Great location, gated, pool and clubhouse for entertaining.

I’ve been here for 4 years till now and i can say This the best gated community in this area in terms of pricing and the apartment quality. But the management is extremely poor! You can never find the property manager Maria Kristina on site, though her office hours are supposed to be from 9.-5 pm. There is a great clubhouse with gym and entertainment room, but still, its always closed and dirty. And this was always like this, it has nothing to do with Coronavirus. I don’t know why are we paying all these HOAs if we don’t get what we can have/ I would advise the master association to change the property manager, she is definitely ruining the reputation of this beautiful apartment complex.

Nice place great people. I would definitely think about living here. Its close to just about everything in Fresno and Clovis. Great schools nearby and more.Be careful some people drive like its the freeway there. -_-

One of the best places I lived in Freson. Great pool, spa, and gym. Each room has its own bathroom. Also, laundry is done inside the property. Amazing place to be.
