It was a real struggle to deal with this company. Terrible service, unprofessional, confrontational and refuse to do their job correctly. I ordered a 20 yard container and they delivered a 15 yard, but on top of that, they place the container with the door facing away from my property or driveway making access to the door a lot harder and other vehicle were parking in front of the door blocking entrance to the container. We asked the driver to turn the container around so the door can be easily access and it opens into our driveway so other vehicle can’t block the door, and we were told no. Placing the container correctly and properly should be a free service they provide, after all, it’s their job. When I called about my concerns, they give me 4 different reasons why they couldn’t turn or relocate the container, saying its hazardous when the area is cleared of all material and vehicle. Saying the neighbor’s van is too close when its 10 feet away, then saying there were not enough room when clearly there were plenty of room including my driveway which was cleared and can be back up in. I challenged all their reasoning, and after they couldn’t provide me with a proper answer, they then told me they CAN turn/relocate the container to provide easy access if we pay additional fees. This just made me furious wondering if the container was purposely placed incorrectly to scam me out of more money. Because after 3 explanations of “can’t do” becomes “can do” if I pay more money sound like fraud and deception. Later that day, my father went out and measure the container to find that we were rip-off for a smaller container then requested. They refused to credit us or replace for a bigger container. We request that they come pick up the container for a full refund and believe it or not, they had the audacity to say they are charging us for delivery fee and for basally complaining about the relocation of the container. Yes, we got charged for standing up against their wrong doing and their deliberate mistake! Unbelievable!!
