There were only two agents in the store and one of them is watching his cellphone and did nothing. I waited for a long time and they said I cannot return the device here. And then, they gave me an address to go after confirm with the manager. I drove thirty minutes to Campbell but the store did not accept the device as they said. They are just fooling me around and wasting all my afternoon. Worst service!

Had a FANTASTIC experience here today. Francisco was super-helpful and knowledgeable. He got my new iPhone 12 set up, all of the info transferred, had me outfitted with the necessary accessories, and on my way in no time at all. The store is clean and well-organized, and the other staff members were quickly and efficiently helping other customers at the same time. Overall, a quick, painless, productive shopping experience 👍

I appreciate the customer service that we received at this store and they told me everything I needed to know about my new i phone SE2020 they both made me feel comfortable and explained every thing. Manager gives attitude when providing an answer.For my issue, I Don’t mind going to Best Buy to buy a ATT sim and figured the store (source) would be able to provide something that Best Buy can. But not a problem.Just don’t appreciate the syndical answer. It’s ok I won’t be going to or support this store any more due to its leadership.Customer service person was new buy friendlier than the manager. How can that happen, maybe they should do reverse training on customer services.

We went in for a couple trade ins and phone upgrades and even though they didnt have some of the items in stock they were still able to answer our questions. I just got off the phone with their sales rep Andrew and he is well knowledge about mobile products that AT&T does carry and will carry, unlike the main store on Fremont Blvd they had no idea what the flagship phones that were to come out or if they were going to carry it or not. Went in to get two new phones and switch carriers. The manger sold me on it and decided to switch with buying an iPhone 11 and Note 10+. They said that they had the iPhone in stock but for the Note they would order it online which was no problem. Got the iphone done with and everything was good until trying to buy the Note 10+. They said that they had sold out and that they could not give me my phone even though my service was all down. I was very angry since the manger sold me on the phone then didnt really do anything to help my situation other than saying thats its not his fault and cant do anything about it. I am currently confused on what will happen about that phone that I had already paid for but cant even get.

We went there for muitl lines service plan, the experience are super nice, first of all, no wait, and they controlled the number of customers inside, makes us feel safe during COVID. Mau was there helping us, he’s super nice and very helpful, we were having troubles to transfer our service plan to AT&T from another company, but he did his best to helped us solved all the problems, we are appreciate that a lot. It’s a good AT&T location to get your business done!

My fiancé and I came in this store being that it’s super close and convenient for us!. The whole staff was very nice, friendly, and were diligent in making sure we got the customer satisfaction. My reason for going there was to upgrade my phone and for my fiancé to be added to my account phone line. Although the system was very slow luckily the manager Daniel and associate Andrew was there to help us through the process. Jessica was also an employee there who also made this trip worth the wait!. Overall, my fiancé and I were extremely happy they took care of us considering online chat service and over the phone did not seem like a great option at this point. I would definitely recommend going into a store and this one in particular because we avoided any frustrations. Most importantly, we were treated as very valuable people and will likely return.

I came in just to pay my bill but I walked out with one great deal. The manager Crystal is so nice. She went over my bill with me and showed me I was over paying. I walked out with a new plan, new tv service and a 200 dollar gift card. Do yourself a favor and go here instead. It smells like new

Very rude customer representatives on this site and online in general. Have phone with no incoming calls for now 11 days. On phone(611) they say to pick up new sim(everyday) I go to store and they keep arguing that my phone is not recognizing sim? My phone is able to recognize any other sim and number BUT not the number I am trying to port. I ask why they think it is phone and they can’t answer and start saying to go to apple store. I have given up on att ability to port numbers. It seems they want us to migrate away from ATT. Talking to my company to see how we can remove our business with them. If after taking for 11+ hours and 11 days and they can not find issue, well how will they support my business? Customer for 11 years and now can’t wait to get away.

Very dissatisfied with the result that faulted from this store. Went in to check on my account in November, the staff in there recommended to take off my hotspot feature that I never used, and gave me an Apple Watch as its *free* and wouldnt make my monthly bill change that much. Checked my bill 2 weeks ago and found that Apple Watch was put under installment plan that I never agreed to. I then realized the catch for them to meet monthly quota; turning a no contract hotspot to a installment plan of the damn watch! After 3 phone calls with customer service, the manager of the store, and lastly customer loyalty line, I wasnt able to reverse the damage by the staff. Obviously being a customer for 10 years didnt help either, just another nice thing they say in part of their script thanking you. Im so done with AT&T thanks to the incredible service that didnt solve anything over the phone, the ineptitude annoyance the store manager kept explaining things repeatedly like itll cure cancer, and all things AT&T over Google searches why its SOOO BAD!!! So incredibly!~ Trash.
