Friendly service and fast! They loaded two full trucks in an hour. Slightly more expensive than ordering a dumpster but worth not dealing with the hassle of loading everything. I would definitely recommend.

Ive been looking for a company to haul away my old treadmill. I considered going to the landfill myself because all companies said over $220 to take away the 1 piece treadmill. But driving to the landfill myself would also cost me about $200. Id have to rent a truck and drive to the landfill and pay for it too. Junk King I didnt expect a good price from this company. I just saw it on Google and asked them for a quote without any hope. Surprisingly, they gave me less than 1/2 price that other companies gave me. They were also on time, polite, highly professional. My door was too narrow for the treadmill to pass but they resolved it in 5 minutes; they took off the door and put it back after the job is done. Amazing!!! I would like to give 10 stars if possible. Great Great. Junk King their customer service representatives replied my questions within 3 minutes. Fully completely satisfied!!!! Two thumbs up!!

They are not kidding when they say they are the junk kings. I made an appointment to have my old full size mattress and it’s box spring to be removed and they showed up later in the afternoon to do it. The two workers (didn’t catch their names) pulled up in a professional junk removal vehicle and just simply moved the items out of the house like it was just some cardboard boxes. Very fast and efficient.However, like with any company or service, there are a few drawbacks. The reason why I don’t give five stars is because it seems like the prices can vary a lot. I only had two items that were already next to the front door and I was still charged $108 dollars. While I know it’s a tough job and people need to get paid, I can’t help but feel like that price was arbitrary.But overall I genuinely appreciate how quickly and efficiently the workers did their jobs and while the price is a bit questionable, I don’t mind paying it if it’s actually worth it, which it was.Would recommend if you need to have junk removed quickly!

Junk-King did an exceptional job. They called prior to arrive earlier than expect which worked out great. The pricing was great and less than I expected to pay. The gentleman that arrived to get my junk we’re very professional, explained everything and answered all my questions. It’s a great feeling to get things cleared out and they made the process super easy. We will definitely be contacting them in the future for more pickups.

Way above and beyond expectations. We had over 10 tons of concrete and rock removed, some of which was in very large pieces. Large pieces of metal and junk from a previous owner.... all of it was gone in a day! Scheduling was quick. Unreal customer service, down to earth and practical. Very fair pricing. Your problem will be dealt with. Period.

Second time using JK Gwinnett in the process of trying to clean out the house I inherited. It was on the verge of being a hoarder house, so I really needed the help. The job still isn’t 100% done just because of timing issues on my end, but everything has been more than worth the cost. They’ll be getting at least one more call from me in the coming month, and any time I need comparable services hereafter.

The crew showed up an hour late and charged over $360 for a junk removal that took them all of 5 minutes. Honestly was a complete ripoff and would never use this company again. The only reason I went through was because the junk had to be out today. Nice guys who came but $368 for 5 minutes of work which I helped them with is ridiculous. Absolute ripoff and they showed up an hour late. Don’t use this company.

We had cleaned out the basement on a Sunday and called. They said they could be out the next day. We could not but they came the next Friday and gave us a 2 hour window. They called and asked if they could come early and did. They were in and out in no time, double checked with us to make sure they had everything. Very polite and professional. Santos and team were super on time, reliable, good spirited and made the haul an easy process. None of us like to go through the process of moving or downsizing but when we have to, it’s nice to know there’s an easy way to get rid of trash. I got a quote over text in minutes and was able to go from scheduling to pick up in 48 hours. Would recommend for others needing to get rid of large items without having to beg your friends and family to help you move.

When we called the number and explained the amount to be picked up, we were quoted about half the price of what it actually cost. When the Junk King guy arrived and told us the price, he said, “Oh, you talked to the people in the phone in CA. They don’t know our sizes here.” What a ripoff! We were in a time crunch so had to pay - which I’m sure happens to a lot of people. Call elsewhere.In response to the fact our call was re-listened to, we actually had less than anticipated. Maybe doing estimates over the phone is not accurate even if youre a professional.

Even helped by sweeping garage and arranging items I am keeping. Excellent service and what sets Junk apart from the competition is the dedication and professionalism of the staff. Santos and Nathan were great ambassadors if the company.

Fee was way to high. $285 to pick up bags of clothes and random items you would find in a storage closet. They told me they can give me a deal for $265 which wasn’t much better but since I needed the job done I had no choice but to pay it… plus tip.

I’ve used this service on several occasions in 2 states and have never had a problem. However, one of the young men was very unprofessional 1. The truck was very small and unable to take everything 2. One of the young men kept begging for my grandson’s bike. Then he kept begging for my dolly. This has never happened before.
