Terrible customer service.

Showed up Monday morning with a odd ball tire size on a trailer with a 8 hour drive ahead of us...not only did they find something that got us back on the road they did it very quickly! Greatly appreciated and if we are ever back down we will definitely be back you guys are awesome! We made it back to oregon with no problems thanks to the fine people that work here!!

We bought 4 super single tires after 3 months the 1tire goes bad. Then I go back to them and I show them he says it us under warranty. And he installed a used and old junkie tire. After I go 500-600 miles it blows up and I had to replace it for 1000 dollars to road service. And I come back to the shop I ask for a new tire and my money back and they didnt give either money or a new tire. I dont recommend this service to anyone. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤬🤬🤬

Great place, good staff. They took care of my car’s oil change. The only issue I had is the tech forgot to rotate my tires, I noticed this when I got home after the oil change, I couldn’t drive back to get it done cause I live far.

Had a flat tire on my F350 Dually; they came to my location fixed the flat. I purchased two new tires that day. The service was fast and people courteous. I live 45 minutes from their locale. Today I picked up my new fifth wheel and upgraded the tires. Any guess where I purchased the tires? This business is worth the gas and time. They have a customer for life. Highly recommended establishment.

These guys are great and wont oversell you. They get you just what you need and get you on your way quickly. We needed new tires on our Ram 3500 dually half way through a cross country camping trip. They have a large parking area and we were able to unhitch our fifth wheel and they had us on our way in just over an hour with six new tires at a reasonable price.

My tire blew out in front of the storeI went in for a quote and they tried working with me and I couldnt afford it.Even though I couldnt afford it they still assisted me in getting a tire and took care of me. Very good hearted people!! I definitely recommend this shop!

CTW is absolutely awesome, I was in Fresno Monday morning to pick up a trailer. The hich I had was to low, so I am looking forward a shop to help cause all the nuts on the drop hitch had been impacted on ( broke 2 wrenches trying to break free. Im assuming the owner said yes I will help, after doing that I asked charge his reply was Your internal gratitude so I head back to the trailer an the drop hitch was still not high enough. So I head back to CTW an he helps out yet again with NO!!!!!CHARGE!!!!!!! this time got my trailer high enough to pull to Redding ca. ( 330 miles)Thanks for all your helpWes Borden
