I cannot say enough good things about this company. We purchased an investment property out of state and was a little nervous trying to find contractors in a dumpster company to clean out the home. After searching and calling around I reach Nick he was able to put me at ease and get me a dumpster within a fast turnaround time very happy with the communication I got from him before during and after the pick up thank you again Nick your team is great.

I have used Mini Dumpsters of Fresno 3 times now. Twice for my own property because we live in a county island and dont get to participate in Operation Clean Up with the rest of Fresno (where large items are picked up in your neighborhood once a year). And the other time was for my rental property. In all occurrences, communication has been swift, friendly, and accommodating. One time they got their dates mixed up and picked up my rental a day early. They recognized the error and brought back a dumpster the same day and left it for a couple more days for me. No harm, no foul. If they get something wrong they are quick to fix it with a friendly attitude. Thats so important! Im just very pleased over-all with the customer service. I wont use any other dumpster rental service.

This company is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Not only did they refuse to give us a refund before we used their trailer, after we loaded everything nice and neatly they claim we loaded it wrong and intentionally decided to open the trailer door and preceded to dump all of the filled trailer in front of our house onto our street. Very very poor service and they claim we signed and received a supposed contract, which we did not receive at any point or sign with consent. And they also said it’s our problem and continued to keep our $400 that should be returned to us!!

Unprofessional - posting pics of peoples homes on social media and bragging about how customer doesnt follow directions after re-dumping trash at customers home. Do your business elsewhere. Great experience from start to finish! I can legitimately say that I had NO complaints whatsoever! Prompt replies, courteous staff, and no unpleasant surprises.I made a reservation online the day prior for a 14 yd dumspter with the intention of using it for dirt/green waste. Per the websites recommendation, I left a voicemail with the business to confirm availability. I received a confirmation rather promptly via text. If you leave a land line number to receive a return call, I recommend stating in your message just to make sure you get a phone call reply vice text message. Having not checked my texts and not received voicemails, I called the business again, and within minutes I received a follow-up phone call from Nick. He clearly and kindly explained that they dont offer 14 yd dumpsters for dirt/green waste (due to weight) and had already changed my reservation to the 7 yd mini dumpster for dirt/green waste. It turns out the project fit just fine by packing in the dirt real well, with space to spare!The drop-off and pickup experiences were quick and easy! Courteous, professional, and skilled drivers made easy work of the task of maneuvering a 7.5 wide dumpster into a about 10.5 of available space - with no complaints or grumblings from the drivers!As with most service scheduling, I would recommend confirming via telephone the delivery as well as the pickup. I received a phone call from the driver 20 minutes prior to delivery which was very helpful in structuring the rest of my work day.I highly recommend this business and they will be the first I call if I ever need a mini dumpster in the future! Hats off to Nick and the rest of the team!

Never, will I use this company, pulled over to check dumpster on the street to see the size, up pulls up a truck with a dumpster behind it, the Shrek looking goon driving the truck starts shouting at me to get away from the dumpster on the street. I told him to go hang himself, he then goes to my truck and opens the door, and says how do you like that. How does looking in a dumpster on a public street in front of the dumpster store constitute this big fat bully to go to my private property and open my door. i dont know if your a worker or the the owner, but you are one stupid business man treating a potential customer with that attitude. What you should have said is, can I help you...duh customer service 101...

Ordered dumpster from a personable and very knowledgable Man named Nick ...he was very helpful in determining what size dumpster would meet my needs best without wasting money on something that would be to much.Driver was prompt and courtious. I would highly recommend this company and I will use them every time I need a bin.....

True quality and professional service.

If I could leave a 0 star it still wouldnt be low enuf. I ordered a bin for Tuesday and when it wasnt there by about 11:30 I called em. They said it wasnt ready and Id have one soon.. I was also told I wouldnt be charged for that first day and it would start on the next (Wednesday) so I should have had it for a full week.. Now here it is the Tuesday before I should have had a pickup and my dumpsters gone. When the company was contacted they basically said we were wrong and were trying to charge us for a whole new bin.. If you value your money and have real work to get done use a different company. These guys are unprofessional and only after your hard earned money. Worst company Ive ever dealt with and will 100% never use them again. Beware of them at all costs, its not worth it.

Totally Unprofessional, I called to request a order for a 20yrd dumpster. The owner told me he didnt have one in at the time but would have one in later that day. upon checking my receipt i noticed that i was given a 16yrd dumpster instead. After bringing this issue up to the owner Nick whom initially took my order, I was told Mini Dumpsters dont carry 20yrd dumpster (although he never told me this upon placing my order). You would have thought Nick the owner would have apologize for being deceitful instead he asked would i like for him to come and dump my trash out and give me my money back. Really thats how you treat new customers because you were called out on your unprofessionalism . Wheres your integrity and I would have still taken the 16yrd had i been told but dont intentionally lie to your customers.

They were able to get me a dumpster the next day, and when I call the day after to ask to have it picked up because we were having problems with people going through it.
