My favorite nail salon around for pedicures! The salon itself is gorgeous & incredibly clean, and the staff members are friendly. Yes their pricing is A BIT more than some other area salons, but in my opinion it’s totally worth the ~$10 extra. I have been more than pleased each time & highly recommend.

I switched from my regular place due to scheduling and I am so happy I did. I get my nails and pedicures done. My nails always looks wonderful and my pedicures are amazing. The environment is nice, good music playing, drinks and the little extras they do are top notch.

First time using, probably wouldn’t go back. Pedicure was just like any pedicure. And the guy doing my nails did exactly what I wanted. Grant it what I got was extremely simple. No complaints about the actual services done. I’m not sure if maybe it was a long day for everyone there when I got there (I got there at 5:30 and there was probably 3 other people getting nails done so wasnt that busy when I got there) but I was really looking forward to getting pampered, instead I felt like a chore. I mean the guy that finished my nails couldn’t even bother to stay to take the light out of my lap or but the cuticle oil on after, I had to ask my pedicure lady to do it for me. Really didn’t even want to leave a tip but I always feel guilty if I don’t haha. For the services being overpriced, I think customer service could be better.

Such a great experience. I had my first pedicure in a long time there today and it was perfect. Very luxurious environment and the nail technicians are very professional and friendly. My nails are pretty too! I do plan to return.

Love this place. Everyone was so nice. Tony did an excellent job on my nails and Ashley was fantastic as well. Will be coming back here again and again!

I have been to multiple nail salons in the past months and this one is BY FAR my absolute favorite. They are super-clean, friendly, and helpful.You may think the prices are crazy, BUT you are completely getting what you pay for. They massage chairs are great. The music is fab. I wont go anywhere else from now on.

I called at 9:30 in the morning and made an appointment for 5 PM. They were busy. I requested mani/pedi at the same time. I understand getting busy and not having an available nail tech at exactly that time however it’s not right to take walk-ins and letting them have the nail techs before me when I had an appointment I will never go back

I have been bringing a family member, whom is severely brain damaged, to get their nails trimmed and buffed.The women have always quoted me the same cost over the phone when making the appointment of $14.However, the guy that works there is extremely rude, disrespectful, belligerent, and condescending.He wants to charge twice the price every time.Even after speaking to the owner this guy is still adamant on charging more to someone with a severe disability.He informed me to pay the price he wants and he doesnt care if I bring my family member back as a customer.We have done absolutely nothing to deserve such disrespectful treatment.This is certainly not the appropriate attitude to have as a new business establishment and even more importantly not the appropriate attitude to have towards a person with a severe disability.I have contacted The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and filled out the appropriate complaint form regarding Citrus Nail Spa in Friendswood.Citrus Nail Spas actions towards a person with a severe disability is nothing more than disgraceful.SHAME ON YOU!!!

Will never be back. Experienced many nail salons and have never been charged such an outrageous amount. Everything is an extra charge. If you are a regular somewhere else, stay there. Thought we would try a new place, and we certainly regret it.
