pieces of glitter in the nails. I resolved to paint over them. I had some extra time, so I decided to go back to complain after showing them to someone at the optometrist’s office. The second tech did a better job, but the nails are still too far down since my cuticles were never trimmed and they’re still a bit uneven in tone. Two have already popped off, but I just glued them myself because I never want to go back. Definitely not worth the $41. I feel lucky not to have gotten an infection since the space was very dirty.

Stuck my feet in water. Waited 15 minutes only to be skipped twice!!! No acknowlegement. Very rude! Should have read the 1 reviews before I went. I dried my feet, put my sandals on & left!!!

If I could rate it ZERO stars, I would!! The manicurist did not properly remove the gel nail polish that I had and put standard lacquer polish over it. The lacquer polish would not dry and was still soft the next day! I went back and asked for a refund. When they refused, I made them properly remove the gel and redo the polish. The women were calling me all sorts of names in Vietnamese until I responded in Vietnamese that it wasnt polite to talk about customers that way. I watched them give three pedicures using the same bowl without washing it in-between customers. Gross! RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE SALON!!!!

I asked for Narrow coffin nails and this is what I received and they charged me 41.00 not only was Cindy rude but they started talking Vietnamese after another customer told me to say something to Cindy. Couldnt express my disappointment with this salon. My nails hurt for the entire day the lady was very rough and seemed like she was in a hurry . Made no conversation with me what so ever. She constantly kept offering stuff i didnt know and i said no .When it came time to pay she charged me an xtra 5 dollars i asked why 5 more she said oh thats how much solar nails is . Today I went here to get a mani/pedi with French tips since Im getting married Sunday. I asked the lady if she could buff the scuffs off of my big toes and she said no. However the lady next to me had hers sanded away. So the flaws she painted over with the clear coat are very noticeable. Then when she began working on my nails, she made them square (I like them more rounded). No big deal, I simply asked if she could round them out more. Instead she filed my thumb nail down flatter, all the way to the top of my nail bed. I asked her to stop and to cancel the manicure - I would fix it myself at home. I was charged a fee for the unfinished mani, left very dissatisfied, and will not have the nails I envisioned for my wedding. I will be going elsewhere from now on and recommend others to do the same.

My daughter got her nails done at this place last night. Lady was rude and being difficult. To top it off she kept claiming she needed to charge more despite having given her a price up front. Had I been there my daughter would have left, but she took advantage of a teenager. Poor service! Just took time in hopes to help others avoid horrible experience!

Avoid this place at all cost for your own safety!!!! They do not follow code and procedure for safety on gel manicure removal, and they do not properly keep things sanitized!! My sister nearly died from blood infection which left her with skin lesions and pharyngitis all due to an infected nail cuticle.,

The most Horrible experience in my life happened in this place! The lady started okay with my nails, mid way through the service my nails started coming out crooked and I TOLD HER they were crooked and she did nothing. She was even rolling her eyes at me, end of story, she did a terrible job, my nails are all over the place, I’m definitely not happy and never going back to this place. First and last time.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! If I could gv this place a -100 I would. For starters this place is unsanitary. Who knows if they even clean their equipment. The polishes looked they are mixed with ea other. Customer Service was non-existent. Good thing I wasnt dying of thirst cause I was never offered anything to drink. The nail tech if thats what you want to call her was poor in doing her job. She wanted me to pay for things that should already be included ex): the callous remover used to scrub bottom of feet is an additional $4. Ive nvr in the history of getting a pedi had to pay extra. Also 1 of the nail techs regular customer came in and she rushed through my services to get to her. I came with a friend and we were both started on the same time but yet here I am sitting nxt to her for 15mins plus writing this review waiting for her pedi to be complete!! Ridiculous. Also the massage was weak. It felt like she was rubbing my legs as if she was rubbing the back of a newborn baby trying to get it to burp. Save your time, money, and possibly a toe.

I got a very jacked up job done ask for oval activelink and I got long longclaw looking nails that are squared off. I cant even use my phone without a stylus because the nails getting away cant top pin number into my debit card because my nails are in the way and it sounds like a dog running across the hardware floor every time I touch the screen of my phone or pick up anything if I cant pick up anything it hurt to open a 12-pack of soda the only reason why I gave one starts because they did an okay job on my feet

So I decided to get a full set because I always get pedicures and wanted the color to match. And just to say im livid that i did but I got what I paid for. I won’t go here again and they tried to charge me for them to fix it. I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed and I’m glad I did that was a waste of money

Run past this shop! I went in 08.03.17 for a full set with gel. The tech doing my nails asked for a picture I showed him and he told me hed charge me $41. I wear my nails short with a pointed or stiletto tip. Its now 08.10.17 and my nails are falling off!!!!! I got my eyebrows waxed and he put the wax WELL below my lash line onto my eyelids and he ripped my skin off! I asked him for witch hazel or aloe vera he proceeded to wipe rubbing alcohol on my eyelid. I screamed in pain! He said sorry he didnt understand what I wanted. When I left the room I told a female employee to look at what he did to my lids and she rubbed neosporin on my eyelids. My eye lids are swollen and red. I had to pay them before I finished the services or I would have refused. they refused to refund the eyebrow wax. $65.00 down the drain. Ill attach pictures when i get home!

WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!!!! I went with my 6 year old daughter to get my nails n toes done. The sign outside says $25 Full Set/$19 Pedi. I also let my little girls get her nails n toes painted--no pedicure or manicure, just polish. I asked for a design on one finger on each hand and one toe on each foot, so they placed little gem stones...that looked super bulky n ugly, but i wasnt going to complain, Im usually not one that complains about services. After 2 hours there, i went up to the counter to pay. My bill........$82.00!!!!!!!!!!!!! Furious, i asked the man why. He said, my daughters bill was $24!! For What?!! The man said she got design on ever finger and every toe (Zebra print that looked like CRAP?) Are you kiddding me? For a little girls tiny fingers? And my bill was $58!! I pointed to the sign that says $25, and he said it was extra for the little gemstones i got on my ring fingers and big toes...umm, $33?!?!? You gotta be kidding me! He then said the woman should have told you that it would be extra...Well, she didnt! Thats robbery! Then the man stood there, repeated my total and had the NERVE to ask me if i want to include a tip!!!!!!!!! HELL NO!! AND I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW THAT YOUR BUSINESS RIPS PEOPLE OFF!>>>>>>>>WARNING

Trash i went in for a black shellac and ended up with spotty grey and white nails. I asked them to fix it and they wanted to charge me for it double to fix it. if I could post a pic i would i am so disappointed. the lady started yelling at me in the middle of the store telling me that I was wrong. do not go here

THIEVES!!! These people say one thing and charge another! I paid in card and the guy charged an extra $5. I didnt find out until I was home. The polish continued to chip and wrinkle as I walked in the mall although I sat drying them for over 45 minutes. WILL NOT be going back here again!

They told me it was a 45 minute wait and that they would call me when it was time for my turn. They didnt so I came to see how much longer. Poor service when I came back and they made me wait and additional 30. Unacceptable. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The guy here was extremely sloppy everything was everywhere, and wasn’t really focused on working on my nails he would literally get up every 15 minutes in the middle of the service he even went on facebook once which took him forever to finish my nails couldn’t request anyone else since everyone had a clientwouldn’t recommend getting your nails done here
