Always EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! These guys are true professionals. They explain every detail and its more than just an oil change. They check all your fluid levels, filters, battery and lights. I feel like I am taking my vehicle in for a checkup. Very satisfied and feel safer on the road.

In and out in good time. Reasonable prices. My only complaint is that I knew I had 2 cabin filters in the glove box in my 2005 Honda Element, but the young man who had attended to my service request tried to tell me my Honda didnt come with any cabin filters. So, I had to service the filters myself.

I Was there on the 7/3/2021 12 Chevy Malibu Great experience very fast … there was a head mechanic named John I believe and he thought he could change my headlight real easy I knew he couldn’t the whole front end basically has to come off he was stumped he said he’s been able to change all the ones they said he wouldn’t be able too… I was the only one that it would take longer to do …. I really would like to talk w him again to see about doing the headlights… I called the store and could t get through to him please forward my info

Wow ! So Ive never gone through a drive thru oil change. Service was fast and efficient and all while I got to enjoy the comforts of my car interior . Especially during the age of covid-19, this is a godsend. Highly recommended. Overall cost me about $90 for full synthetic oil change

I have been taking my year 2000 vehicle here for several years now. I have never had an issue and my car is still running in tip top shape. Ive never been charged for anything I didnt first approve. I find it comforting that Valvoline keeps track of the different required maintenance items for my vehicle based on my mileage and they give me a heads up when something is coming due. Ill be brining my new Honda here as well once the free dealership services expire.My only complaint is that I have to plan my day around Valvolines opening times. There are times when the lines get extremely long. Annoying, but not worth removing a whole star.

I bought a Groupon for a Valvoline oil change because it came recommended by my boyfriend. I bought the full synthetic oil change.They were fast and wore masks but in the end there was an up charge on top of my Groupon for something they did not consult me on. My boyfriend said hes never been up charged on the same deal.This Valvoline took advantage of the situation because Im a woman on my own and I got charged more for the same service.I wouldnt come here again or recommend it to anyone else either.

I loved everything about my service today until I got home and noticed two huge black smudges on the hood of my partners white car. I was trying to surprise him with a washed car and oil change and the lack of care from the employee who changed my oil made my heart sink. How hard is it to wipe your greasy paw prints from my vehicle??

This was my first visit. I was amazed at the quick, professional, friendly service I was given. These guys provided excellent service, and informed me of other issues I was unaware of that I needed. They did not try to pressure me in any way into having them do it. One gentleman named Jerry, was particularly helpful in explaining, and showing me the issues, all the while being friendly professional, and not trying to pressure me. I just want to give a big thank you to all the gentleman who helped me, and I will be back. I highly recommend this place!!

Didnt have proper tools to get the job done efficiently or effectively, disorganized, took over an hour to get the 15 min oil change done and they charged more then they said they would over the phone. Horrible experience. They were literally scrambling around looking for tools.

First Ill start by saying, the customer service and speed was impeccable and polite. Now why did I give it only one star? Heres why. I bought a Groupon for conventional oil for $25. Excited that I scored as this is not my first rodeo with Groupon oil changes. When I got there and the attendant gave me my estimate, he told me only thing Id have to pay extra after my Groupon was $3 for disposal fee and taxes. Amazing, or so I thought. That made me confident enough to ask for wiper changes and agree to coolant top off. After the oil change is done, Im hit with an additional bill of $85!!! Granted I requested that my windshield wipers be changed which is $30 total and to have my coolant topped off which I didnt realize would cost me an additional $15!! Had I known Id have opted out and topped it off myself. The Groupon didnt include the extra $30 for air filter apparently which they added without my knowledge of the extra cost. So after crunching numbers, taking off the extras I got i.e windshield wipers and very expensive coolant top off, I paid a total of $25 (Groupon) + $50 =$75 for a very basic oil change! On an 05 vehicle!This is the most expensive oil change Ive ever gotten in life. All other times the most a basic oil change cost me was $45. I was dumbfounded and felt scammed and dazed!. I blame myself for not sticking to lube city or my regular mechanic like I usually dgid. Thought I was being adventurous. I would not never be coming back ever!!. Still in shock at how much I paid

Quick and reasonably priced although tire pressures were not checked during my visit as was stated on the receipt. Had to stop somewhere else to inflate tires to recommend pressure to turn off tire pressure light on dash.

Unfortunately their prices have sky rocketed and now they want nearly $110 for an oil change on a prius. I preferred going here before but now they are simply taking advantage of people and the covid situation. Until their prices become more realistic again, I will not be returning.

Expensive for an oil change!! But really convenient bc you can stay in your car and relax while they work. They also check your washer fuilds and tire pressure but its still not worth $70+ imo.

Those guys are truly great. Fast, efficient, caring and I am a customer for life. Due to personal reasons I had to travel 250 miles to catch a flight from Fresno, Ca, to Waldorf and. I was very short of money. As a token of their sympathy I was given a coupon for a oil change, which saved me money. They checked the air in my tires, put windshield washer fluid, checked my wipers and made extra sure my oil level was sufficient. The best customer service I have ever received from a service station. I Recommend them to you all..

A great place with friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Love how they walk you through every step they are doing as well as tell you the price as they go. They suggest stuff you should do, such as changing the filters, break lights etc, but it never feels like they are pressuring you to do so right then and there. You also get to watch them work on what you want as you sit in your car. Quite enjoyable.

Make sure they dont break anything because the manager and assistant manager will tell you that it cant be proven it was done by them like they told me. Now I am out of A/C in this hot weather and the only way to try and get it resolved is through an area manager that has not called me and it has been 3 days.

I went in knowing everything that my car needs and didnt say anything to see how they did. These guys are thorough. Nothing was missed and even with a line of cars, I was still in and out fairly quickly.

Been here about 5 times always have good service, only thing is sometimes they forget bolts or the caps that go on the tire valve

Ive been using this place for a long time and always appreciate the speed and professionalism of the staff. Excellent check-in and check-out and they dont harass you for additional services. They will recommend services with some education but are not pushy.

Loved the quick service, there wasnt any heavy duty upselling like other places that make you uncomfortable, and they ask if there any questions on the service being done every step of the way. Im sold! A repeat customer!
