I would have to say that Red Triangle is the best propane company that I have ever been with. After 15 years of being with multiple propane providers, I now have found the right company they have the best professional service, fair price, and always kept me filled with their monitoring systems. The service guys and drivers were very knowledgeable and always made sure we were safe by doing their safety gas check.
I have been having alot of difficulties with other propane facilities. Price per gallon was to high and also to rent a tank was very pricey. Cost every year was going up and over $3.00. I called Red Triangle Propane and spoke to the Manager Amon and he came out the same day and within 3 days I am fueled up and ready to use. Price per gallon was $1.69 and to rent a 250 gallon tank was only $60. Customer service is out of the water and unbelievably amazing. I actually wanted to cry, but for happy tears. I needed someone to come out immediately to refill my house tank, Red Triangle was the only company that would fit me in to their schedule. They charged a rush fee which I was more than willing to pay, but even with the fee it was cheaper than it would have been with AmeriGas. Very friendly and easy to work with.
I am not happy about the service. After all, I have no choice but to continue service.My mother made an appointment for a refill on Friday morning, CSR confirmed the driver will be by either Friday or Saturday and give my mother a call when he is on his way. However, the driver never showed and its Tuesday. Well, I decided to make a call to the CSR / dispatch but no concerns why the driver missed my parents house. It seems as though this company may need to hire an operation manager that can monitor and evaluate each drivers progress and reconcile the drivers daily service trips with prior service calls which they state is 1st come 1st serve system.I was at work and my mother would stay home today from work to wait for a driver to refill. I had no access to the meter so I drive home to look at the range and it is at 5%, I then called the dispatch to let her know. Finally, after all the back and forth she has dispatched a drive to come by today.Dispatcher has instructed, you should call us when your meter is at 15% - But we have familys with kids calling in for emergency this winter for refills so they have to be the ones first! - wow!I hope this company will implement a better mean of communication and innovative way to improve your customer service and satisfaction. Best customer service on the planet! Never had a problem with them even when we ran out of gas on a weekend. I do not understand all the negative comments. Further, they are lower price than any other around. We are on a regular service and they stop by to top up on a frequency base on our historical usage and we have never had a problem. Driver is friendly and I like that they are a smaller company. You do it right - Red Triangle!!

They came out to fill our propane tank. It now leaks. They wont answer their emergency line. We had to call the fire department.
Whomever answers the phone is an absolute A**hole!! Worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Hes rude, interrupts you before you can answer his terse questions. They wont be getting any of my business.
