Wonderful service. Smart, smart, knowledgeable people that care about what theyre doing. Very quick response, and you get to talk to a live person that pays attention to what youre saying. I wont use anyone else as long as I have a choice.

Ive been a customer for 10 years and cant recommend these guys enough. Fast speed, great service. Its a small business and is ran like one which is refreshing. If youre unhappy with you current ISP, give these guys a shot. You wont be disappointed.

I would love to give them zero stars if i could. Very poor customer service like everyone is saying. They just care about getting there money but wont fix the problem with the internet they keep making up things. Our internet sucks big time. Time to find a new internet provider. First time that i ever left a negative complaint for anyone.

If we could give a zero, we would. When their equipment (that they have had to come out before and repair) Shorted and BURNED out, today, they refuse to come repair it until Monday morning! Today is Saturday so we will do without service all weekend but more importantly, we are SO glad our home wasnt burned down or our family wasnt all killed!! We have been customers since 2011 and have never asked them to come out on a weekend so its not because we are frequent complainers. I will be sure to post this on as many local area Facebook pages as well. This is horrible customer service. Just a side note that I also let them know and they didnt care about... we have noticed we were losing our internet frequently this week but thought with the weather, that was the problem. Because of this, our phones have been using our data to get on the internet..... so we cant even use our phones this weekend because our our wifi is out due to their equipment. I am so frustrated and disappointed with this companys customer service.
