Office hours 10 to 5 monday through Friday. I was there on Monday, at 10, closed. I came back at 1030, closed. Returned at 11. Again closed. Called at 12, got a person. Rob had to come down from Toledo to man the shop. Owner didnt show up. Rob says Ill have the tech call you for installation, he is on a call. 330 no call.

5G Mesh is amazing!! We had a very large project in a rural area that included a hotel, 14 meeting spaces, and conference center in a 72 acre campus. We had a major telecom company giving us terrible service and it was costing us big revenue. The owner of 5G Mesh and the Techs came to our rescue and now we have a great network with excellent top of the line hardware. THANKS GUYS & GALS of 5G Mesh!

We formerly had Fronteir with super inconsistent service that didn’t allow streaming. Immediately with 5 G we had faster internet. When it started to slow down they were back out within a day or two and had us at speeds even higher than promised. It’s been wonderful ever since, and very good value.

Sadly other than satellite internet this is the only company that reaches my location and I must say it has been horrible service. Every time I call (which is a lot prob more than 10 times, now Ive given up) they tell me I have a different plan, sometimes they say I have a 5g plan, sometimes a 3.5g plan. But all the time at my house I have less than 2g download whether Im the only person on it or there are 3 people on it. Very inconsistent connection and speed. Sometimes I cant load a YouTube video without buffering through the whole thing. If I happen to wake up at 4am it will work most of the time but I think every customer deserves consistent connection even if it is a subpar network.

Would give no stars if it would let you. Went to auto pay and have been over charged multiple times. Havent had any internet service for a week and no return calls. Can take your cash no problem but you dont get service. Would NOT recommend. Anyone out in the country I highly recommend amplex internet service. We just had it hooked up and it ls great !!!!! We are actually getting a better connection than they guaranteed us. They are open and have service 7 days a week also and they also answer their phone and reply to you
