Jackie at Freeport Salon is amazing. I am new to this area and she welcomed me in with open arms. This is the best cut and color my hair has been treated to in years. I have heard that she is the best at facials. I was lucky enough to schedule one when she had a spot two weeks from now. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I went to get my nails done for prom and was told that they would last two to three weeks. They peeled of five days later. I went back and told them what had happened and they redid them for free. She buffed them a little more then before since she assumed the reason the polished peeled off was because I had oily nails. I give them five stars because they didnt have to redo them never mind redo them for free.

Honestly it was a lovely experience, the staff was nice and the place was clean. I felt very safe and private while getting a wax. I only give it 3 stars because THE WAX WAS TO HOT. It burned me and I couldnt feel where I was waxed for 2 days and my skin started peeling off. A lot like getting a sunburn. The women who waxed me did know what she was doing and did cater to my requests. Maybe my skin is just to sensitive for getting a wax. Either way she was respectful, very friendly, made sure it was what I wanted and it was affordable. This was also my first time getting a wax ever and I would go again because the staff was just so wonderful.

Im working in Maine for a few weeks and was in Freeport for just a day. I called and Jenn said to come over in about an hour. She was friendly, professional, and gave me a great haircut. She sat me down, asked me what I wanted and then the scissors went flying and she gave me just what I was looking for. The salon was busy and cheerfull. Great place!
