I asked for the pic on the left. The pic on the right is what I got🤨 So I had them cut the nails off. If my nails looked any way similar to what I asked for I would have been satisfied. I’m not gonna pay for something I didn’t ask for when all the Tech had to say was I can’t do that!!

The service was fast and the people were nice, but it doesn’t make up for the quality and price of the nails. I’ve only had my gel nail polish on for a couple days and there are already chips and the polish on the tops of my fingernails is already wearing down and catching on clothing. The polish also doesn’t have great thickness and coverage. It’s just not as good as I’ve gotten from other places and definitely not worth $40.

We had a 10:00 pedicure appointment. They put us in our chairs right when we got there, but with no communication and it now 10:45, we had to leave. They never even checked on our water, which had gotten cool by that time. The massage chairs could also use some updating. Seems like they take on way more clients than they can handle. This was on a Saturday, so a middle of the week appointment might work out better. If you have a scheduled day, I would not recommend it, since even making an appointment doesnt seem to matter.

Absolutely loved going there.

I wanted to treat myself for once for a pedicure and, 1st of all the girl did not speak or understand English at all. I told her several times that they were not painted even, or with enough polish, they were ungodly shaped. I will never go back here again. And not one employee said anything.Now i have to go somewhere else to get them fixed!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Been here twice and both times I had a great experience. No wait time, clean facility and kind workers.

I’m so extremely upset, I woke up this morning (it’s the next day) my toe is infected, inflamed, almost don’t even what to walk on it. I paid 53 dollars for this, this service was rushed and painful. I spent more time soaking my feet and waiting then I did getting everything done. I’m extremely upset and in pain.

Always a good atmosphere, never had a problem with my nails. Willing to try new designs if they have the tools, very amazing artists!

Did good job. The lady that did my nails, table 6, good job but she was rushing a lil and harsh to my hands at time. I did have to tell her. Sad but true.

Came in Saturday morning with no appointment so I knew there would be a wait. Wanted a pedicure for my daughter and acrylic done for me. So we waited for those who had appointments and were in line first. Totally fine. They got my daughter set up and did her nails quickly. Then told me no one was available to do my nails and the older lady didn’t do acrylic but would do a pedicure. Ok fine. Waited with my feet in the water for 50 minutes and nothing. Another girl walked in without an appointment after me and was able to get seated and her nails done. Pretty annoyed at how poor their service was. Can’t say I’ll be back here. They offered a pathetic “sorry” for the hour wait and still not being seen.

Shape was off on nails sloppy work never spoke to me and was annoyed I wanted to pay extra for powder vs gel polish treated like an inconvenience despite the fact every time I come there I spend at least $70-$120 not including the $10-15$ tip I miss snow from Cali nails

Workers are always in a rush and the end results show it. Patrons should feel relaxed while getting spa services done but instead it feels like we’re being thrown out the door.

They do a good job. Appreciate the lesser fee offered for just a basic pedicure.My only frustration is that I like my toe nails cut as short as possible and sometimes it takes quite a bit to get them to understand And do it.

Hands down best nail salon in town, although they have some inexperienced employees today is the second time i was not please with there service. Too Damn expensive paid $45 for my 12yr old no discount for youth and twice the Chicago prices service aint even half that good unless u go to Sean or the dude that recently got divorced

I absolutely love this place I would recommend this to you if you were going anywhere for designs or for a matte color.These nails lasted me up to 3-4 weeks before I needed them done again. I RECOMMEND GOING HERE

They do an amazing job with your nails and feet, these people are not afraid to get all those calloused skin off and the price is ideal compared to the fancy places where they hardly want to touch you. I tell everyone about this place, it is great! And the service is friendly! Walk-ins are welcomed!

Good place, great people, and clean but they shave your nails down until they are super thin or until there is a dip in your nail and also made my cuticles bleed.

They do a nice job on my nails. Prices are ok, a little high for the area. My only complaint, and sadly its enough to make me look elsewhere in the future, is the wait time. If its going to be an hour wait tell me. Dont say 15 minutes and then have me wait an hour. I dont know if you have additional staff coming in in 15 minutes or what. And either prepare and honor appts or dont take them. Ive made an appt and waited a half hour or longer. No excuse. My time is valuable too.

Gone there a few times and this time spent $215.00 on both me and my daughter, tips mani pedi gel and the shape was horrible, and was made to feel it was my fault because of the color I wanted. the other times I was there I around July 4th and requested an American Flag on two nails and he didnt do it right and just put red white and blue colors on my nails, they dont understand English at all in order to take care of your requests. for the money I spent it was a serious rip off. when you tell them think and natural looking and they make it big and bulky you just have to move on because they just cant get it right. I dont have a problem spending that kind of money for me and my daughter however I expect to get what I ask for and not have to keep asking and then feel like I was the problem... I dont even want to give a star at all but I cant post this if I dont.

The employees were nice. The first time I went I was impressed with how fast they did the work. The massage i got with my pedi was not impressive. For what I paid for I should if gotten a better one. I think if you want a relaxing day then this is a great place to start. They have a big clean shop. The pedi was very refreshing and they didnt re use the old tools from someone else. Thats a huge plus when you are watching out for that. They like to communicate more than I would have thought, but I went back several time and still will go.
