I been coming here since they opened it. Today after waiting for an 1:20 hour a lady walks in and the tech tells me that they have an appointment so I have to wait for another hour or 2. What got me upset was that they waited another 20 minutes to tell me that I had to wait more.I’m not coming back. I don’t have a lot of free time and I can’t be wasting my time. I guess I’m going to Valentino’s on NASA.

I love my nails, this was my first time going to JK Signature Nails 💅. I have a new nail salon.

Nails are horrible. Chunky and peeling off both hands. Had to tell her to get a new clean equipment.

Went with my sister to get pedicures because she had a gift certificate from Christmas. We got shellac and the colors look fine. However, my feet were scrubbed pretty vigorously, to the point where one spot is completely raw. It doesn’t look that big but it hurts really bad. I noticed a sting when she was doing it, but didn’t think it was that bad. However, after working on me for almost an hour, she didn’t even say anything about the cut. Not til we got home did I see how bad it was. I know it was a mistake but she didn’t even say anything or apologize for the cut. I just hope it does not get infected. I just hope they are more careful in the future with other customers.

Do not waste your time or money! The nail techs try to constantly upcharge you then treat you different when you don’t get what they wanted you to select. The nail techs gossip the entire time not only about you which they make obvious but also about other people in the shop getting services. They try to be fake-ly nice and when they mess up make it seem like it’s your fault.. This was the worst most annoying experience I’ve had. Used to come to this location in a long time ago and I can definitely say they have went downhill with service.

So much has changed. This is the place where I always do my nails. Love the staff they are so nice and they always offer us something to drink. Really Good in regards to nails. 💛

So Ive gone to this salon several times for both regular pedicures and gel manicures. They generally do a good job. This last visit on 9/5, they charged me twice @ $60 each. Ive spoken to the owner? twice, emailed a copy of my bank statement, emailed again to follow up, and called again this weekend. No return calls, or emails. Complete silence. I even offered to get a gift certificate for the $60 overage but no response. Not the kind of service Id expect from a reputable business and surely not the way to keep your customers.

It was last minute on a Saturday not only did they fit me in but they did a beautiful job on my nails

The first two times I came here were great, same manicurist both times. The third time (requested the same technician) wasnt so good. As she began working on my nails she started criticizing the work of whoever did them the last time. Kind of awkward to say the least. I showed her a picture of what she did on the first time (see picture) same shape nail, with polish painted angular not rounded. She said it was to complicated and wouldnt do it. Another technician came by to see how things were going. I explained, showed the picture and she said she agreed that it was to complicated. If they were very busy and she didnt have enough time I might have understood (maybe). No one was waiting and two technicians had no clients. The whole situation didnt sit right with me. They have reasonable prices and might try them again if I have a mani emergency.Picture is of 1st manicure I was very happy with.

The salon has a nice vibe. I am satisfied with my pedicure and the massage chairs were very relaxing.

Def recommend. Walked in around 630pm, no wait (I did call ahead--he said walkins for morning had 45 min wait). Acrylic set plus gel was $50, basic pedi was $25, massage chairs were nice, space was clean, people were nice. Love my nails!

These guys are so close to me, like many other shops, but the newness, cleanliness, and service is what keeps me coming back. I no longer need to nail shop hop anymore! :)

Recently visited the shop with my sister the day before attending a wedding. When I got there I picked out dip powder colors that I wanted to do and the nail tech tried to tell me to do something different and I told her I wanted what I had picked out. When she started to remove my dip nails she used what looked like nail clippers to pry off my dip nails. When I told her that it hurt my nails she then drilled them down and in the process kept burning my nail and told me it was because my nails were too thin and that I should do acrylic rather than dip because it is healthier for my nails. By the end of my visit not only did the nail tech change the type of nail I got but also the color drastically. At that point I didn’t want to say anything more because it was after closing time. Being someone who does nails, I understand the pressure of meeting client standards however I felt extremely let down by the professionalism and care I received during my service.

Horrible quality of nails and products!! Every time I give them a try which has been maybe 4 times it’s been horrible! They burned my eye lids waxing my eyebrows, nails fall off or break same day or next day! I got my nails done last Tuesday and on Wednesday one broke then Thursday 2 more broke! When I say broke, when they broke I didn’t even feel it bc the quality of products is cheap af!! This is my opinion and my experience! Back to Vogue Pro Nails!!! Best in the BAY AREA!!

I always enjoy coming here, place is clean, the nail techs are friendly and professional. Since Covid, they keep up with all regulations.

Better than most nail salons, the manager is super nice but they are not so innovative when it comes to nail designs. And I feel like nickle and dimed whenever I ask for a design or chrome colors. They should know already what a standard charge should be but the nail tech dont. I paid lot of money for a regular pedi with hot stone massage which I enjoyed and more for chrome colored shellac nails with sticker designs that the tech couldnt even apply straight. All together $125. For that price in LA I would have had a top nail artist doing amazing work on my nails. So Im a little bit disappointed, but because the manager was nice and apologetic for not being perfect, I have to relent. I will try them again.

First time there tonight, I called in advance and made arrangements for what I wanted to get. I asked for a dip manicure. as soon as I was greeted the lady kept trying to get me to change my mind on what I wanted to get. I was rushed on picking my nail color and then started soaking my nails in polish remover. Then I was asked to wait longer to do my nails as more customers arrived. I never received my manicure and never got the dip powder instead they put on Acrylic color powder. My nails have bubbles in the color and the price was not what they told me over the phone. I’m completely upset and never want to go back to JK Signature Nails and I feel I should let everyone know about their services

My fingers hurt!!! I tried this place because the nail salons closer to me have yet to do a job I’ve been satisfied with. So I ask for a S&N... The lady looked as if she was clueless. So then I say You know the dip powder? Right from the beginning they started talking about $5 extra for a tip. These are my natural nails, tips aren’t needed. Then $5 for anything else that comes with a manicure. Well I didn’t get a manicure, if you ask me, it was a color removal and a reapply. The worst part, MY S&N IS BUMPY! I told the lady and she started messing up even more! AND SHE BURNED MY FINGERS WITH THE NAIL FILER!!!😢 I will Not be going back!

They have lots of colors to choose from. However, the instruments that were used for my pedicure were not sterilized. They were just in a bucket. Same as with my manicure. The instruments that they used/tools that were used were just in a container

I have been to this nail salon multiple times now and have always had a great experience. I have had different technicians and they have all done really well. I do recommend an appointment if you are on a time crunch. I have always had to wait 10-15 minutes without an appointment.

I tried this place in October, I got a shellac manicure and pedicure. The tech filed my nails down so much they are still thin (2 months later) and constantly break! Even though I continue to get shellac (at a much better salon) my nails are breaking far up the nail bed. And the pedicure was the worst! I had two different techs and they were both bad. The manager that checked me in was rude. If you have a regular tech there that does a good job, then this might be the place for you. But some of my friends that go there tell me even their regular techs are inconsistent. If its your first time, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. (Anthony Vince Nails at Baybrook is so much better).

The girls went there to get their to get refills and they changed them the same price as getting a new set which was wrong! They asked them if they wanted them cut down and when finished they changed them $10 extra dollars, they should have been told that before they did it! Please be careful when you go there make sure it all charges clear before they start!

I come here 90% of the time. Ive been using the reward system they have. I finally got my 10% off award for my 5th visit and the lady tech that is also in charge refused to give me my 10% off that i earned. She said it expired but there is no expiration date on the reward. She only wanted to argue and refuse it. Not what i like after spending near $100 here. Smh. Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.And for the owners reply... Im pretty sure it was kelly that treated me horribly during this experience.

Horrible place! The lady that did my nails today watched a TV show on her phone WHILE doing my nails. She would look at her phone every few seconds or so. So freaking unprofessional! I wanted to do a simple powder nail and couldnt even do that. She was too busy watching her show to do her job! What a waste of time and money!

Went in on a Saturday for a shellac manicure was going on a trip Sunday and by Tuesday the polish was already chipping. Very disappointed $20 plus $5 tip for two days...I could of painted my nails myself and just took the polish with me. Wanted the shellac so my nails would last the length of my trip which was only 6 days.

So kind, beautiful environment. They are awesome with my autistic teen daughter. Really just lovely people, we will continue to use this salon for sure.

Im only being generous with the stars Im giving., I opted to get the deluxe pedicure which included a orange scrub, orange scented lotion, etc. The only thing i could say good about the experience was that she indeed scrubbed the dead skin off my feet right along with the very sole of my foot. My heels and sides of my feet are so irritated and raw from her scrubbing to hard, Second complaint when a customer that may or may not be a regular walks in and requests the lady that was doing my feet, I instantly feel I got rushed out of my whole pedicure experience, she rushed so much that she didnt even properly massage my feet ( I walked out ashy).Third everyone else around me including my mother was offered a drink (water, wine, etc ) the technician I had offered me nothing even after asking if I could receive a beverage, she never brought it to me. Im very displeased to be treated in such a way and still had to pay for the horrible service I received.

Had an appointment with my sister at 11:30, someone got her at 11:30, but another nail tech didn’t come to me until my sisters full set was done so like i didn’t get helped until an hour after my appt. time. We both asked for full sets, my sister got what she asked for but my nail tech started filing away at my old set rather than taking them off, and continued to put new color on over my old one after doing so, she had changed the shape of my coffin nails to very fat and short and when asked to slim it down, she took a file and did each nail for like a second and then stopped, already being there for over 2 and a half hours because of the fact that i wasn’t even helped on time, i was too tired to keep correcting her so i let it go. Now looking at my nails everyday i hate the fact that i can see my OLD color through this new one, and my nails are SO uneven and lopsided, if it weren’t totally damaging to my nails i would’ve torn them off immediately

Not pleased with my nails. The lady was not friendly or helpful one bit. When she would ask a question she would get frustrated like I wasnt answering her quick enough. My nails are completely different from what I asked for. Will not go back again.

I had a really bad experience here yesterday, its my 3rd time coming to this place and I have never felt more embarrassing in my life, my nails look good I liked them but the customer service was bad and awful, first they were rushing me to pick my colors and for my full set and my pedicure, I had to women working on me and they were both being rude and I could tell they were talking mess about me, very unprofessional, place is expensive not worth going back in there, 45 for a full set and 30 for a pedi.
