Chicks went above and beyond helping me, after I purchased a used car (4/10/21) from a really bad used car dealership! Toyota Camry XSE 2015The car had at some point been in an accident, which didnt show up on the Carfax and the shady dealer didnt mention it either. Both the right front and rear corners were bent beyond alignment. Chicks fixed them for me and also noticed the rack and pinion was bad so they did that too.As soon as I picked the car up to drive it home a warning light was on and the GPS/Radio wasnt working! Steve was super nice and I took it back. He ran a free flash on it and found the BCM was bad...next the GPS/Radio was found bad too...He only charged me parts to fix both those, and found that the BCM was after market, he put in a new Toyota BCM.He keep me informed at every turn. He saved all my old parts for me, photo evidence against the used car dealer.Just got my car back and everything is working well! Definitely using Chicks again!

Traveling in a motorhome and realized tires were wearing. Called & were able to get in on short notice. Was very impressed with their shop, they were on time and very professional. Would recommend to everyone that has problems in their job areas. Fantastic people and awesome business & very helpful to travelers.

Disappointed. Took auto for wheel alignment on 7/7/2021. Mechanic gave estimate at roughly $40 cost. Was told needed parts to do alignment, and still doing research on additional part and would get back to me. After week of not receiving callback I called, office person not sure of my situation. After retrieved paper work, was told will call right back, didnt happen. This happened again, and waiting till 7/21/202I I decided to take auto else where. I dont know why Chicks didnt want my business; the only way to make me whole at this time is refund of my $40 aforementioned, which was to be deducted from total cost of work performed, which they backed away from. I wont hold my breath, though.

I had a lot of work done here at this business. When it came to pick up my lifted Tundra I had all 4 tires swapped out. I asked for my old tires back seeing as they are 35s and the rear tires were still in great condition. They inform me that someone took 2 out of the 4 old tires and of course they took the rear ones since they were in great condition. At first I was told they could try to get those tires back and if not then they would give me a credit. I call them up 4 days later and the Owner named Steve Klein picks up.I tried to have this resolved with Steve but he just wasnt having it. He was very rude and completely had so much disregard towards someone elses property. Tires go well over $300 each and wanted to give me a $30 credit. Its clear to me that Steve is a certain individual that doesnt care about his customers and thats fine and all if you fancy that kind of establishment to take care of your car then go for it. Awful customer service. Would definitely advise against coming here.

Our family has used Chicks for years and vehicles have included: farm equipment, a 40 foot RV, a Jeep Wrangler and multiples work trucks. They always do superb work and have taken really good care of us. They treat all members of our family well. Our young sons are never intimidated and they treat me as a woman with respect and courtesy. Ironically we frequently run into people we know there and everyone always says the same thing Chicks is the best in the valley!. I should have written this review years ago, but after a visit this week where they again treated me well, I decided it was long overdue.

We called Chick’s and they took our travel trailer in the next day. They found that the trailer was out of alignment (as was evidenced by one worn tire only). They did the alignment, replaced the tire and it was ready to be picked up later that same day. The cost for doing this work was more than fair.

They do Excellent work very professional and I hope that they can help me today.

They did great job on my tractor. Must visit to their shop for alingnment.

I own a Class A RV heading back to Texas on i5 South just 10 miles south of Los Banos when I hit a concrete bump on a bridge that caused my RV to spring up and loose the right front wheel. It was quite the experience of terror for my family and myself. After calling a few places unsuccessfully. I called Chick’s it was 4:45pm on a Wednesday and he took my information and started searching for parts. Steve said and I quote “Bring it to me I will fix it.” The tow truck driver knew exactly where Chick’s was located. The next morning his team started working on the RV it took two days to get all the parts due to the age of my RV. There are not many shops in the country that would go the extra mile, this shop did. All I can say is THANKYOU Steve and Team! I am so thankful it was you I called for help.

Chicks Frame and Wheel Services quickly identified a problem with our Safe-T-Plus steering mechanism on our 40 RV; the steering mechanism had been damaged and needed to be replaced. Since we were leaving on a trip, Chicks removed the damaged steering mechanism, so the RV could be driven for our trip. Chicks saved out trip!We had Chicks replace the Safe-T-Plus part when we returned from our trip; we even had Chicks add some Koni Shocks and our RV drives like a champ!Weve used Chicks in the past for RV alignments, now, well use Chicks for other services, as well!

Chicks Frame & Wheel Services is a top notch service facility. Evan and Steve are professionals at what they do and treat you like a customer that they would like to see return. They took the time to listen to what my problem was, explained exactly what they were going to do to fix it, let me know approximately how long it was going to take and what it would cost. They followed through, did exactly what they said they were going to do, and kept me updated through the process. I have a Class A Motor-home that they were working on. They can handle all size vehicles. I will definitely be back again in the future anytime my vehicles need their specialties.

Needed new drive tire and airline. Eric keeps you informed of what they are doing and they are great at getting you back on the road quickly. Way more reasonable on prices than the other shops in the area I called. Ty very much guys!

Chicks did a phenomenal job on out 2005 ford cargo van. We needed alot of front end work (a full days worth). Chicks helped us with getting the right parts which were of good quality. Their estimate to us was fully detailed and very informational. After we have had 2 of our 3 vehicles in here this is what I gather: These guys are very transparent about what needs to be done and give honest evaluations. Concerns for both of our vehicles were addressed and corrected. The 05 cargo van we had when we got it back pulled to the right a bit still. We called them and they said bring it in any time. We brought it next day and they took care of it no problem. They have a great professional attitude and atmosphere. We recommend them highly.

Poor customer service!! I called this morning asking for a quote on some spring and frame work I need done.l called 8am, was told he would get back with est. I called called again 10:30 am, said he forgot and will call back shortly. No call back again. If you didnt what my business, just be up front about it! Dont waste my time, I wont waste yours!

Awesome place, Eric is a great guy, I went in to get all four of my wheel align and he only charge me for two because he said my rear didnt need alignment. He only charge me for the work hes done. Trustworthy place. I will definetly come back.

Great to go for suspension, alignment, tires 3 axle alignment, trailer alignment, oil changes and most other fluid maintenance needs, trailer axles, wheel bearings, welding, if you need work done to any vehicle give them a call and make a appointment theres many more things to much to list just ask for Even, Steave, or Erick

A friend told me about this repair shop so I decided to try it on our delivery truck M2 freightlner. my complaint was the brakes didnt seam to work as good as they use to . so when they checked them they said the rear were ready to replace and the fronts had 50% left on them . They were very HONEST because they could have easily sold me the front brake job that I didnt need. Then the price was very reasonable also this is my new brake and wheel shop now . I was tired of getting gouged by the big dealer shops in town.

Steve came and helped me out when I broke a leaf spring on my RV axle on the Jensen/99 on ramp. Trucks and cars were passing, making my rig shake and he was underneath inspecting and rigging straps. They got me to the shop and back on the road in 2.5 hrs! Couldnt ask for better service. A+
