Staff is friendly and welcoming! They take their time with each client and do a complete job, I didnt get the sense that they rush through even on the busiest of days. I am very satisfied with pedicure i received as well a the acrylic mail set i receive.... satisfied customer! Definitely returned and returning. Prices are reasonable!!!❤👍🏽💯

Tucker is the BEST nail technician! They have new colors and they work fast but efficiently. He even wears gloves when asked because of COVID-19.

When I walked in no one greeted me. There was a girl at the register and a male doing someone’s nails he looked me right In my face and didn’t speak. I had to say hello I’m here for a pedicure. I seen them acknowledge other ppl that walked in after me. I hate to think it’s because of the color of my skin but hey no one else looked like me. Even when I was leaving no one said thank you and have a good day. This is terrible! I obviously will not be coming back here. My pedicure was just mediocre at that. Terrible business and I will spread the word. Shame on you j bails of Freeport.

I’ve been coming here for about 6 months and they’re very consistent. I love Parker & Eddie for my nails. They’re always really nice, professional & clean. I’m VERY picky when it comes to my nails and I would recommend them highly. I had Shirley do my pedicure and it came out amazing. She is super sweet also. All around great place for any service. If you are kind to them they are kind to you. Basic human decency. They have always provided me great customer service. They are a very clean facility and they give great massages. I only go for gel manicures and pedicures and they do an awesome job. They can only do basic designs.

Love this place. Courteous nail techs. My nails last three weeks, even though I try to go every two. I also get my eyebrows done there. Reasonably priced and very helpful.

Tips is horrible. Paid $50 for amber and it looks like I has the nails on for 3 weeks now meanwhile its only been 2 days. Do not recommend. I also had a regular ped and gel manicure which was done in 4 days. Horrible!!

I, a black woman enters the store with high hopes only to receive subpar service. They speak Mandarin and I happen to speak Mandarin also. The lady was not interested in doing her job that day. Very polite in English but in Mandarin it was a different story. Constantly complaining about how long my (natural) nails are, complaining about me being on my phone, just being rude without me knowing I understood every word. my advice to them is be careful. You never can suspect who can understand you.

Worst experience ever. I went for an acrylic set and within a week my entire set started to come off 1 by 1. Rude staff as well. I asked for them to change my color (mind you he only painted two nails at the time) and then proceeded to tell me no. When I complained again about not liking the color, he then said its $10 extra. The nail polish is old and they aren’t the cleanest.

I was very apprehensive about coming here, being that I saw the horrible reviews and I myself have gone here once before and didnt really remember the experience. But, I was forced to go a little over a week ago b/c my usual spot was packed and had too long of a wait. This nail salon was very clean, I didnt have to wait (although, it was a sunday), and the prices were a little less than the place I usually go to. I had a pleasant experience and my nails were done nicely. I will be returning.

I went to the salon on a Thursday morning to get a dip powder mani. The staff was friendly enough but within nine days one entire nail color fell off with such ease. It was as if it was never on my nail. Within another two days another nail fell off. Im noticing that there is significant lifting on all my other nails.Im not certain if their work is usually subpar but unfortunately I will not be returning to figure it out.

I like this place, I don’t like the fact that they charge you $3 more for a regular color nail polish, it wasn’t a gel color, that I could see charging $3 more for.
