In the past year my bill (internet only) went up $30.00. Went in to see about getting a better rate however they were of no assistance. I guess spectrum would rather us went with another company!
If they spent half the money on making their business better instead of sending 2 weekly letters about their deals they probably wouldnt have to raise your bill 240 plus dollars a year just because youve been with them for a year. Go somewhere else

I had a issue will my billing. Called 2 different customer service reps they said I would get a credit...no credit was ever applied. Called again 3rd time & the rep that helped me was so rude & he was not understanding the situation at all $ didnt care...
Spectrum would be nice if the internet would stop going off and on. I get tired of seeing an interruption of service when playing a game or watching a movie.
I’m impressed. I had a house fire recently in which my modem did not survive in safe working condition. Called the company and asked what they can do. They told me to go the store closest to me (Fremont) and get a replacement. I had heard rumors that this kind of thing usually came with strings or the whole run around nonsense, but the lady who helped me, Lori, was a calming and very helpful assistant to my situation. I even asked what it would take to upgrade my modem to one with a built-in router since my old router (off brand given to me by a friend) also didn’t make it, and she quickly had exactly what I was looking for in my hands, no hassles whatsoever. Impressed.

You barely get the service you pay for and the way they “fix” the issue is to make you pay for new wiring, rent a modem instead of your the use your identical one that you purchased, etc. After every change, service will be better for maybe a month than it’s back to not staying connected or waiting 20-40 minutes for a new screen to load. Don’t even try watching a video or livestream, it buffers ever 20 seconds or you lose WiFi completely.
Very expensive. The monthly cost for our 5G services is nearly $120! We have a coaxial cable coming into the house from the back yard and two router/modem units in the kitchen.Have to unplug it all and reset it at least three times a month. Highway robbery.
Connectivity issues this morning with internet. Called and trouble shoot with them. Told me it was my router and to bring it in. Office didnt open until 10am. Lady at the office opened the door at 10am and was rude said she couldnt swap out equipment! She said there is any outage and I asked why not told about that when called in early this morning she rudely said because they didnt know at that time even though my husband tried telling them they had an outage or issues elsewhere from other people posting. Im irritated and frustrated as Im losing money and using my vacation time since Im working from home.
Worst company in Fremont. Poor quality of product, customer service, cost, marketing and equipment. I would pay the unrealistic cable bill if they would do what they promise. Again, WORST COMPANY IN FREMONT!
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They may not always know the answer but try their best, and get you help if they cant. Pretty good for an office that likely deals with a lot of customer concerns...

If only it wasnt the only internet place in Fremont. Their prices are incredibly high and they try their hardest only to squeeze more out of their customers with hidden fees and corrupt management. We need a better internet provider and we need it fast.
I just wanted to say that my technician Ken that hooked me up last week was the best one Ive ever had. He answered all my questions and was very polite putting on his booties over his shoes. I have 2 dogs and he was very understanding of them especially the giant puppy that isnt trained very well yet . You dont know how happy that made me so I didnt have to kennel him. I wish I would have thought of questions that I have now and asked him but that is my fault....Thanks Ken!!!
I am just reviewing the phone service I received to purchase and set up the internet. Because of the bad reviews I read about the local service installation and the local store d not having the equipment needed when you show up to the store to set it up yourself..... the very nice gentleman on the phone offered me installation of $10 and no activation fee. Hopefully the service and the installation goes as smoothly as the phone service. I was hesitant because the local store does not have a phone number so when you call you get someone states away, but well give it a try.

Representative had a snarky attitude. Not needed, I was perfectly pleasant. 😒So the ice storm broke a large branch off a tree Tuesday night and ripped the cable lines out of my house. They are currently dangling off the telephone pole piled in my backyard. Spectrum tells me they cant fix it or even clean up the mess (which is a massive safety hazard) until FRIDAY. Customer service is still incredibly rude and they keep closing our ticket on accident. This company seems like its run by school children, and its absolutely embarrassing.

Spectrum was bad when they took over Time Warner. They forced total digital on us with the promise that it would make everything better. It has only gotten worse. 90% of the time local stations are pixelly and freeze up. Spectrum really doesnt seem to care that they have a terrible product, and why would they? They are the only option.
Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. We have had nothing but problems with spectrum in every aspect. The most frustrating is the volume of no shows on theirs scheduled appointments. We have had 5 now in a matter of a few months. All for the same issues that never seem to get resolved.

Worst service Ive ever had!!! I only had the wifi for about 4 months before I wanted to upgrade and stream. They told me to download an app. I couldnt find it on my new smart TV, or on my fire stick so I made an appointment for a tech to come install it. The tech was 2.5 hours late! I never got an update saying he was running late. I wasnt home when he finally showed up. I got a call from their 800 customer service. And I told them I wanted to cancel the new app cause it was already to much work. The last got real rude with me so I was rude back. She hung up on me! Then the next bill showed up with the app still on it. I called 2 more times and went in the office they said they would take it off every time and they never did. My wifi bill is $50 a month and the streaming package was $20 a month. From October to December my bill was $300. I paid $100 for my wifi and told them I wasnt paying the extra fees. The shut off my service and wont talk to me about anything until I pay the other $200!!! POUND SAND SPECTRUM!! Youre not getting another dime from me!!!
This place is ridiculous I shut my cable off cause all we needed was internet these guys told me that I would have one more bill with my cable on it and after that i would just be paying internet well now all of a sudden I got disconnected because apparently I have back pay on my cable that I was never told about and the lady told us we would be paying 80 dollars plus tax and now for some odd reason I have to pay 134 to get turned back on if you can avoid doing business with these guys I strongly suggest you do that

Internet services goes out almost everyday and whe. I call they just say there is an outage in my area. Then to make it even worse they raise my bill and expect me to be happy that I am paying more and only getting internet part of the time!
I had to disconnect my cable do to the increase in cost. I kept my internet and now it to is inching its way up in price.
Spectrum is the worst. This place has, several times, been misleading and outright dishonest in order to squeeze more and more money out of our small business. Our business houses, feeds, clothes and cares for people with a mental health diagnosis. They know this. They have have been to our place and seen the joy on the faces of our residents when they get cable in their rooms. They, on their very limited incomes, cannot afford such a luxury so we provide it for them; despite Spectrum and their bullsh*t. As soon as our contract is up, we will be changing providers and encouraging everyone we know to do the same. After all, taking advantage of people with disabilities, whether directly or indirectly, is not something very many people want to reward with their business.
The service they offer is really bad. I contracted the Internet one month ago and I have had daily internet interruptions. I told them the problem and they told me they were going to send a technician last August, 21st and nobody came. Last Monday I went to their office again to complain and one more time they told me a technician would come today and again nobody came. I also want to send them an email to express my complain and it is almost impossible.
I love Time Warner Road Runner service in Fremont. With having it for almost 10 years in multiple house I have never had any major problems except for the occasional squirrel. I cant think of a faster provider for the money in the Fremont area. I have 5 kids an we all have multiple devices along with multiple HD smart tvs and rarely have any speed issues.
One of the hardest services to work with. It is impossible to get a hold of Spectrum. They are very unprofessional and are impossible to work with.
Horrible customer service Ive been without net for days with no help Ive had appointments made for people to come and fix between noon and 7pm and no one shows or calls so I blew my whole afternoons waiting on nothing... people on phone.when you call.for help speak little to no understandable English wont transfer you to someone that does because they continue to read the same book off their screen to you and just ignore the face you cant understand them. Now I have an appointment for.this afternoon and it has starting working again but I cant call to fremont to talk to a real person that I can understand I have to call a 1800 # to cancel the appointment? Nope Ill burn your time up too then. Horrible service if I had other options Id leave in heart beat!

Horrible internet and cable service for the last 2 weeks. Called 3 times in 2 days but of course they dont see any issues with the box or modem so must be our devices....3 out of the 5 devices are brand new. Wont send anyone out to check it. Called again tonight and the rep was clearly intoxicated. Monday we are turning in our equipment. Done done done!

If I could give zero stars I would! Customer service SUCKS! My wifi is constantly going off and on and Im constantly having to call and talk with these idiots. Now my modem is on the watch list?! Why not just send someone out to fix it instead?! Next time Im having to call them, Im canceling my service and going elsewhere; even if I have to pay $50 more!

Yes, its a shame that you cant talk via the telephone with a live person from the Fremont Nebraska office. Its quite a hastle to actually get to talk to any person via the telephone! Very disapointed in customer service..... Fix this Time warner! Also can we lower the rates some? Your awefully high priced for what we get.
Bad service and over priced
Internet has been down for 3 days at my business. They keep missing the appointments to fix it. They really dont care because they are the only carrier in town. If I could switch I would. Worst experience I have had.

MY God! Could I get help from someone that I can understand, that actually listens to what I want and isn[t an idiot!!!!!!!! Tried to find out when I could take off work in Omaha to exchange a modem in Fremont! Its impossible!!!!!!!!!! I bet they wont have an upgrade on hand and I cant find the hours for a live person so Ill waste a PTO day for my stupid TWC!!! This is why I pay $240 per month????????????????????????

Straight garbage. I was set up for services and 20 days later my bill should have read 118.72... lets just say that the bill actually said 300.43 I was guaranteed services at this price by the company representative and told them that if they can not guarantee this that they should not continue with my services and after review they decided to charge me 250 dollars a month.... do the math boycott time warner...
